Had the best experience at this location with Tomi, Sydney and Ilaria. They were incredibly helpful and gave tons of advice and were very accommodating when grabbing colours and sizes! It felt so personalised and welcoming. Came in just to look and left with 3 big bags. Will continue driving from Innisfil just to come to this location in the future! Thank you ladies so much!

I came to Aritzia today with my sister we walked in no one said hello or can I help you untill I was greeted by Sarah who acknowledged me and my sister asked if we needed anything she was so polite and caring she went out of her way to ask Deena to assist us and she was the sweetest kindest person ever I loved her energy, engaging with us and going out of her way to help me find an outfit so a special thanks to Deena for all her help.
Sarah found us a second time to follow up and ask us how's everything going to make sure we were taken care of I told her we were going to get some coffee and immediately she offered to get us a token for a coffee and I was very grateful for that she's a true gem for that and she was so wonderful to us I had an amazing experience thanks to Sarah & Deena

Britt the manager is incredible. After coming in to return an item and there being an issue with the return due to a different Aritzia location, Britt did what she could to find why my return was causing issues in the system, and while I waited, got my sisters and I coffees for the “inconvenience”. She was SO beyond nice and is excellent at customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. Was literally HARASSED and profiled in this store. Disgusting, entitled employees literally hounded me because I took a picture of a dress in store. The first employee approached me and told me it was against store policy to take a photo of their merchandise to which I agreed to delete the photo. Two minutes later she sent another employee to make sure the photo was deleted and follow me around the store. Yes, please follow me around the store because now I’m a safety concern. What a crisis! Aritzia wants to project a high-end image but is unfortunately backed by as trashy employee base with discriminatory behavior and practices.

Staff here are rude. Every single time i come in here to shop and i carry a bunch of items not ONE employee has ever asked me if i needed help. They all have an attitude.and i’m sorry but none even have the looks to be acting rude for no reason lol maybe that’s why their always rude ‍️

Super impressive and one of the most beautiful clothing outlet stores in Vaughan Mills and in any of the malls and perhaps one of the best ever. Awesomely beautiful decoration and next level aesthetics.

I went here for the very first time trying to find a semi formal dress with my many health conditions and Nicole the manager was AMAZING and all the sales team was super accommodating and sweet and so caring I think I had Sarah and she was legitimately the nicest human I have ever met in my entire life. I have never felt more comfortable in a store everyone there really helped me out by picking super nice dresses and things to go with them to make me feel and look beautiful for the first time a long time, I will forever be grateful for them and always shop here whenever I can I truly appreciate them working with me the best experience I’ve ever had anywhere before I 100% recommend going here!

Personally, I do not like writing one star reviews, so only write one when one is absolutely warranted. CAVEAT EMPTOR, if you buy an item during a promotional period, not a clearance item, then if the item does not fit, you cannot return it for a refund, so you are stuck with a credit that you might not use. This benefits Aritzia but not the customer, in other words, the customer does not matter. Further, customer service takes no account of the customer and slavishly puts company over customer. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT SHOP HERE, there are better alternatives, Zara, Dynamite for example.

My worst shopping experience! I placed an order in the store around Sunday noon and paid the fedex express fee to receive my purchase in 1-2 business days as per the cashier. But I received my package after 5 days on Thursday … one day before my event that I wanted my outfit for. I spent so much time and energy during 5 days on the phone to track my purchase with Aritzia and fedex …
In the store there were 3 girls! To serve one customer that none of them paid enough attention to write my complete address and they missed my unit number and the buzzer code and caused more delay for delivery.
I wish they were more reliable … all they were saying on the phone was “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” not doing anything efficient! I’m very disappointed at Aritzia with the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They didn’t confirm my address when they shipped out an item for me. Been almost 2 weeks now and I still didn’t receive my pants. These girls just want to make a quick sale and don’t care. Everything was rushed.

I am honestly so traumatized by how aggressive a specific salesperson was. All she did was say hi to me and told her other colleagues to back off as if she already “claimed” or “assisted” me. I did not even ask for her help nor did I need it. Overall, I felt very uncomfortable shopping there.

This one star for a girl in pink sweater and very pretty braided hair sorry love I forgot your name. Now come to the Worst girls ever in any cloth store. Didn’t get her name but she was tall and was wearing red top yesterday. So I went thr with my friend in normal cloths as we were coming from somewhere else so as soon she saw us she started following like we are stealing or something. Just one thing tell your staff that next time they can ask a customer account so that may tell you that how much customer spend in aritzia. I literally left by leaving things I was about to buy because of her. So basically if you wanna shop in this store make sure you are wearing top designer brands and then enter. Otherwise you have to keep sign on front of you like LEAVE ME ALONE.

This store is large and well stocked. I was there on Saturday morning and it was quite busy but several employees on the floor were friendly and ready to assist me. The sales rep who took my pants to the fitting went M. I. A and I probably would of bought more had she brought me some tops to try with the pants. Either way another rep in the fitting room was helpful with getting another size. Overall I'm really impressed with location and will come back. Bonus I returned in the afternoon and grabbed a latte from the Cafe as I was heading out and the barista gave it to me on the house.

Let me start off by saying, this is the worst location I have ever been to. I’ve been an Aritzia girly since my pre teen days, and have never felt unwelcome or out of place at any location BUT THIS ONE! I genuinely do not understand what the point is of having so many employees when they’re all just going to speed walk away from you when you’re walking towards them? Or the fact that they don’t even circle around into certain parts of the store. As someone who was actively looking for someone to help me and in fact actually walked around the whole store holding a bunch of things I needed different sizes in I’m extremely disappointed. Wasn’t approached even once! Don’t bother going here. Maybe a little less tik Tok making and more helping people that are there.

I only started shopping at Aritzia back in April, and have had only positive experiences at this store. The sales associate Meghan helped me the first time I was here and made my first time shopping at Aritzia a really pleasant experience! I recently came here again on August 13th and had a personal shopping appointment with Felicia. She was absolutely incredible and had everything ready for me when I got there! They actually moved me to the private fitting room area, so it was amazing not having to fight for a mirror. I had to wait for a room to become available, and so I was given a coin for a free drink at the A-OK cafe while I waited. I left there feeling amazing and was so grateful for the positive shopping experience. If you come to Aritzia for multiple things at once, I highly recommend a personal shopping appointment!

Service was great until I was cashing out. Unpleasant in terms of customer service. Spent $400 today, and the experience flatlined.

Edit: came back today because I love the clothes. Vanessa was great and super attentive. However, the problem with the cash out experience still persists. Service shouldn’t decline once you’re cashing out.and it’s rude to call up the next customer when I literally just tapped my card to pay, asking me to scoot over before even handing me my receipt and purchase. We know you guys get commission, but at least maintain the illusion and finish transactions properly. Whoever the manager is- put stronger associates as cashiers so the shopping experience is maintained as well as it is on the shopping floor. -1 star for the consistently disappointing cash out experience.

I never had such a bad experience at Aritzia ever in my life. This is the first time I shopped at this store and I wanted to try some of the items. I was lining up in the first fitting room and this rude employee took the two other people waiting behind me. The other employee in the first changing room had told me to follow the rude employee to the second changing room. When I got there, she told me to wait at the couch even though I was first in line. Thank you so much for ruining Aritzia with your terrible attitude and rude customer service.

I paid a visit today (April 23/22) to do an exchange. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, especially (please forgive me for not remembering the name correctly, but I think it was Brianne, Brielle? !? !) and the ladies at the cash registers, who were very attentive and offered professional assistance. I LOVE aritizia, and I was really blown away with their service. Great job ladies:)

I was there this pass Thursday and was trying on a couple items, the girl helping me to my fitting room was rude and had an attitude and as my friend and I were changing, another associate comes INTO the fitting room just to ask if she could take any unwanted items back! Luckily I wasn’t in the middle of getting dressed! They seriously need to get rid of those curtains and the staff working there need to learn how to announce themselves before entering.

To be completely honest, a good experience at Aritzia I find is rare but I definitely wanted to note that today the ladies that assisted me at this location were so sweet and helpful. Specifically, the girl that greeted me was so kind and tried her best to find exactly what I needed. Definitely recommend.

Huge selection, you can see most of sku in this store.
Cute place, dressing room and cafe is impressive.
Strong team, including front sales, dressing room assistants, check out desk staff, they work efficiently and flawlessly.
Good customer service, there is a lady say hello to everyone who enter the front door, sometimes staff here don’t greet at first because I guess they want to give customers some space and make customers feel relaxed, once you have couple clothes at hand, they will ask if you need help. I think it’s a smart strategy to approach potential buying customers.
I like the design, quality and price, only the size is a issue, it’s like the size among sub-brands is not standardized. I have to try them on (from m to xs) to decide which size suit me best.

Came to check out the new expansion of the store, and I was blown away. They even had the male model from the Sherway location working here. They seem to have a larger selection than most stores, I could spend hours here, it’s just that big.

Located inside Vaughan Mills shopping mall, this store can be fairly busy. The staff can be helpful depending on how many customers there are. After all, there are limited number of staff and I'm sure they are selecting who best to serve.
The staff was helpful though and offered some advice.
The store layout is good and really is a nice and pleasant place to walk into.
Clothing itself is stylish. Another reviewer writes that the clothing is provocative, but it all depends upon how you layer it and wear it. All clothing can be provocative if worn in the wrong manner. Personally like the look. Cutting is very nice. Material top notch.

Aritzia really needs to work on fixing their reputation for profiling customers, every time I come to this location nobody is willing to help me and this time I found myself waiting in the cash line forever because the cashier who saw me waiting, decided to cash out 2 other people before me despite me being ahead of them. Probably had to do with both customers buying a bunch of stuff and they probably saw me and assumed that I wasn’t so they didn’t care to assist me but it’s ridiculous. I literally walked out because I wasn’t going to give this store my sale if that is how they treat customers. It’s 2021, do better Artizia

Megan was such a sweetheart! Very helpful. Most girls here show really good customer service. But, there was one worker who asked me if I need help and then when I told her that I did she walked away saying “good luck” LOL.she was the least put together in general and I’m not even sure how she landed a job in aritzia. She had blonde dried out/frizzy hair, shoulder length, slender kinda tall.rude.

The clothing is nice but some of the staff are very rude and have terrible customer service. I was leaving the fitting room trying to ask a question to the 2 asian girls there who were right in front of me chatting with themselves about there personal lives instead of helping customers. I stood there for a good 2 minutes waiting for them to allow me to ask my question and they saw me there but continued there conversation. The lady at the cash tries to speak like she's being nice but sounds so serious like she's forced to be nice to customers. The environments seems super toxic and I feel bad for the young girls who work there, they are always pushy to buy stuff which I dont blame them but rather the management who forces these girls to make them money while they sit back and charge 100.dollars for a shirt that was made in asia for 15 cents. Seriously who hires these people.

My mom and I went to Aritzia today to buy jackets and we were really satisfied with the customer service. A girl named 'Jenny' was helping us out. She was really nice and made sure we were able to get exactly what we were looking for. She helped us with finding our size, and even though what we were looking for was not available at the store, she took her time to look for it online and order it for us. I think the manager at Aritzia should give her a raise because I shop at this store a lot but haven't seen anyone as helpful, nice and hardworking as her. 5 stars for Jenny!

Worst selection I've ever seen at an Aritzia store. Try the one in either Halton Hills or Toronto Earon Center. Not only is their selection disappointing, the staff too seems to be bothered that someone enteres their store.

I just went into this location to look for a specific bodysuit I saw online and this young women helped me. She was amazing. They didn't have it instore but checked online and was able to ordered for me. She was also very helpful with afew other purchases I did.
Although, you can't say that about everyone but she went out of her way and demonstrated what excellent customer service looks like. My experience today was great. Cashier I dealt with was also very nice.

The manager working at this aritzia is one of the reasons I've been avoiding going inside lately. I don't remember her name (maybe Lisa) but she is Asian and has the worst attitude ever. She treats everyone (including other sales associates and customers) like they're beneath her and she's too good for them. She's just been very rude and snobby in general.

The experience today was disgusting and racist
I went to return a jacket, that my husband bought on dec 21 and all the tags were intact, the price ticket had come off. I gave the receipt with the price ticket and then the harrowing experience began.
The girl refused point blank to return it and on my insistence, called the manager. The manager, refused saying the price ticket was not on. She said ‘u ‘ will have to keep it and we will not accept a return from’u’. I then explained that I bought another jacket on boxing day and showed her receipt.and that I don’t want 2 jackets.
To my shock, She said “
“people like YOU think you can just return a jacket anytime”
When I asked if she meant immigrants when she said people like me, she had no answer and tried to change the topic by checking the jacket
She opened the zipper and even smelled the jacket
I still can’t believe I faced such strong racial discrimination in a country like canada and at a store like artizia
I will be meeting my lawyer to discuss it further
However just wanted to raise awareness on social platform so that people are aware how aritzia promotes racism

I went to this location yesterday, not a single employee even acknowledged my existence - no greetings, no asking if I need help, nothing.

When I went to the fitting room, the attendant didn’t even bother asking for my name, yet the attendant knew the names of the ladies beside my room. She even checked up on them, asking “Name, how’s it going? ” She didn’t check up on me once.

The cherry on top was cashing out, when the cashier asked if anyone helped me out, which obviously I replied nope. What’s the point in asking customers if your sales representatives don’t even try? Does management even know what their representatives are like?

I love their clothes, been shopping at the store for years and have spent ridiculous amounts of money here. Shame that the customer service is lacking in nearly all the locations I’ve been to, but this one was probably the worst.

Clothes are great of course has designer styles so it’s more pricey but the service really needs to step up. You go inside you just looked at as if it’s a competition. It’s a clothing store I’m hear to shop!

This Aritzia has the absolute worst customer service. The people working here think they are above you and won't even look at you unless you are trying on items that cost hundreds of dollars. Don't bother asking for help looking for something, they will not help you unless the item is very pricey.

Went early today 8am to grab the denim jacket. I asked 2 sales Associates and showed them the pic of the denim and both said it is not available in this store, we could order it online for you but i said it’s ok ill do it myself. But stayed and browsed and to my surprise i saw the denim jacket.
And the lady said oh at least we don’t need to order it online. I said yah for sure coz im not lazy to find it myself like i understand if its like end of the day and SA are tired but damn they literally just opened. Poor poor poor customer service. We don’t need just a pretty SA. We need someone that can help us to make our shopping easier duhhh!

We were inside this store looking for a perfect coat. I was with my husband and 7 month old baby. After 20 minutes of looking and trying on some coats, my baby started to cry. Suddenly the music inside the store stopped and everyone heard my baby's crying, the sales associate nearby looked at us and she said in a loud voice to the other staff near the cashier area to turn on the music (the music is very loud by the way), I felt like she wants to turn on the music so that no one will hear my baby who's crying at that time or maybe she was thinking my baby will stop and got entertain with the LOUD music. I didnt mind and just go on with my shopping. When we found the perfect coat for me we told her that we're going to buy the coat and that we're ready to pay for it. She BECAME VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMODATING. While were in the middle of the transaction and after my husband swiped the credit card suddenly their computer shut down and they couldnt even turn it on to print out our receipt. We waited for like 15 to 20 minutes inside the store for them to give us a receipt. But it all ended to redoing the transaction. We just said okay, we'll just redoit with a different card. They offer us a 10% off for the coat due to the inconvenience. They told us to just give them a call once the transaction on our credit card got posted and they will give us the refund RIGHT AWAY. We waited for 2 days for the transaction to got posted on our credit card and I called the store right away. I called the store LOTS OF TIME but NO ANSWER. I checked online on their website how to get a refund from them. I came up with their call centre and they told me a different information. They said we have to wait until they verify from their billing department if we really got charged from both of our accounts! THEY CANT EVEN GIVE ME A DEFINITE TIME FRAME ON WHEN I WILL BE GETTING OUR REFUND! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ARITZIA! PLEASE TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE VERY WELL! YOURE SELLING CLOTHES THAT ARE EXPENSIVE, I KNOW WE'RE PAYING FOR THE QUALITY OF THE CLOTHES BUT I ALSO BELIEVE THAT WE'RE ALSO PAYING FOR THEIR SERVICE! WE DONT NEED A PREFECT SERVICE! JUST TRAIN THEM TO BE FRIENDLY, ACCOMODATING AND TELL THEM NOT TO LIE TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT YOUR POLICIES AND PROCEDURE. AND TO THAT SALES REP, I HOPE WHEN YOU HAD A CHILD IN THE FUTURE NO ONE WILL DO WHAT YOU DID TO ME! IM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ARIZTIA STAFF! *UPDATE* After 5 phone calls and after 7 BUSINESS DAYS, we finally got our refund!

I went to aritzia to pick up my jacket I asked the girl who helped me if she took off the censor beep thing, she told me she did, but she lied I went out this evening and my husband asked me what that black thing hanging on your jacket, arent they suppose to take it off, not only did she lie, but now I have to drive all the way to vaughan, just because they can't do their jobs properly in the first place. Like why didn't she check to make sure instead of yelling yea yea I did not impressed.

Nice staff very friendly as they helped out. However felt like there was a lack of communication within the employees as they messed up with that they charged me and acutally charged me for shipping while I was promised from another staff that I wouldn't be charged. It was only $8 but the principal is what matters. Other wise knowledgeable and friendly staff and clean looking store. Worth a visit!
