Mislead. Visited this store on Nov 19,2023 to buy a gift for my wife. Was served by (135370 & 146253). Buying clothes for a woman is difficult when she’s not there. My biggest concern was that I would be able to return my purchase if it was not liked. I asked multiple times about the return policy to make sure that if the items were not liked they could be returned, the sales associate said as long as the tags are on no problem. Come to today and at a GTA Aritzia needing to do a return and being told because there was a 10% discount the item can’t be returned, can’t be given store credit either. I have never shopped for a gift for my wife that cannot be returned, I’m sure there was no miscommunication on my end. Unfortunately I do not live near London to confront the store but regardless my last purchase ever at Aritzia. Your sales tactics have put me off this brand. Thankfully there are many other places to shop for women.

I rarely write a negative review but I was so disturbed by the employees at this Aritzia that I had to post. All the reviews below complaining of rude, condescending, bully-like, mean behavior by employees are all true. There is zero regard for customer care/service. The employees may as well be running a sorority lol.

I watched as employees at the fitting room completely ignored people of colour waiting to try on clothing items, did not make any eye contact with them, and proceeded to let Caucasian people behind them into the dressing rooms first. Then at the cash register, employees made eye contact and cheerful conversation with Caucasians but would barely look at people of colour in the eyes or acknowledge that they were ready to check them out next.

Is this what the employees are taught? To be racist? Or is it a disregard/fear of PoC? I'm not sure, but either way it is appalling behavior.

Beware instore full price of an order had to be paid upfront.
In store order was made on a very expensive coat that was not in store. They ordered it and said it would be 3 business days it is now 2 plus 3 days and I was told today the coat is coming from Vanvcouver not from Ontario as was first suggested when the order was placed with a full payment of nearly $500. It will be now another weekas it still has not left Vancouver. I don't like their policy of taking a full payment and I am at their mercy of when it arrives. On good faith they should take a down payment, not keep my full money that I don't have access to, but they have it and looks good on their books. Many stores and other businesses have closed on a moments notice and customers never receive their goods or services. I will not be doing business with Aritiza again. The store was uncomfortably with loud music not being able to hear and think while you shop. Because of this, the sales clerk made a huge mistake on my receipt with the incorrect spelling of a simple name used a V for a B.

I recently went to Aritzia in Masonville and had a great experience. Shout-out to Nicole for the amazing customer service to both my sister and I. Nicole was friendly and genuine and took a lot of time to help us find what we were looking for. Thanks Nicole!

Rude employees. The cashier did not make eye contact, and aggressively rolled her eyes when I asked to make a return. She spoke in the form of one-word commands. She yelled "CARD. " when it was time for me to enter in my credit card, and yelled "RECEIPT" and proceeded to **throw*** the receipt at me.

To the manager- I visited on Jan 28 at 3: 30 pm and the cashier wore a pink blazer with long brown hair with blonde highlights. Please have a talk with this person.

Go to this store if you ever forget what it feels like getting bullied <3 every single time i go into this store, the workers are so incredibly rude, condescending, and judgemental no matter how much money you spend/have spent in there.every girl they hire is so unimaginably unkind and pretentious it’s crazy.i shop online as much as possible because of the attitude of every single “stylist” in there (& this store has an extremely small selection of product). Don’t support this store full of catty basic white girls that peaked in high school and are literal minimum wage workers

(p.s. Not a single one of you workers get paid enough to act this way, pls humble yourselves)

Don’t apply for a job here unless you were a itch in high school and super high on yourself for no reason

Had a great experience Christmas shopping for my girlfriend today. Lisa was very helpful picking out an outfit for me as it was easy to tell she was great at her job.

I had one of the worst shopping experinces at this location. The staff are very rude especially the Skyla girl who should not be working there.never going back.

This is by far the worst aritzia I have ever been to. The customer service is horrible. The workers at the store are some of the rudest people I have met. I heard them talking badly about me and when I left, the lady pretty much threw my bag at me. Disgusting service for such a good brand.

Pricey but is the only place that has great bodysuits that are comfortable and good quality and don't tie between your legs love my Babaton outfits. Also love the Levis selection they have too?

Very disappointed when coming here to the London store. I have never experienced such rudeness and racism from any retail store. I will never shop at any aritzia location after my experience with the disrespectful staff.

My experience with the manager was unpleasant, she used a tone in her voice and walked away at the end of our conversation without asking if I needed any help with anything else or any other type of closing remarks.

I have never had such an awful customer service experience in my life. I am a well put together 20 year old girl and went into the store simply to look around. I was looked up and down, judged, followed, and spoken to and treated in a terribly rude manner by multiple employees. I am not one to leave a review on anywhere I shop, but this was utterly disgusting.

I was looking for a coat that was sold out online and the staff member went above and beyond to help me. Although they didn't have the coat in stock at their store she was incredibly friendly and helpful. I love that both the clothing and the customer service at Aritzia is 10/10!

Made my shopping too easy. The sales girl suggested things that U wouldn't have picked. But my granddaughters LOVED

London store is awful. Manager is terribly unprofessional, acting more likes 1st year store associate.

The worst experience ever.i would rate it a 0 star.i normally dont review stores but this store was the worst ever.i will never shop there again.i DO NOT recommend.the staff are so so so rude.

Finally went into Aritzia for the first time in my life, I typically like edgier trendy pieces which I do not see from the entrance. I didnt find what I was looking for but did walk out with an item. Staff had a bit of an attitude aside from the cashier who served me.
Since most of the pieces I would purchase are $100+, I would rather have an enjoyable experience elsewhere and spend that kind of money.

Worst customer service EVER.
Walked around for 20 mins maybe longer with no one even acknowledging me. (probably 5 people working at the time)
Sad part is I have no problem spending money.especially on quality products.to bad every employee blows at customer service.

Clothes are good but some girls not friendly at all if they see u not buying anything! The short hair girl is better than others

Expensive but really good, high quality clothing. Wife loved the outfits the associate helped me pick out.

Worst customer service I have ever had. The girls (and no not woman because woman wouldn't treat people with so much disrespect). I had a return and was told exchange only (as it was a sale item) fine by me as I only wanted a different size. I get to the counter and was told no, after 2 different people told me otherwise. I explained this to the girl at the counter, and as she snickered with another employee (how retarded this was that customer service keeps allowing returns) Snickered some more I very nicely told them to pound salt and called customer service, in that amount of time they had called customer service. I got pretty much the same amount of disrespect over the phone. All I wanted was a exchange for a different size, which is what I was offered. Sitting outside the store on the phone with customer service, one of the employees comes out on the phone talking to whomever it was about what had just happened. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I will never shop here again you have lost a very loyal customer (every pair of pants I own are from this store) Do yourselves something not only for the company but for your own self respect and start treating others the way you would want to be treated. I will never be shopping here again!

OMG! Shop at this store. It's so cool.plus you get a beautiful paper bag with Aritzia logo and you can wear it as a t-shirt!

The girls working at this store are terrible, all ignored me when I came in, except for one she was sweet.the girl with the short blunt straight cut, , brunette, looks arab background is one of the worst girls ive ever met. Just awful. Not spending my money here anymore.
