Definitely my favorite Aritzia location I've shopped at; I've lived in a few different provinces with accessibility to different locations and I always get great service at the Mapleview location. Great layout, staff is very helpful and always picking different options. Grace is by far my favorite sales associate I've had in ANY store I've shopped at. Grace has helped me out multiple times and recognizes me and remembers my name every time; she has such a great eye for style and really picks pieces that go well together. If you're ever at this location and need help styling or putting together an outfit, ask for Grace!

Amazing service, these ladies were so accommodating and helpful in helping me find a dress for my boyfriends medical school white coat ceremony. Thank you again!

Went to return two outfits that I purchased for a wedding - didn’t end up wearing them. I go to return as it’s within the 30 day timeframe - I was told I was unable to return since it was under my ‘customer profile discount’ which I was never told about…. At check out or by the sales associate that was helping me out. They ask for your profile details and never mention anything further…it is definitely done on purpose. Extremely disappointing since I’ve been a loyal customer and love the brand.

If buying a sale item, they don't mention its final sale. They just say it written on the receipt and expect you to know.
The manager there was nice enough to offer my wife exchange for the same value or higher.
But my wife didn't want anything from there, so she was forced to buy something she didn't really want and pay extra.

Ugh! The worst Aritzia ever! The shop girls speed around and bulldoze so clients have to get out of their way. You can’t even touch the clothes because the staff are right behind you to fold the clothes you just touched. They look annoyed when you go through their displays. Plus, all the shop girls do is chit chat to one another as if there are no customers in the store. Please hire some grown ups!

For various reasons I have never really been a fan of shopping at Aritzia, however, today I was looking for some new clothing and figured I’d stop in. Kate (short blonde hair) was really welcoming, helpful and sweet! She helped me from the moment I asked her for assistance until the moment I left the store.

Standing waiting to cashed out. 3 girls at cash. No acknowledgment to where the line is. They clearly see me to be cashed out. No other customer but me…. Just terrible service as always…. And this is why ordering online is better.

The girls are nice but way too aggressive and push you too much to buy items you are not even looking to purchase. Too much pressure to shop at this location, not relaxing to shop here. Always someone trying to push you aggressively.

I never feel more like a cryptid than when I'm inside of an Aritzia. Staff are always weirdly cold and aggressive; beautiful cyborgs in neutral tones demanding to help my girlfriend start a fitting room or navigate the bucket hats they've strewn about their store. I feel like I'm watching Ex Machina; are they hurting you, keeping you here against your will? I'm not confident most staff would pass the Turing Test. I'm hopeful future updates to Aritzia programming will help them with making human connections.

I’ve never had a bad experience at aritzia except for today. The girls who work there say that they’ll go find something for you but all they do is talk to each other. They don’t update what they have in store to show online accurately. Drove here for nothing. Seems like terrible management especially whoever is hiring these people.

I have had a couple really great experiences at this location! Most recently with a very helpful and patient sales associate named Bianca. She was the best! Extremely kind, not pushy at all, checked in on me at appropriate times, and brought items that actually worked for my body type and size. As a mid size individual, I have had far too many experiences at other stores that were uncomfortable and disappointing. In this case, i asked for a room with a mirror (only had to wait a couple minutes for this), and had a successful and positive experience overall.

I just wanted to thank Brittany and Julia for their exceptional customer service. It had been a long time since I bought some new clothes. I had put on some extra weight and not feeling so good on trying things on, and they helped me pick out the right clothes and sizes that suited and looked good on me. They took the time to help me and gave their honest opinions. They were so lovely, caring, patient and so helpful. I really appreciated all their help:)

This is by far the best Aritzia location! The staff here go above and beyond. They make shopping an enjoyable experience and offer a ton of suggestions and styling tips. Jess R has been helping me at this location for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Big fan of this Aritzia store! My go to girl, Jess, is next level kind + helpful when it comes to my shopping needs.whether I'm shopping for an occasion or just a wardrobe refresh. The store is always tidy and well maintained and I LOVE the cute and super delish (complimentary!) coffee bar in the back of the store near the fitting rooms. Definitely a must visit store in the mall! Thanks girls!

I’ve been shopping at Aritzia for over 10 years and always have the best experience at this location. The store has a huge selection and the staff know their stuff. Ask for Jess when you go - you won’t be disappointed!

Sofia and Jordan were so nice and helpful! It was not my typical aritzia experience which is mean girls selling me stuff I don’t want. This experience was amazing. They were outstanding! So was the young woman who greeted me at the entrance and introduced me to Jordan-she was lovely.

Came here excited to spend my money at Aritzia because we don’t have one in my hometown. Tried on a pair of white pants and a white top and both had makeup stains on them. When I brought them up to the counter and was showing the employee she acted like she didn’t care and didn’t even listen and said “I can order it for you” when I asked if they could give me a discount she only offered me 10% off and final sale. Who would pay $150 for a pair of white pants with a red lipstick stain on it, only to get home and find out the stain won’t come out. The girl also told me makeup stains “aren’t damage. ”

3 stars because the store is scary and overwhelming but they have only played abba the whole time i was here and it was incredible

I will never go to this store again. The worst customer service staff seemed completely stuck up. I was there to spend money.however I took my business elsewhere. Customer Service is the most important service a business can offer. They failed today.
