Even though this location does not have huge selection but they have wonderfully lovely staff. Seriously people working here are always very welcoming and helpful.

By far my favourite Aritzia location because of the staff. Upon entering, I was greeted by Brianna and C'Airah. They helped fulfill all my requests whilst being patient and extremely down to earth. Definitely some of the best Aritzia workers I've encountered. I strongly suggest coming here if you want people who will be attentive and provide incredible service.

The sales associate, Mya, was so helpful. I had trouble finding the right size pants and she was very patient and accommodating the entire time, even though I was so indecisive. I really appreciate her customer service and how friendly she was.

I seriously don’t understand why they have a phone if they never answer. I’ve called MULTIPLE times throughout the day and never seem to answer. Very unprofessional

Fraud Fraud
I would give them 0 star if there was a option Courier company agreed their mistake it was delivered to the wrong address and parcel is lost still not giving me my money back

I order jacket from them the courier company delivered to the wrong address which I saw on tracking and contacted them right away they said they will inquire with fedex after tht they rejected to replace my order or give refund
So I contacted fedex directly and talked to them about my missing package and they agreed it was delivered to the wrong address and they ask me to get back to aritzia they said once the case is closed they can’t open it even though courier agreed that they lost package aritzia is fraud company they are not giving my money back

The girls that helped me return my leggings that I got for Christmas were super sweet and helpful. I was in and outta there decently fast, given that I ended up trying on a pair of thebutter flares and a sweater I ended up buying

I recently had a really great shopping experience at this Aritzia. I came into the store and was warmly greeted by one of the girls. She was able to help me with styling an outfit for an upcoming work holiday party. She even helped me with the sizing and length of the effortless pants to fit petites. Additionally, the manager helped me find the perfect colour of the scarf I was interested in. She even helped me place an order online to get it shipped to me in time for my work party! Even though I was shopping before they closed during their extended holiday hours, they were still so accommodating, helpful, and friendly:)
