I decided to stop by this location a few days ago to get some basics and the girls there all approached me one after another. The girl with the name Nisha or something was extremely aggresive when I told her I already have been approached multiple times and needs anger management classes!
Charged me a shipping fee when I ordered an item in store when they were out of stock. There was no disclosure which I think should be a customary practice.
All the other reviews seem to care about the staff, so I'm going to address the clothes. High quality fabrics with excellent fit and finish, style a step above Adidas, Lululemon, and Nike on fitness gear. Prices are a premium over many other brands, but seem appropriate for the quality.
Hello dear sir, My Name's Farhad Ahmed, I am a Bangladeshi skilled garment worker, I have been working in a reputed garment factory for the past 6, I have 7 years of experience in garment sector, a want to work in your company, if you provide me some work, it would be great for me.
It's a family day. I walked into Aritzer on queen street & received a few warm greeting from the staffs. The store was clean with combination of winter and spring collections. I love some of the new items with the uplifting colors. With the staffs help, I got both top and pants. I am happy with the purchase and Service. Will go back!
Came in on remembrance day looking for a white TNA jacket but walked out with two completely different things, lol.not too many staff working because of remembrance day, but Nina was super helpful and kind ️️️️️
All of the staff are amazing, but Shelby in particular is one of the most thoughtful, kind, and hard working associates I’ve encountered. She has helped me time and again and is always so patient.
Amazing! Tray was exceptional professional insightful and nailed my daughter’s vision for her grade 8 grad. My gratitude for making this experience perfect!
Extremely happy with the service that I received at Aritzia on Queen street today. Had asked for recommendations on their mid length puffers and spent a good 20+mins trying on options. Ella, the sales staff, was super attentive, friendly and patient the whole time. She helped me look up availability and kept bringing me options to help me narrow down what I was looking for. I didn’t end up buying anything sadly but the service was so great that I would go back to this branch the next time I want to shop at Aritzia. Highly recommend this branch to anyone looking.
Kait was super helpful sorting out an issue with an online order today. She called a couple stores to track down the last remaining item in my wife's size. Thank you for your positivity!
I hate having to write this because I love Aritzia! I was promised a call back by the manager and I'm still waiting 10 days later. I've tried calling back and still nothing.
We had a great experience shopping at Aritzia Queen Street. It's a nightmare to shop online and figure out sizes, especially if your new in Canada. The concierge (who's name we very unfortunately forgot) was very very understanding, helpful and efficient. Hands down, it was the best retail shopping experience in Toronto thus far! Kudos to the person who processed our order and made our day!
I returned my Super Puff Long parka at this location and recieved a gift card. When I went online to make a purchase 2 days later the balance was not $395.50 but $0. In a panic I called the store and they said that was strange and to reach out to concierge as they should be able to get the balance onto an e-card. I spoke via chat to Kate who took 30 minutes to look this up only to tell me that the card was used, someone purchased another jacket and the gift card balance was in fact $0 and they cannot be responsible for stolen cards.she would not tell me the name or address of the thief. I called their 800 number and I got the same response. Absolutely insane that I am a loyal customer, my $400 gift card was somehow stolen from me within 2 days of receiving it (I have it on my person and the pin was unscratched). What a garbage company with no compassion for their customers. I will never shop here or at any Aritzia or online again. They stole $400 from me.
Love aritzia clothes and fitting but I have given up on buying anything in store as the customer service is terrible. This particular location is the worst. Whenever I need to return something I will go to the Eaton centre location even though this one is closer to me because I can not mentally deal with these girls working here. Also, the staff in not very diverse.
Came in and bought matching super puff jackets with me partner. Shelby helped us out and was super friendly and had good style tips. Great experience overall ️
I just work down the street from this Aritzia location! This is probably the only location that actually has good style advisors who give an honest opinion. I recently visited this location to get an outfit for a work party - and usually as part of the Aritzia culture you have the staff coming up to you and bombarding you with the whole spiel "looking for anything in particular? Do you need help? Let me get a room started for you (continues to take the clothing you chose out of your hands) " but luckily, I wasn't bombarded first thing - I took about 10 minutes to look through the store until one of the staff approached me with a "how are you doing. " Totally different approach which i preferred, instead of being pushy she actually asked how I was. Then proceeded with "do you need help finding something" and thankfully she asked because I was lost on what I wanted. She asked if I would like for her to pick out some stuff in the style im going for (which was a slippy dress look) and I said yes. When i got to the fitting rooms, she led me to an open room and handed me her selections - SURPRISINGLY, everything she picked out ACTUALLY looked good on me, fit properly, and stuck to the style I wanted. She clearly knows style and fashion, she is relaxed and not pushy and we need more style advisors that have style sense. I didn't get her name but this post is for the girl who helped me pick the CUTEST outfit for my work/boat party event!
I actually had a great experience here. Although the stock wasn't super great (Bloor had a lot more options), I would definitely come back again to see Chloe - she was so friendly and helpful! She was totally honest about her opinions on what she liked for me and what she didn't like and I really appreciated that as I was shopping alone.
I've been to this location a few times this past year and every time a great style advisor helps me! I find that the girls at this location are a lot more nicer helpful than other locations in Toronto. One of the only locations that answers their phone as well! Only 4 stars because the stock at this location is extremely limited.
Tried getting into the store at 6: 15, official closing was at 7 at the time. Even though just three people lined up, they sent people away because they needed to make sure they can close at 7 and let employees go home in time. I totally understand, but if you want people to be home and have everything cleaned by 7, make the official hours until 6. Not impressed.
Terrible service, came in to return an item and they refused because "one of the 3 tags was not attached", even though I just received the item on the same day by delivery courier. So I took it to another branch and they easily accepted the return.
Terrible customer service for online orders. Made me wait over 2 weeks for an order that had been sitting at a FedEX sort facility in my city for 2 weeks. I finally received a call from FedEX telling me my address was wrong. Aritzia has my correct address on file from past orders so this was a mistake that could have easily been avoided. FedEx did not let me update the address so I had to go through Aritzia again. Having worked in e-commerce fulfillment before, these mistakes are far too amateur for an established company like this. This shows me that no one truly cares. I will not be buying from them in the future.
Really bad management! They treat their customers like animals! Their co workers give you a nasty look and seem really rude. Some workers are nice but most are really rude.they think that they rule the world
Very rude unhelpful staff member. Told me they don’t have a garbage so couldn’t throw out my Starbucks cup lol and didn’t seem to want to be bothered to help my friend find a sweater she was looking for
I've been going to Aritzia for years with my wife. She has always loved them, and I have not minded coming along as the stores are pleasant. Today I was the first man to buy a men's "super puff" winter coat at this location! Great fit and style, down filled, good to -30C, and seems like good quality. I would never spend $1000 for a coat and this one was $250, which seems like great value.
Will be honest, when I usually go here, the staff that I encounter can be very condescending and based on this, I will sometimes just walk the extra km to Eaton Centre. However, today was different. Despite 3 different employees ignoring me when I walked in, Karina acknowledged me when I was in the middle of the store and was super attentive. She asked me about my style, any upcoming occasions and was very receptive to any comments I had about what I wanted. I ended spending more just because of the way she treated me. She is now the reason that I will go back to this location and will continue to shop at Aritzia.
Okay clothes if you're lucky but very rude girls who don't have time or patience for anyone even when the store is dead. Just a gang of mean overpaid, 20-something toronto natives
The selection of clothes was great as was the service. The only downside was the small range of sizes. Most items were only available in XS or S, there were a few Ms and barely any Ls. However, it seems like most clothes shops in the area are the same.
I'm new to the country and tried a bunch of the main-line clothing retailers but the sizing was always off. The clothing at this place is such great quality with perfect sizing, as well as a wide variety of styles; I agree that the pricing is a tad hefty ($85 for my skirt) but if it fits and I like it, why not. Didn't like the lack of mirrors inside the individual changing rooms, instead forcing me to step outside into the shop to see how I looked - not cool if you want to avoid people watching you check out your butt in the mirror. Otherwise a nice store with great clothing.
