We've been going here for years and that's not going to change!

We have always been loyal patrons of Armando’s in Tecumseh, even when ownership changed and to say we are disappointed in the quality of the food and the customer service we received today is an understatement.
Even when we called to let them know about the sauce missing from their menu items the response was “we’ll give you a discount next time. ” We were not looking for a discount, only to have the items we ordered provided as described on the menu. On an order worth over $80 and to have all 4 items with no sauce in them is terrible. I’ve never seen a panzerotti without pizza sauce.
There will be no next time.

Pizza is excellent but the service is terrible. I was told 45 minutes on the phone. When I arrived they asked me my name and I waited another 30+ minutes for my large pizza. Guessing they gave my order to someone else or just didn’t make it beforehand. Staff should have owned it and explained what was going on. Instead I sat and was told a few time another couple of minutes. To make matters worse they didn’t offer anything to apologize. No 10% off, no free pop, nothing. I guess my time and the time of my 5 and 7 year old have no value. But pizza is good.

Pizza was on time done, right and tasted great. Thanks for the experience, we will definately be back!

Pizza tastes good. A little expensive though. Friendly and fast service.

Stopped in for lunch break. Rob was very friendly and we got to chat for a bit while we had the BEST pizza and dip.
I left nothing for dinner, I ate it all. Lol
