I came in absolutely pinched for time needing a same day turn around on a sizing, he was able to fit me in and get the ring back to me in the same afternoon! The finished product was absolutely flawless and I would recommend him to anyone his work is out of this world!

Tried to visit store middle of the day middle of the week. Rang bell multiple times and knocked, no one showed or let me in. Poor business.

My fiance bought my engagement ring here, and so for my wedding band I went back to see what they had that could fit with it. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for, I had something particular in mind because of the shape and style of my ring. They could tell that what they had premade wasn't doing it for me, so they told me I could get something made custom. After speaking with Dikran about what I was looking for he made up a design and made sure to send it my way for approval before he began. I couldn't be happier with the results! It's exactly what I imagined, and he did such a wonderful job! Throughout the whole process they were friendly, communicative, and helpful. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

Arman’s Jewellers was a FIRST to me, someone had recommended to go there.
I brought a Diamond Bracelet and a Diamond Ring, both for seizing.

Both Pieces were ready for pickup within 2 1/2 days. I never experienced this before.
Beautiful Repair, polished and shiny, I was so happy …. Friendly and courteous service.

Brought in an old ring to get sized. Needed 2 sizes up and was very worried about how it would turn out as the band was very thin already. It’s absolutely perfect! Great experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and extremely reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service, went in to see about a repair and a new chain, I couldn’t be happier. Repair, a cleaning and a modification done in about an hour and a half. The owners are awesome!

Absolutely would recommend! So kind, I brought my rings in to have them cleaned and they did it for free no questions asked! After searching the mall no one would touch them because they were not bought from those places, I tried to explain that where they were bought from closed but no luck! My girlfriend bought me a ring from here for birthday, which she unfortunately looks like she overpaid. Based off the price of gold and other stores offering similar rings. The ring didn’t fit me and I didn’t like the style so she asked to return the item. The owner said no however, we could exchange it, so we exchanged for a cheaper ring that they ordered in. After we got it sized, the craftsmanship was extremely poor; uneven edges and uneven brushing. I brought this to attention of the owner and he said that it’s going to get beat up anyways. I was like whatever but when we asked for the difference from the exchange of the two rings he got very defensive and raised his voice. I eventually got my my girlfriend back her money, but this was the most unprofessional, overpriced and overrated stores, I have ever came into contact with. Avoid at all costs.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - I went to Arman’s Jewellers to have a chain shortened and they provided amazing service! Extremely friendly! They were more then happy to help with this and make any adjustments I wanted. I had some rings that required work, so about two weeks ago my husband and I went into Arman's Jewellers. We had decided we wanted to keep the business local and liked the fact that the rings would stay on site. I had my original wedding ring/engagement ring and anniversary band all attached together. About 10 years ago my husband upgraded the engagement ring to a much larger diamond but about a year ago he stepped on it by accident in work boots so it needed some repairs as well as the claws to be redone. We were very pleased to find out that Arman's could repair the larger ring. He melted down the original rings and made me a new wedding band using the original gold as well as the four small band diamonds. He repaired and redid the claws on the large diamond, soldered the new band to it and was able to make me a pendant using my original diamond (34 years old). I was thrilled with how everything turned out and the fact that all my original gold and diamonds were used. The rings were ready exactly when they said they would be and they have never sparkled more! I highly recommend this jeweler and will be coming back again for my future jewellery needs. Arman's were able to take the diamonds from three separate rings and create a statement piece of jewelry for me. The jeweler created two different designs for me to chose from and walked me through both designs in detail. The end product is stunning and unique. Outstanding customer experience.

Arman is always there to help me. I have been visiting his store for many years. He always has a solution for some difficult-to-fix jewelry. He designs and makes his own unique pieces. They are beautiful!

My fiancé took a diamond he had from his mother to get my ring made here. He gave them the picture and they made it (in my opinion) exactly like the picture but better. It's gorgeous and I couldn't ask for anything more. I called to complement them and get a little info regarding cleanings and the gentleman I talked to was super friendly and warm. I'll continue to bring my ring back here for cleanings and anything else I might need.

Dikran was amazing, he understood my vision for the custom rings I wanted made. I love that he is a goldsmith and completes all the work on site. I felt very confident and secure to leave him my engagement ring to work with. He completed my rings in a timely manner with open communication along the way. I was pleased with his reasonable pricing as well. I will be back to get some more custom work done on my other jewelry and have already recommended him to friends and family.

Honestly the best service I've ever received. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in any way they can. Fully recommend no matter what your budget is, they'll help stay within it and offer advice on how to get the best value. They also got a couple watches of mine running again quickly and at a great price.

This is one of the best jewelry made for me so far. The jeweller was extremely helpful. He showed us the best possible designs for my ring. I highly recommend this shop. My ring is customized and delivered on time. I also got a diamond certificate along with this so this is a genuine diamond ring.

I took 3 silver rings for downsizing and they did a fantastic, professional and fast job - done the same day. Other places I called for comparison said price depended on whether or not there's a stone (one ring did have a stone) as heating the ring could compromise the stone. Well Arman's uses laser to do the job. The other places would have taken at least a week. I couldn't be happier with the customer service, value and price.

So incredibly happy with my engagement ring from Arman's! We chose Arman's for my engagement ring after they resized and re-plated an old ring of mine that was my grandmother's and I had been very happy with the work. Dikran worked with us from start to finish to design and create my custom engagement ring. He was able to combine a few photos we liked to design one beautiful ring. The design he created and showed us looks exactly like the finished product. I honestly could not imagine a more beautiful ring for myself. The customer service was excellent and Dikran kept us informed every step of the way. The work was excellent and done on time. We were very satisfied with the price and really felt like we were getting great value for our money compared to larger jewelry stores. The centre stone came with a certificate and the entire ring came with a certification of its value from a third party for insurance purposes at no extra charge. Dikran even re-sized the ring for me free of charge after I realized that my hands must have been slightly swollen the day I tried on the original sizer, and he was even able to make it a custom size to fit my finger perfectly (in between a 3.75 and 4). I would recommend Arman's to anyone and they are definitely my go-to jeweller in the Kitchener-Waterloo area!

It all began with a 14kt w/g Amethyst and diamond ring that my dear 92 year old mother had bought, but it was too small- it needed to be sized. A ring that reminded her of her father- timing was everything. Fortunately, K-W has Arman's Jewellers. Here, I was met by Dikran and his wife Talin who treated me with professionalism and kindness. Dikran sized the ring within 24 hours. He maintained the intricate details and its shank showed no sign that it had been sized. Wonderful. Only a day later- I drove it to my mom in Hamilton who was delighted to receive her ring so quickly. I also had a gold bracelet that needed a new clasp it was also polished and the new clasp soldered on. Thank you Dikran and Talin for your excellent advice and assistance.
