Went to Arnik looking for pair of bangles. Tried asking him for size and if he has tricolour ones and he said rudely look at display. I didn’t feel welcomed and left right away. I won’t be buying any of my gold there!

Received a pair of earrings for Christmas. Worst quality ever. Claimed to be 18K gold. Where is the certificate of authenticity? The earrings were not even marked. Weight lighter than some of my lightest fake jewellery. The old fashioned screwball style was awful. Couldn't fit them through my ear holes. Looked like some cheap jewellery made in a local market in China or India. Cheap packaging too! Who is this seller fooling?
Seller would not refund. There goes my Christmas gift! Would not buy from again!

Very positive online purchasing experience. I wanted to buy a Tissot watch listed on the Tissot website as out of stock. After failing to get any one of the retailers in my hometown to place the order, I enquired with Arnik Jewellers. One of the store staff Kalpesh made the enquiries, advised me on the wait time and took my order. About a month later, the watch arrived. Excellent service, compared to the shops in my town, who didn't seem to want my business.

I went to their store to have a few watch links removed on my watch. They were so nice. The staff there cleaned my wedding band/necklace for free. They resized my watch and I purchased some gold cleaner.

This is the end of a long term business relationship. My watch battery replacement went from 20$ up to 28.25$. More than 40%. I was under the assumption of my previous experience and so I didn’t look at the machine receipt they gave me (not an official shop receipt showing service and tax breakdowns) but phoned to investigate later when I was told by the Arnik shop owner himself that it was 15.99 for battery change all makes before the watch person started defending himself saying everything went up. Checked around in 3 different other shops with info on the make and sent a pic and I got a range from 15.99 (twice) to a max of 20$. Well, I will never make assumptions again anywhere else and NEVER use their service or recommend it again.

Be cautious. Went to the store as I was interested in a white gold necklace. After I entered i noticed none of the staff were wearing protective or face masks. Decided not to look around further; they may be in violation of current city and provincial by-laws.

I was searching for a Rolex Presidential and came across this beautiful timepiece that Arnik Jewelers had, so I decided to head over and introduce myself. I met Kalpesh when I arrived at Arnik Jewelers and told him I had found the watch that I was looking for, this guy was great right away I knew from the first impression that I was in it for the long run. I purchased the timepiece from him and I was very happy with my purchase. Great Attention to the client, I was impressed. I would recommend Arnik jewelers without question. So far I have purchased 2 Rolex timepieces and many more to come.its hard to find someone you can trust. I went to purchase a Rolex and Kalpesh kept telling me it is a brand new watch and upon close examination I saw scratches on the side. He then said the watch has only been used multiple times. Basically, he tried to sell me a pre owned watch for the price of a brand new watch. Please stay away from this place.

This past year I have sold and purchased two watches from Kalpesh. I am extremely happy with my purchases, especially my Rolex GMT Master 2. I have found Kalpesh to be professional, trust worthy, fair and likable as a person. Said they could pressure test my watch to 100 meters. Fifty-dollars and a week later, I took a shower with my watch and it fogged up. I don't know what kind of "pressure test" they did on my watch, but either they didn't do it properly, or just flat out lied. There's no excuse for a watch pressure tested to 100m not to survive a shower.

Now, I could bring it there and complain about it, but I know it will be a waste of time. I should have looked at the negative reviews.

Called to ask for a quote on a watch battery replacement service - very unprofessional interaction. Answered call with just a "Yes" and I had to ask to confirm if this was Arnik Jewellers. Then answered my questions with just one word answers.

Just went there for the first time. Initially just wanted to buy a strap but left with a used Rolex too. The watch is keeping perfect time and came in really good condition. The owner also gave me a very fair price. So far I’m very happy with the purchase. I will do business with this store again.

First time going there to get one watch battery changed and link shortened for another one. Kalpesh was very nice and accommodating even after I came back to get it more shortened he did it again for me no additional charge while waiting.

Spended $400 to get my Raymond Weil repaired to find out that they did a butcher job and have photos to prove it. This was twice l had to bring it in. They said they had a specialist in this category. Found out that they did a lot of glue work done. STAY AWAY!

Went in for a simple resizing of my Breitling band only. After hearing Kalpesh speak about how he could make my watch look new again I decided to leave it for a polish as well. Let me tell you that I was absolutely blown away! Speedy turnaround time and my watch looks pretty much brand new also fits perfect. Awesome service, friendly and reasonably priced.
