Not having a clue where to look for a hearing centre when suggested by my doctor, I relied on reviews. Based on the positive reviews, I selected this location and reviews were spot on. From first phone call with Lindsay after requesting an appointment on line through my check in and subsequent testing by Jesse, everything was great. Friendly, explaining each part of the testing every step of the way and easy to understand in advising results. Would highly recommend

Last week I had an appointment at Arnold Hearing in Guelph to have wax removed from both ears. What an incredibly positive experience. As they say, "I got my life back. " Daniella, the excellent technician allowed me to photograph the material taken out of both ears. A little unbelievable. I have a 3 month follow up appointment booked to see if a further "clean up" is necessary, besides the annual visit. My sincere thanks to Lindsay and Daniella for their professional, caring service.

Arnold Hearing was recommended to me by a friend so I finally decided to update my aids. Sara and Lindsay are both amazing! I appreciate the excellent service and guidance I have experienced and I value their patience with me. I was delighted there was no pressure and Sara answered my every question thoroughly. I am still learning my new hearing aids and very much appreciate Sara's follow-up visits to be sure I am totally satisfied and comfortable with her product. Five stars for sure.

I came to Arnold Hearing Centre in Guelph after having an unsatisfactory experience at another hearing clinic. I was having issues with my left ear and couldn't hear properly, so I booked a hearing test. The girl at this other clinic was unprofessional and disinterested in her job.

I decided to get a second opinion because I was still having issues. I knew I made the right decision from my initial contact with Lindsay. She was friendly, listened to my concerns and promptly booked a hearing test. On the day of the appointment I saw Jesse. She immediately discovered that I had a buildup of wax in my ears and skillfully removed it. I could finally hear again. I was beyond pleased with the service and would highly recommend this centre. It has a welcoming atmosphere and the staff is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. You can rest assured that you will get the utmost care. Thanks again Jesse and Lindsay!

Such an amazing place! They recently moved into a bigger office space and it's very accommodating for people with disabilities. Since the very first time I contacted them and spoke with Lindsay I instantly felt that I found the RIGHT place to help me with finally being able to hear properly. My first appointment Jesse made me feel very comfortable with doing an updated hearing test, from there we booked an appointment a few weeks later to get a pair of trial hearing aids. Being someone who has had 8 set of tubes to now being able to hear is absolutely a blessing. Thank you so much for Jesse and The Arnold Hearing team with changing my life forever.

I went to arnold today to have my ears looked at, from the very first call they were so kind to me. Even tho my issue wasnt resolved at the clinic the ladies there were very reasurring that i wasnt crazy, there was definitely something going on.

You have no idea how comforting that was. Im pretty sure everyone in my life is really tired of me not being able to hear so th4e kindness of the staff was really appreciated.

Have had hearing aids for about 40 years but have never had such a complete test or info on the workings as I have received from Arnold Hearing Centre in Guelph. Sarah was so informative, kind & patient & took time to FULLY explain all. There was No pressure to purchase anything. (I did purchase new aids & could not be more pleased with the outcome) koodos to SARAH and arnold hearing centre in Guelph.

I was fortunate enough 2 years ago that I made an appointment with Arnold Hearing and met Sarah. Absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. My first appointment Sarah made it so comfortable that I purchased hearing aids. I bought the ones with a docking station and love them. When I walked out I heard the leaves tussle beneath my feet, my signal light in the car but most importantly I heard my grandchildren and did not ask them to repeat themselves or speak up. I purchased a box that hooks to my TV and now enjoy listening to movies, news etc.although it is 2 years I still am experiencing things I never heard before. Theatre is now enjoyable and do is going to the movies. Fire trucks and ambulances are nie heard well in advance giving ample time to move over. Conversation are more enjoyable and so are family gatherings. Sarah and her team at Arnold Hearing changed my life forever. Thank you so much

The staff at Arnold Hearing are very knowledgeable and professional. They listen to your comments about your hearing and hearing aids and take great care in adjusting your aids to address your hearing loss.

I have been to the Guelph hearing centre a couple of times to have a build up of wax removed from my ears. The service has been outstanding, the technician is very thorough and explains every step of the procedure start to finish. I am very happy with Arnold Hearing Centres!

I suffer from hearing loss as well as tinnitus and decided that it was time for some hearing aids. I went to the Guelph location where they aided me with the process of applying through WCB and then providing me with excellent advice and subsequent care for my hearing aids. The staff are all pleasant, friendly and professional. Always an enjoyable visit.

Long story- but if you're getting ear impressions done for IEMs/Inner Ear Monitors, CHECK THE MANUFACTURER'S WEBSITE FOR INSTRUCTIONS YOU CAN PRINT OUT AND BRING IT WITH YOU! Anyways, the experience here was good, very pleasant people, 5/5 would recommend.

I recently went to Arnold's in hopes of having custom plugs made to assist with peaceful sleeping (I sleep beside a freight train!). I went in for my initial visit and Jesse assessed that i needed to have some wax removed prior to the custom moulds being made. I prepped as required and the removal was painless. We went ahead with the mould and I received my plugs yesterday. After a full night's sleep I can say with certainty that coming to Arnold's has changed my life. Thank you, Jesse, you're amazing, so knowledgeable and kind, we will definitely be back if ever the need arises. I highly recommend the Arnold's team!

I was on vacation in Guelph when I found myself in need of some hearing aid parts. I contacted Arnold Hearing Center on Westwood. Sara was fantastic and provided excellent service.
