I can't say enough about having the Hearing Instrument Specialist at Arnold Hearing, remove plugs of wax from each of my ears.

After failed attempts at clinics, and other practitioner offices, I felt 100 percent better after their careful treatment. Both plugs had been trapping water, diminishing my hearing and causing headaches, not to minimize my continuously being out of sorts.

I might sound like a commercial but I'm so happy to have been in the right hands finally.

Highly recommend this place. Was a little nervous about the procedure and the outcome prior to going in. Chantel was patient and very detailed in her explanations of what was going to happen, and then what all the results meant. Other places of service should take a note out of their customer service book!:)

I went here for a hearing test today. Everyone was so nice from my receptionist to my audiologist. Deborah explained everything so well and in the context of my background. She answered all my questions without any rush. 10/10. Would recommend to friends and family.

I purchased hearing aids in 2021 from Arnold Hearing Centres (Frederick St location). Excellent customer service from Chantal each and every time that I have been in the office! Recently my hearing aids needed some repair. Chantal was very helpful in providing loaners and expediting the repairs in a timely manner. I appreciate Chantal's ongoing kindness and compassion as I have severe hearing loss. Thank you Arnold Hearing Centres and especially Chantal! You're the best!

Located at 385 Frederick St in the Frederick Mall this family-owned hearing clinic has other locations in Guelph, Simcoe, Kitchener, and Waterloo. Super friendly staff who are willing to listen to your concerns and come up with solutions. Originally came in for some hearing protection at work and outside. Was provided with a hearing test which identified some hearing loss. I was provided with excellent advice and service to address my hearing loss. I highly recommend you visit this location or any other locations of Arnold Hearing Centers if you think you have some hearing loss. You will be treated right and staff will take the time to explain what your choices are to address your hearing issues. Various options are available for hearing protection and hearing aids.

I brought my mother here for a wax removal and it was a breath of fresh air compared to the last appointment at our doctor. Both technicians who saw my mom were very patient and gentle. Thank you for being patient even when my mom was not. Recommended!

I came to Arnold's several months ago and had my hearing tested. I had been feeling off for a while, and fortunately they found a medical issue which I was able to follow up with my doctor about. I appreciated them squeezing me in and for explaining the results so thoroughly!

These services were performed in a professional and courteous manner by Chantal DeFrancesco. She took the time to explain things thoroughly, including answering my many questions.
