Came here with my 3 yr old son at 6 pm they had him sit in the waiting room till after 10 pm and took people who walked in at 9 pm over my son. If he wasn't sick i would not be bringing him. They have no consideration for kids. And the nurse was exceptionally rude when getting triaged. Do not recommend this "clinic" its not a hospital.
Absolutely disgusting health care.no communication.absolutely zero people being brought into emergency.just a triage nurse and left to sit for hours and hours without a word.this is the most unprofessional hospital I have ever been to.they should all be fired and just close the building
Hey if you let someone sit in the waiting room for 6 hours and they have a cut that may or may not need stitches can you tell them wether or not they are wasting their time maybe in the first three hours. If I don’t need to be here at least tell me
I have had to visit the Arnprior Hospital twice in the last month with my 11 year old son. Both times we have have amazing service. The triage nurse Katie was super friendly and even asked about my son about his sports for his second visit. We saw Dr Ott the first time and Dr Cakarevic the second. Both doctors were friendly and knowledgeable and were able to help us quickly. Both visits we were in and out in less than 1.5 hours, which I was very impressed with.
Thank you Arnprior Hospital for the great service and care for my son!
I found all the staff at this hospital very professional and friendly.during my recent visit there. They put me at ease in what was a somewhat stressful situation. Many thanks.
I had day surgery there yesterday (Dr Silverman from OPS) admin was swamped with issues, but super nice and patient despite the other more irate people. The nurses are amazing. Especially Cheryl in the OR recovery. Very kind, and gentle (I’m scared of needles) and after my surgery…nurses were amazing. I just had to take a minute to say how great they were and how appreciative I was of their incredible care. Thank you!
