Big yard with lots and lots of product available at excellent prices. The yard staff have always been very helpful too. They have all their processes down pat too, so if an office person says it goes like this, then your out in the yard and they're saying the same thing. Perfect!

Out of the dozens of landscape supply yards I have visited over the years, Arnts is hands down the most pleasurable experience you will have as a contractor. The site is extremely organized and efficient. Purchases and returns are painless with lots of room for maneuvering and parking etc. Staff is friendly with great communication between departments. They did a delivery to my neighbors house. But in some way damage my driveway and left gravel. Sent them pictures of the blue marks on the concrete, scratches on the road leading to my house, and damage on my driveway. They said the They checked their GPS camera and said they tried to avoid my property. But how did I get the blue marks from their blue bin, and other damages

Service today was absolutely incredible. I went there with questions and uncertainty as to what I needed and a young lady was absolutely wonderful in helping me choose what I needed to fix some damage don't work at my house. It was a very pleasant experience. I'd like to shout out to her but it didn't actually get her name but she worked in the outdoor area helping customers choose stonework.

Sales rep told me a 4pm delivery time Friday was no problem, was called at 12 to say they were loading up to come and if it wasn’t when they wanted, it would be Monday. Called for a PARTIAL refund of the delivery fee as what I requested and was told would be the time didn’t happen and got nothing but attitude from Emily and she made it clear that she didn’t care about a customer. NEVER AGAIN will I buy anything from these people. Very disappointed

The brick yard staff extremely rude. Seemed confused about a skid deposit return. I suggest you guys get your brick yard staff in check.

Wow. For years. Every spring I get frustrated with Arnts not having a contractor desk.

I usually have to wait an hour in line while people ask the dumbest questions and all I need is a bag of poly.

This all changed this week when I met Brittany

She was kind, so helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Not to mention she had me back on site quicker than anyone in the last 4 years.

I modified order during call in. No issue.
They told me it would be there the next day.
The next day it showed up.

Its that simple if you know what you want.

This place is a rip off! I got the shock of my life when I returned extra patio stones to them. I had one row of stones to return 76 of them and when I called their customer care the guy clearly mentioned I will be getting a refund on $180 back into my card. When I gave home my address he said it went down to $150. I again asked if that’s the amount I would get back. He again confirmed yes and that I have to give a call back once the item is picked up so that they can refund back to card after checking the item.

Today when I called them another agent said that the previous agent miscommunicated and that i actually have to PAY $180+restocking fee and that there are only 67 stones. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD GIVE AWAY THEIR ITEM FOR FREE AND ON TOP OF THAT PAY FOR IT! Why should I be penalized for your miscommunication? Also there were 4 rows of 19stones and they keep saying it’s just 67 in total

I am waiting for the manager to call me. My invoice is 1116129. I will update my review based on how Arnst solves my problem.

Update:

So I got a call from another executive- Rachel who acknowledged there were 76 pieces and that there was a miscommunication. They have now refunded me for the stones that they picked up. Except for this inconvenience I didn’t have any other trouble so I have decided to bump my rating to 4. Thanks guys for the resolution!

Called in, advised a minute or so wait period. 5 mins later still on ignore. Business must be great. After reading the reviews I decided I'll go elsewhere to, don't seem to be customer focused

1st of all there is no customer.
So we're at work and all day running around trying to get supplies. And then we pop in Here! There's no washroom for any of the customers to use. You guys should be embarrassed of this.
Second of all it's a monday morning eleven a m and I have to wait twenty minutes in line before I get served 2order my product.

Very nice place for landscape and hard scape materials. Staff are extremely well organized and helpful.
