Aroma Espresso Bar

The manager at this location was rude and argumentative. She got the order wrong and then wanted to argue instead of apologizing. Eventually we received the correct order and it was cold instead of hot. We will not return.

This was my first time going to any Aroma Espresso Bar. The coffee was delish and though my friend and I weren't going to eat anything, the smell of the enticing croissants had us buying one each. Yum! So fresh, buttery, and flaky. The service was great. The woman who took our order was so polite. And, both me and my friend forgot we wanted decaf coffee. We remembered when the drinks were practically finished being prepared. The baristas remade our coffees, decaf, at no extra charge. And they tasted fantastic. Great first impression overall.

It was a pleasant start of the new year morning. This was my first time here, of course to start with the sweet! Service was great and the drink and pastries were pleasant. Would be nice if the atmosphere is better, but great company helps

Wanted a cozy coffee place to catch up with my kids. This place was a perfect. Food, drinks, service, and atmosphere contributed to a pleasant afternoon.

Came because I was trying to find a spot where I could study and get lunch and I was appalled at how the guy I assume is the manager treats the customers.

He is rude and arrogant. The reviews about him are true.

This is our go to girlfriend meet spot. Absolutely love the croissant with fig jam and goat cheese. It's divine.

This place is supposed to be quick & easy. You shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for a sandwich. The staff here focuses on preparing "Uber eats" orders first, and not the customers order placed in store.

I waited 20 minutes for a sandwich, when they said it would be a little longer, I just left. What a awful experience. Poorly run.

If you're gonna accept Uber eats orders, then have a designated team preparing those orders.

If I was planing on waiting 25 minutes I could have sat down for breakfast at a restaurant and gotten served quicker.

Zero stars.

How awful dry egg salad with no mayo so much salt it had to be thrown out, requested toasted but I guess someone was too lazy. Poorly wrapped stuff just fell out. A total waste of money, the green bin is the only winner, will never order from this location again!

I recently visited Aroma Espresso Bar on Weston Road and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. After only 40 minutes of being there and still enjoying my coffee, I was asked by the owner/manager if I was going to stay for long and told to leave within an hour. This was especially frustrating considering there were other customers who had been there longer than me and were not asked to leave. I was disappointed by the customer service and felt that it was not acceptable to be treated in this way. As a result, I will not be returning to this location.

I ordered a Mango smoothie took a sip of it, and didn't like it tastes like too much sugar and fake flavoring - I let the staff know and they understood me.

They asked the owner and he put up his hands and said "oh im sorry you have to pay! "

Croissants? BUSSIN’. Mahssa? ETHEREAL. What more can you ask for? You don’t have to ask, the customer service is a step ahead of you!

I've been going here for years but the food is not the same and way overpriced. I don't mind paying premium for quality ingredients. The food is okay. When I order my salad, there is barely any lettuce and the chicken is so so dry. It never used to be like this.

Hope they can put more effort into their food quality especially paying over $20 for a salad with chicken.

Food is good but overpriced. Wanted a croissant but it looked dry behind the counter so I got an apple strudel which they warmed up with my hot chocolate. Prices are a little expensive. Really cute seating area booths, warm cozy vibe

The best place for business lunch. Fast service and yummy options. Price is reasonable. Love their apple Danish and coffee. TOMATO soup is a MUST.

Me and my family just went to this aroma and let me say wow. We are a big family so we ordered a lot of food and they made it all perfectly. The food was impeccable and so fresh. More specifically there was man that worked there I didn’t catch his name but he was a bundle of joy. (I think he owns the store) Just amazing vibes would highly recommend! My family loved u, u brought us so much joy:)

20/10 honestly the best Americano I’ve had in a long time. Super flaky croissant and the staff is just so lovely. Probably the best aroma I’ve been to tbh

Food was great, service needs work. Trying to be kind to the fact that the lines were unclear and 3 people were served ahead of us. A till was opened so we moved towards that till but then to have the others who clearly arrived after us was annoying. Staff didn't seem to have been trained properly either as seemed to be missing common sense etiquette (such as placing the food into two trays equally for one order versus squeezing the largest items in one). Nonetheless, despite poor service. Food was throughly enjoyed and am surely craving for more.

Would definitely come back for the food but will avoid dining in.

THIS AROMA WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! My door dash driver picked up my coffee from this location but failed to pick up the salad and croissant. When I called aroma they were so helpful they sent one of their own staff who I presume was actually the manager? But they delivered it to me themselves. Huge thank you for not leaving me without food today. They even added an extra coffee to the order. This aroma has won me as a customer, thank you for caring!

THE STAFF HERE! They seem to like each other and have a good time with one another. There's this super sweet girl who was on the cash taking everyones orders and keepiing convos very fun and engaged - MAHSSA YOU ROCK

All the staff especially Daniel were amazing! Friendly, informative and helpful. The food was also fantastic. 5 star, will definitely go again!

I work from home and decided to grab a coffee from here during my lunch break. About 30 minutes into my visit, the owner/manager rushes over to my table to inform me that he watched me come in and knew I had been there for 30 minutes already. He said that the sitting time per customer was 1 hour and that I had to leave soon.

Meanwhile, there were at least two other tables of people who had been sitting from before I got there.

Definitely won't be going back.

The signature aroma coffee is divine! With a chocolatey, and creamy taste, topped with whipped cream and perfect for fall. Enjoying this with a cozy book near a fireplace would be perfect ️

Cute place. Couple of tables inside and couple more outside patio. Love their coffees and sandwiches. Good place to study or even work.

Very very similar to the Israeli chain also called aroma! I wonder if they’re related somehow? Even the little chocolate detail. Spanakopita is delicious. Could use to turn on some music or something.

My wife really needed to use the washroom while eating breakfast here and the only washroom they had was “out of order”. After spending over 40 dollars on breakfast you think they would put some resources into fixing the washroom. This has happened twice now so we won’t be back. Allowing people to eat in a restaurant without a working washroom is not fair, we had to leave right away when we were planning on eating there.

Visited for the 1st time & just left. Very disorganized! More concerned about food delivery than customers standing in line. Someone who came after me got their drink first. And I had to remind them about my croissant. I am never coming here again.

Aroma is one of my favourite places to get soup and salads from. I’ve noticed this location in particular puts your food together with love, you can taste it. Perfection. Thank you.

Absolutely awful service, baristas were more concerned about chit chatting with their friends and playing on their phones than actually taking our order and when they did they took it incorrectly. Food came burnt, missing main components of the dishes, and when asked to correct it was met with a huge amount of attitude and disrespect. As someone who adores Aroma I'm extremely disappointed with this place and will make a point to never return here. Id much rather travel farther to get better quality and service. I wish I had the option to pay after receiving food as I would have never made the mistake of tipping such terrible service.

The best thing about this place is that its usually not over crowded, has a nice ambience and the pistachio latte is delicious. It is a bit on the pricey side though, two half sandwiches and a latte is about $30.00

Great Food but the Service is super slow. Waited 48 minutes for two sandwiches and a soup. People were there before us and they too waited for over 40 minutes. They need more staff in the kitchen. Girls working at the front don't help anyone in the back and don't wash their hands between tasks. From packing your food to checking their phone and cashing customers, no handwash. Terrible. Disgusting.

I don't think the server understood what i ordered. I didn't realize it was wrong until i had left the store. Wrong type of coffee.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. AVOID THIS LOCATION!
I have been to this location twice over the past few months. A few months ago, I came to this Aroma to do some work with my sister. As I was working, the manager walks up to my table and yells at me for leaning my foot against the chair that was beside me at my table. I was so caught off guard because I failed to realize how something so minuscule could bother someone like that. We got up and left immediately.
Fast forward to April 2020, my mom and I were in the area and she insisted that she needed coffee (Aroma was the closest place around). Given the COVID situation, I tried to use my foot to press the automatic door switch, which was broken and did not open. When we came inside, the manager, who was at cash, felt the need to demonstrate how to use the door switch (which also didn't work for him, but apparently he is almighty and all-knowing). This was incredibly disgusting for him to do, as he was undermining our ability to operate a simple door. I can only imagine how poorly he would have reacted had someone with a disability needed to open the door.
We will never be returning to this location. I would recommend driving the extra kilometres to go to the Vaughan Mills location or the store on Rutherford (near LA Fitness). Or better yet, support a company that values customers all around.

Amazing coffee. Spacious and rarely crowded. Decent prices. Exemplary service. Only positive things to say. One of the best coffee shops in the area to work, study or just enjoy a cup of good coffee. The only downside - not a lot of electrical plugs to use.

I have had many lattes at different coffee bars but aroma coffee stands out as one of the best great service, nice touch with the chocolate, reminds me of italy

First up. It's a Chain.
Now that we've got that outta the way.this location is pretty decent.
Service is usually good, the food is prepared fresh and everything is done in a manner that's prompt.

My only issue is I like the Burekas.especially with an Americano (They make a great snack!) and they're out of them pretty often!
But I guess that could also mean folks like them as much as I do? ‍️

Absolutely fantastic place to have hearty breakfast or a brunch, amazing options and very flexible when it comes to customer choices. The first thing you notice when u enter the cafe is a smiling face greeting you which is very contagious though haha.loved it and will definitely visit again. Highly recommended.

I’ve been searching for a good Latte place in brampton and vaughan and I was finally not disappointed! Had the avocado and egg sandwich which was good and the ingredients were fresh. Have yet to try their other drinks but definitely worth it if you’re in the area searching for a rich latte that’s not watered down like at Starbucks!

Wonderful staff, pleasant and friendly. Actually got a cappuccino versus a latte and it was tasty. Croissants were light and flaky, warm from the oven. Will go again.

Dining area was clean and bright but the washrooms could have used a touch up, not horrible. Drinks were meh. Service ok and friendly enough but it didn't seem like they cared to be there. I've been here more than once and got the same feeling both times. For the price, there are better options in the area. The reviewers on here who say this is the best coffee, likely also think Starbucks is great coffee. Good enough but not a place I'd go out of my way for.

I come here a few times per month without any high expectations, service is usually okay and food is good at lunch time. But I have been trying to come to grab breakfast for more than 5 times in the last few months and EVERY single time I come in, there is either no breakfast/food available altogether because it's not going to be ready for another hour (when they already opened over half an hour ago), etc. Or there is no chef available because kitchen guys just tend to not show up for their shift and the poor coffee baristas have to explain this to everyone. Seems like there's some management issues going on there but it's unfortunate to drive down there and find out you can't get breakfast. I love Aroma altogether but this is definitely one of the worst ones I have been to.

This location still needs more work in the kitchen.the chef from newwest minester needs to teach them a few more tricks from his hat.
