Save yourself from coming here, keep walking and go straight to the food court. Waited around 15 mins for my iced hazelnut drink. It wasn't even busy, why the long wait? ! Never have I ever needed to wait THIS long for a drink at any cafe I've been to! The drink was mediocre, too sweet, and too expensive. Poor customer service received from the curly hair girl at the cash. Not friendly or warm. When I finally received my drink, the other front counter girl did apologize for the wait though (so I'll give +1 star for her trying.). I will not be returning to this location and will take my business elsewhere.

Nice to have tables inside and outside (when the weather allows it). Good cappuccino and nice choices for your breakfast or lunch.

They messed up with my order and refused to correct it. Told me I have to pay for the replacement as I took a bite. One of the staff member said “You should have take a look and told us it’s wrong at first place before taking a bite”
Extremely upset with the customer service.
Will NEVER come back to this location.

I found it to be on the expensive side but still yum. Tried the fig and goat cheese croissant with the iced chai tea latte. Both were good especially the croissant.

We came here for our first visit. We were hoping for a good coffee. After we ordered and paid a good amount, we went to put our cream and sugar in. There was no cream container only milk. We asked at the desk and the girl said they were out of cream. No one drinks coffee without cream…. Or most. First, why didn’t you tell me when I ordered. Second couldn’t one of you gave run over to the Avondale. I am a local buyer and I won’t be back.

Great food, fresh and always been great, that's the only reason we go here.
Service.shocking! No smile, no thank you, on the phone, feel like they don't want to be there, maybe im expecting too much from a outlet mall restaurant.

Went here lunch, ordered for 2 people after I left 18% tips, After 30 minutes waiting I only got one order ask the cashier where is the second order She says is still cooking waited for another 15 minutes and then she realized that she forgot the order OK mistake happen then I have to wait again for another 30 minutes still cooking
I went next door and Bought myself a sandwich right away come back ask for my money back they only refund for the meal no apologies no tips back didn’t care they were to busy Talking to each other

Aroma Espresso bar offers a variety of fresh and light meals. Whenever I’m at the outlet mall I always stop to get a sandwich and soup! The bread is so fresh and soft.

I ordered from Uber and driver did not deliver all items. I called driver first and he refused to return. Then I called the store, was hung up on 4 times before someone finally spoke with me and she was so rude. Spoke over me and told me there’s nothing she can do and I need to contact Uber myself. Horrible customer service as she wouldn’t even try to resolve it for example speaking with manager or anyone. Sorry but even though I ordered from Uber, this is still mainly concern of restaurant because they are getting my money. I have ordered many times from this location so to be brushed off like this is quite rude. Actually even if I was first time customer that would be rude. Anyway, she got frazzled because obv she has no problem solving skills and hung up on me.

I have worked many years in restaurants and not once in my life have I ever been so dismissive, rude, and unhelpful. I’ve had back of house mess up so bad on orders but being honest, respectful, and hearing customers out has always kept clients coming back. Im sorry for this person that she has such a poor personality and 0 listening skills. Not to mention, if the phone is ringing: PICK UP and ask the person to hold. One of most unprofessional things is to just hang up.

I will not order from this location again. Who knows what goes on behind the scenes if the front face of the store is so irresponsible.

I had a great experience at Aroma while I went to the outlets to shop. Lexi at the cashier was friendly and got me my order so quickly. Definitely started my shopping trip off right!

Very nice place, staff recommended the berry ice tea lemonade and it was great. Staff is so knowledgeable and friendly!

Good food but terrible service. They were busy, but it took 15 minutes to get soup and a sandwich and another 20 minutes to get a smoothie. When I did get it, it was the wrong order but at that point I didn't care.
There is a woman chef in the back who was giving her fellow employees a hard time. I could visually see her mouth to one of her coworkers "I don't care, I'll leave".

A great little spot for breakfast and brunch! Most items are reasonably priced and the food was tasty. Will be going back for more!

Always love visiting aroma, regardless of location!

There’s one thing I always get here in the summer days which is the iced aroma! Essentially a frappe but nice and creamy and just super refreshing! And definitely has that caffeine kick needed to continue that shopping!

Service was great! Thought it would take some time with it being at the outlet and the amount of traffic going in and out of this spot, but relatively quick! Staff know how to turn the customers over providing a really streamlined service!

My wife is very particular about her coffee and likes it extra hot. Leila at the Aroma cafe at Niagra Outlet made her the perfect latte - piping hot. According to her "the best latte she's had during our 1 month visit to Canada".

Such great and friendly service! I love all the vegan options they have! My favourite is the iced latte with oat milk

Went to Aroma for the first time on the weekend! The food was amazing and the service was excellent:)

The service rendered totally contradicted the good food we had. Consider to train if not change your staff. Best for them to work as security/bouncer in a club.

Rude people on the cashier desk, no smile no greeting nothing. Lady sorting the orders had no idea what she was doing. Had to re-confirm twice that what was on my plate was different from what we ordered. Then had to remind her twice which drinks still missing.
Now comes the food part, food is just ok. Ordered Avo toast and a sandwich, both of which were made with cold bread and were not toasted/grilled at all. Just bread straight from the bag onto our plate. Pathetic!

My family and I are regulars at Aroma as we are locals, we visit aroma as often as once a week or every weekend.

The service can be disappointing. My mother is a visible practicing Muslim woman and PoC and the demeanour and attitude of the workers unfortunately is always a discriminatory, disappointing experience considering the amount of money and time we spend there.

Nevertheless, the food can be delicious at times. Their sandwiches are good (any if not all). Their coffee will absolutely never disappoint. Pastries, too.

Their seatings are great! There’s always room for everyone. As far as prices go, they are reasonable! I.e, $5.5/$6.2 cappuccino as every coffee house there is now.

I have to notate that the outside seating is cleaner than the indoors. The ground is usually always crumby and sticky considering the coffee and beverage spills.

Music selection is great. Good for singles, family, kids. Despite my experience with obvious remarks to my mom, the place is alright for those who aren’t POC and visible practicing individuals.

This place is a cute little shop for breakfast or brunch before a bit of shopping. It is expensive for what it is- but you can get a range of espresso drinks and food.

I ordered a coffee and sandwich here recently on my lunch break. As busy as it was for a little shop, my server Lexi was very friendly and on top of things. 10/10 will be back. Very clean, and very friendly Staff.

I saw an order go out to another person, she took the salad outside to eat. A couple mins later she returned with the salad and said it wasn’t hers, she ordered something else.a Greek salad I believe. Then the girls behind the cash scrambled to find out whose order she handed out wrong, well it was mine & she handed it to me… after someone else had it & opened the takeout container it was in. Her’s was re made quickly & I waited 27 mins for a veggie bowl. Note to the staff… once you’ve handed out food, do not take it back and try to hand out again. Gross

I love aroma and have been a regular there for a while. The food and drinks are always so good, but with how poor the service is there I am tempted to stop going. The service is never friendly and is usually incredibly slow, with three or five girls just standing around most of the time. I wish the service matched the great quality of the food. The food definitely makes up for the service, but it would be nice to feel more welcomed and have more efficient service.

It's so good! The staff were really communicative, went above and beyond to let me know what was happening with my uber eats order. The food portions are much bigger than expected, everything is delicious. The iced americano was amazing too. I think this will be my new favorite place.

Asked for a receipt but was not able to obtain one which I added gratuity. How difficult could this be? And when I questioned I was given that look. So rude.
The only upside is I've got a nice cappuccino from Emily!

Long wait
Avocado sandwhich ok if you like goat cheese but it is very bland.

Upon entry, the still air warms quickly with a swirl of decadent coffee. A harbinger to what I know shall keep me going. My coffee always awaits me with its intrinsic bitterness, that sits below a perfect layer of crema. To pair with, of what may be the purest essence of deliciousness, for if it is not, it must be the heir-apparent, a slice carrot cake encrusted with pistachios. It’s become ritual and one that I look forward to in every visit. This is further fortified by the ever-so-lovely staff that I’ve had the pleasure of their service.

Always a pleasure coming in when Mikayla is working. You can tell she has a knack for tidiness and the bar area reflects that, plus, she introduced me to oat milk.
