Decent food/coffee, but substandard. Had trouble paying, and the cashier was not helpful (just said 'I'm sorry' with a smarmy smile) : 1st the card reader couldn't read my card's chip and said to swipe it, then declined the card. Happened twice. My credit card has been working everywhere else! But they wouldn't consider that the problem was their machine. Also the table I sat at was wobbly, like the top was about to twist off.

I won't be back, plenty of other coffee shops around.

Just ordered their kale chicken salad - and honestly the chicken was over-cooked, really dry little strips. Sad. And the salad needed more kale given the high price point.

Decent coffee chain with decent coffee ️The size M is more like a L, so order accordingly. I like how they have cinnamon and cocoa powder at the sugar station The egg croissant was quite plain as it was legit just a fried egg inside a croissant, but when you’re hungry I guess doesn’t matter too much The cafe is clean and service was quick. 4/5 stars for this review.

I ordered breakfast from here and i have a few complaints and 1 compliment.

I ordered over easy and they came almost over hard.

They forgot my gluten free toast.

The quinoa i could tell was not rinsed n soaked before cooking because it had a swampy taste.i cook with quinoa all the time, i know when it wasn't prepared properly. Maybe try also cooking it in flavoured water or broth to make it taste better.

The lentil soup was delicious though, i loved it.was drinking it straight from the bowl.

Pretty busy place, nice servers, lots of tables for work or study. I liked my matcha latte, and the free biscoff was a surprise.

Staff is doing the best that they can do. But management needs to get their act together. They clearly don't have enough staff to support such a high traffic location. Especially trying to support online orders at the same time.

Legit the slowest service I’ve ever experienced. Have fun waiting 20 mins for a coffee when the place isn’t even busy. Better yet, they’ll forget about your order altogether!

I enjoy the Aroma cafés at multiple locations in Toronto but mainly go there for the caffeinated beverages. They have introduced a lineup of breakfast and lunch dishes as well which I have tried. I do like the deserts and selection of menu items, but there are hits and misses. The breakfast pastries are quite nice and seem to be made fresh in the day, in addition to the soups. I’m not a huge fan of the sandwiches or the salads really. Pictured here is the Kale and Avocado power salad, and as you can see it is quite large, and comes with a lemon dressing and tahini. Although this is a salad that does not necessarily mean that it’s healthy. This comes in at a whopping > 700 cal! Furthermore when they’re using the chicken like this I have found out it is very bland and often quite dried out. I am someone that is used to much more flavour and even heat and I find that many of the menu options here are lacking in both.
Overall, I enjoy the beverages, pastries and even desserts here, but I tend to stay away from the rest.

I thought I was in a nightclub. Freaking noisy and weird music. Coffee was nice but definitely not for someone who is trying to study or talk.

7th time in a month I have heard a song the batista sings, there is no large mug its either in the dishwasher or with customer.honestly management needs to have ample mugs. Its 3 years we have not had no mugs and all it does it compromises a good Aroma Coffee.please do needful I will be back on Monday.don't let me put a negative daily.

The steak & cheese sandwich was to die for! Never thought a coffee shop will have this amazing sandwich. Had the chicken avacado sandwich which was alright too.

Terrible experience, staff took their sweet time as always to give me my order, my second and last time at this place.

These guys seem to have taken over the city of Toronto and with good reason. Great coffee, excellent selection of small food items, very nice decor, nice patios and consistently good service.

Chai tea latte was fantastic, also got a sandwich which was okay, didn't have much on it but the bread was so fresh!

I went here after having a great lunch and drinks at another branch of Aroma, however, this one left a lot to be desired. Sandwich wasn’t toasted as asked, so they took it back but toasted the cold sandwich, which made the inside salad and mayo go all funny and the bread go soggy so the sandwich fell apart. Really not a nice experience. Service was kinda slow and staff weren’t as attentive. If this was my first time at an Aroma I don’t think I’d be going back in a hurry.

Good and fresh sandwiches, good espresso in a real cup. Some staff are friendly, some not much. Quite long waiting time for the sandwiches.

Awesome place first time been to this location restaurant has left the best impressions! Professional staff, amazing coffee with wicked presentation! It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming.

Good selection, usually friendly staff. Often a long wait, even for takeouts, especially if you don't tip. It is quite pricey and their sizes and extras have deteriorated over the years (no bread with soup).

Lovely ambiance. Friendly employees and quick service. Lattée was perfect. Sweets are delicious. Lots of seating inside and outside.

Had to wait 15 minutes, then they messed up my order so i had to go back and wait another 15 minutes (it was a breakfast sandwich on a croissant) but before they remade it i heard the kitchen staff complaining when they were the ones that messed up my order lol.really bad service and u can tell everyone in there hates their job

So much PLASTIC WASTE! This place is swimming in single-use plastic for no reason. I ordered an ice-tea to sit in and still it's in plastic, with no recycling. Help the environment and skip this place.

Cute and cozy cafe that serves lattes, teas, soups, salads and sandwiches. I ordered their Hazelnut Latte which was decent. They have plenty of seating inside and also have a nicely decorated patio.

Excruciatingly slow service. Fine if you’re a tourist, painful if you’re on the way into work.

Dry sandwiches and god awful service - this place is fast becoming a tourist trap for visitors to the CN Tower. Stay away!

Lovely little coffee bar. Friendly staff, delicious coffee and I had strawberry sorbet smoothie too. Delightfully refreshing. Reasonable prices for downtown Toronto too. Spacious and plentiful seating.
