About desserts, the pistachio carrot cake is so good it's ridiculous. By far the best carrot cake we ever had.

This place has become my go-to cafe. It’s a clean Aroma store and the food and coffee drinks are good. I recently tried their salmon sandwich and it’s quite healthy and tasty.

Good place. Love how the sun naturally shines in. Not sure if there are blinds but I could've used it while I was eating my breakfast.

If you wanna grab a quick, cheap and delish savory croissants - this is the place. Love their smoked salmon and cream cheese. The croissant is super soft and fluffy. The smoked salmon is generous and always pairs perfectly w/ cream cheese. Place is unpretentious. Perfect to go-breakfast place.

This aroma is one of the cleanest locations I’ve visited. I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich on a croissant and it was delicious! The workers here are super nice and friendly. I’d like to acknowledge Jon and Suranga for being extra careful with my order considering my diet restrictions and overall delivering exceptional service. Will definitely be coming back here again!:)

Great service, great coffee. This was my first time at this location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A nice spot to enjoy a beverage.

I’ve ordered iced drinks at this location several times. Service has always been prompt. Sometimes I dine in (tables have needed cleaning a few times hence removing one star) but today I got take out. Looking forward to their patio opening, not sure when. Note: doors do not appear to have push button accessibility door openers. That’s unfortunate.

Beautiful location, food is delicious - although a bit on the pricey side (a salad is about $15) but I’d say is worth the money $$. They’re also quite slow, I waited 15 minutes for take out salad.

I gave them a 2 stars because their service. The baristas seem like they hate their jobs and get annoyed when you don’t know what to order on the spot or ask for recommendations.

I asked “how is the rose lemonade? ” And her response was “how many do you want? ”…. I was the only person in line at the time. It was not good btw.

Don’t even bother asking them to customize your overpriced coffee, they will turn that down and give you sugar packets to do it yourself.

A busy shop, which is great to see. I love having a different choice of chain coffee shops than Tim's and Starbucks. Looooove the Aroma coffee! A hint of chocolatey taste, and velvety smooth.

I’ve been an Aroma franchise employee for the past 6 months. I came to this Aroma a few weeks ago as a barista and was very upset to discover an extremely poor management at this place. I worked there for 2 days, and stopped being scheduled for no reason. I was ignored by the manager besides my attempts to get in contact with him. When I finally decided to call the manager myself and ask for the explanations, he failed to give a reasonable answer and removed me from the Aroma system without talking to me or even properly training me. Lack of communication, respect, or even basic responsibility for employees are only some of the many drawbacks of this place.

I like the location and the franchise, but the management has a long road to improvement.

Very very disappointed with this particular outlet. This was our 3rd visit, we have felt disappointed all 3 times. The person behind the counter taking our order didn't smile, she barely cared and was so disinterested in serving us. I think it was selective, my spouse doesn't think so. The bathroom was disgusting. We ordered a couple of fig and goat cheese croissants (our favorite and regular order). We've been having this almost every week at a different outlet at midtown and we love how they make it. But this one was horrible - overdose of honey, soggy and small portion, barely anything that tasted like figs, almost no rocket leaves at all. It was almost like the person who prepared this was disinterested in preparing it. Next, the hot chocolate - it was horrible. There was nothing chocolate about it or hot either. My spouse spat it out right away. Extremely disappointed. We gave this place 3 chances and that would be our last.

First time visiting today, Nice atmosphere, I had made a to go order for 2 drinks and a cheese croissant. Unfortunately, after having to get them to re-heat it twice, it was still frozen.

Great spot! The food was good and service was quick and attentive. The personal sandwich size was also more than I expected, as one "half" of the Whole sandwich had me feeling full.
This cafe is large with plenty of seating, and was busy but not crowded on a weekday afternoon. Lots of sunlight came streaming in the big windows as I had lunch here the other day which is great for working as well.

Would definitely recommend and looking forward to coming back!

Best Aroma in the city, IMO. Pleasant and spacious interior. Friendly service. One high chair is available. Nice patio. No complaints honestly!

I really like this Aroma location, very nice atmosphere & great service with the good price. The fresh cold & hot drinks with cakes are my orders most of the time and I want to try bowls & snacks next time.

This is a lovely branch of Aroma. It's well situated and clean, it has plenty of seats indoor, nicely decorated, outdoor area is tucked away and surrounded by plants and flowers. The food is prepared fast and is tasty and overall, it's a fairly pleasant place to dine in.
