Outstanding as usual. Staff are terrific and James is an awesome boss. We shall always take our vehicles to Arrow.

I have been coming to James for our car repairs for almost five years now and I always *always* come away not only feeling like our cars have been well cared for, but that I just got to stop in and see old friends. Before moving to Dundas I would take our car into our previous mechanic and then always double check the prices they were giving me and sometimes shop around because I felt they weren't being fair. I was also often frustrated when I would I have to keep taking our cars back in because of problems they hadn't caught the last time we were there. I don't do that anymore. At Arrow they earned my trust quickly and as I said earlier they really do take good care of our cars. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good mechanic.

I was very happy with my service. I went here for the first time, we haven’t lived in Dundas very long. I had a low tire notice and my husband was away on business so I went in to see if they could fill my tire. It turned out I had a nail stuck in my tire. My tire was fixed in less than an hour. I was so happy and made an appointment for my winter tire and oil change. This will definitely be my new place to go. Thanks again for the great service

Awesome service and very friendly. Found a screw in my tire and I’m leaving on a road trip. They squeezed me in right away, gave my truck an oil change as well. I was also pleasantly surprised with the price!

I was having a issue with my car this afternoon and called Arrow thinking I needed a jump. Unfortunately my problem was larger than that. But the gentleman I dealt with was very helpful, he also waited and chatted as I sorted out a tow. Greatly appreciated the friendly and prompt help, thank you.

Fixed my tires. They did a really good job of sealing as sometimes these aluminum rims leak.

Great service from William and James at Arrow Automotive. I asked Will for a quote on installing a new fuel tank (to replace a cracked old one) which we agreed upon. He then went out of his way to find an after market tank, saving me hundreds of dollars in the process. I really appreciate the extra effort and I will be taking my business back to Arrow Automotive in the future.

I took my car too Arrow for a pre road trip inspection. We chose Arrow after talking to a few friends and family members who have had positive experiences, even though we live a half hour from Dundas.
James and his team were thorough with great communication which included pictures and videos of issues they found. Even though the car needed new parts and it took longer then I expected. I'm very happy with the service I received. Great communication and explaining of services.
