Bad quality furniture and barbaric customer service from Francis Shelly and Jason disgusting behaviour, stay away don’t recommend

Furniture is moderately priced and very poor quality.

The "leather" sectional couch that we bout 8 years ago and rarely use is showing signs of material fray.stitching is coming loose, and reclining no longer works. My older son's bedroom furniture looks awful several years later.

Stay away and spend your money elsewhere. They will try to discredit my review below, just an example of their sales tactics.

We bought a couch and bed room set from Arrow Furniture. The prices were mid range, but quality was low. The furniture hasn't worn well and we regret each purchase we have made from Arrow. Be ware - the furniture looks great in a show room, but won't look good in a few years.

EDIT: I see the store has responded. To be clear the furniture I purchased started looking bad after a couple of years. Indeed i've had my furniture for 7-10 years, and I will say it is in far worse condition than other furniture that is the same age or older.

We just wish that they would of been the guys delivering the first time. It would have been a less stressful experience.

Giving my 5 stars to Royce at Arrow Furniture. He made it super easy to make my purchasing of the dining table I wanted right over the phone. He even called me again to check in on how setting the table up was after it was delivered to me. Arrow uses a pretty good app for tracking delivery, however I didn’t receive a call the night before telling me a time frame the delivery would be coming. Otherwise, I recommend talking to Royce and having him deal with any needs you may have!

I choose arrow furniture because they have the design service. It’s was such relief for me so I don’t need to waste my time shopping at different store. Everything arranged by the designer such as delivery, technician, installation ext. All I need to do is sit at home and enjoy. I’m so glad I choose arrow furniture. We have bought a number of items at Arrow over the years, and have always enjoyed the up-to-date selection and great service. On recent occasions, we were assisted by Naz, a sales associate at the Scarborough location. Naz is knowledgeable about the products, thoughtful in her recommendations and very detail oriented. I would recommend her and her colleagues at Arrow to anyone looking for furniture in Toronto.

A good collection of furniture either you are fond of classic or modern home design. We were benefited from Jane’s expertise to choose and place our order.

We just recently moved into our condo. Prior to the move, we needed to furnish the condo. We visited many furniture stores and were not happy with the furniture. We visited Arrow Furniture and was greatly impressed by the lovely pieces of furniture. Our sales person was AJ. He was just amazing. He asked what we needed and showed us around. AJ gave my husband and I privacy to choose our furniture together. After we made our choice, we called AJ over and he noted everything. Our condo was under renovation during our purchase and Arrow Furniture had to hold our furniture for a few months. AJ was patient with us. He stayed in contact with us. We also had to make a couple of changes and cancellation of our choice of furniture. AJ accommodated us with integrity and character. I highly recommend Arrow Furniture. They have quality furniture. AJ is a tremendous asset to this company. He made our experience a very positive one. Thanks AJ!

Hey I recently purchased a couch set on Dec 3 /2019for my living room and they said the delivery the end of the month and after discussing with my husband and measuring the space in my living room I’ve realized that the space is too small to fit the couch and today Dec 16/2019 l asked if I could get a refund but I was told that there is a policy that doesn’t allow that they can give me only store credit but wasn’t notified about this policy when I made the purchase and was wondering if there is anyway I can cancel it and get my money back.

Back in September my husband and I visited Arrow furniture and with the help of AJ, we purchased a beautiful living room sofa set for our new home. We customized the set right down to the accent pillows so I was super nervous how it would turn out. I am thrilled to say that we are just over the moon for them. The quality is on point and for the price, we are floored. I am especially impressed with the level of customer service this Arrow location in Scarborough delivered. Recently bought a Dinning Set from Arrow Furniture, Scarborough. Richard is a great sales man who explains you things in details. I am not an expert with buying furniture hence it helped a lot to get the details. I like the fact that there's no bargaining what so ever, that give me the confidence that the stuff is genuine which indeed is. Great collection of real wood furniture and friendly staff. Delivery was as promised with no surprises. Over all had a great experience and will be coming back for more.
