These guys don’t have return and refund policy. We struggled to replace a sofa due to space constraint and had to adjust for an average looking one as the collection is minimal. Stay away from this store. Delivery guys will not inform you the time of delivery until the day of delivery. All in all, I regret buying a sofa from here. Management is hopeless.

Mr. Michael, if you get the sofa as it is, it will not fit in modern townhouses. You guys are not smart enough to get in pieces and assemble. You charged me extra 100$ for not doing the job right in first place. You came thrice trying to fit the sofa as it is without any change in your approach and asking me to sign waiver incase of damages to my house. Anyways, my space can be small, looks like your sales are even more smaller that you are not able to refund my money when I am not happy with your service before the product delivery

BEWARE! Worst buying experience ever! Never ever purchase any furniture from this store. If you pay you’re stuck, if you change your mind or if it doesn’t fit your door. You won’t get refund! Hakim is worst and the GM (Jason) I spoke to is awful! No one has helped, we ultimately have to pay extra money to disassemble and assemble.

My experience with Arrow Furniture, particularly the Mississauga branch, has been nothing short of a nightmare. I made a significant purchase for my daughter's bedroom as a special birthday gift, expecting a smooth and timely delivery. Unfortunately, what followed was a series of broken promises, delays, and empty assurances that have left me extremely frustrated and disappointed.

At the time of purchase, most of the items I selected were supposedly in stock. The sales representative assured me that I would receive two deliveries: the first in early June and the second once the remaining items became available. Excited and hopeful, I eagerly awaited the delivery dates, only to be continuously let down.

Now, we find ourselves well into mid-July, and not a single item has been delivered. Multiple calls to their customer support have been met with little to no assistance or concrete information. The branch manager, whom I have spoken to on several occasions, has repeatedly offered empty promises and excuses, but has failed to deliver on any of them.

What deeply concerns me is the complete lack of accountability and transparency from Arrow Furniture. They seem to have no regard for the importance of keeping customers informed and up-to-date on their order status. Each time I reach out for an update, I am met with vague responses and no clear resolution in sight.

The absence of effective communication has caused significant inconvenience and distress. The birthday gift I had planned for my daughter has been delayed indefinitely, leaving her disappointed and me feeling utterly helpless. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism and customer care from a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, the lack of empathy and understanding from the branch manager has been truly disconcerting. Instead of taking ownership of the situation and actively working towards a resolution, I have been met with empty promises and little action. It is clear that Arrow Furniture fails to grasp the importance of delivering on their commitments and valuing their customers' time and trust.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against purchasing from Arrow Furniture, particularly the Mississauga branch. Their inability to fulfill promises, provide timely deliveries, and offer satisfactory customer service has left me deeply dissatisfied. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and potential inconvenience by seeking out a more reliable and customer-focused furniture provider.

Sonal was the best Salesperson I have ever dealt with. I received amazing service and wonderful customer care. I have dealt with Arrow for 20+ Years and will always come back.

I purchased a chest and a bed from Arrow Furniture. I did not have a plesent experience with Izzy. They sold me damage furniture. And and make promises and was not honered. Please avoide the business at all cost.

Recently bought a contemporary grey home office desk and matching filing cabinet from this store. The furniture is of high quality and fits perfectly in my home office. The customer service was excellent especially from the sales associate assisting me, Bill Griffin. I highly recommend visiting this location!

Our experience with Arrow furniture was exceptional. From the time we walked into the store till the pieces were set up in our condo, everything went very smoothly. Sonal, our sales rep "extraordinaire ", was both knowledgeable and patient. We will seek her out next time we visit. The delivery men were careful, kind and most helpful. I can honestly say that from day one when my wife and I walked in the showroom to look around, the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and no pressure tactics to buy anything. Mr Farooq! He was great with us from the start and worked out a great deal for us on the purchase of a living room furniture. All correspondence was handled through calls, email as well as texts confirming delivery dates and times, which was sooner than we expected (Farooq helped us choose with lead times in mind, excellent job!). The delivery men finalized it with great service as well. We would highly recommend Arrow Furniture to anyone looking to buy something. Five star service from start to finish!

We recently purchased a fabric sofa we really loved, it came to the house on the right date but unfortunately it wasn't possible to fit it through the door and stairs and had to return it. We went back to the store, Hakim (manager) was very helpful and trying to go through all the options to help us resolve the issue. In the end we ended up selecting a recliner, as its sure to fit through our door and stairs. Recommend the store to anyone, Hakim and staff are very helpful.

We purchased our sofa back in November. It was supposed to be delivered in January. We have called every two weeks with the same response another two weeks till last week. We were told that it will be delivered next week and should be expecting a call. Called again (6th time) and was told that it won’t be coming till end of April. When we purchased the sofa, the sales person said January. If we had known that we would be getting the run around for 2 months now. We would not have purchased. Being upfront with your customers is key to providing excellent customer service. Using supply chain or giving false hopes is unacceptable. Beware before you purchase something from Arrow.

Impeccable services from Arrow Furniture, especially with Izzy, their Interior Decorator, who helped me furnish my condo with living room, dining room and bedroom furniture. His suggestions were in tune with my style/taste and he stayed within my given budget. Izzy went over and above when he helped me with decorating decisions beyond the purchases at Arrow Furniture. He responded to my messages quickly and was never dismissive. I also received great help from the team working at their 2 locations. Thanks also to the delivery team as well-they were professional and worked quickly, assembling my furniture and removing all waste (boxes, etc.). The delivery link allowed me to track their delivery times. I would definitely shop at Arrow Furniture again and would highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful visit to this store recently. Farooq, was a great salesperson to work with so much so we know we will be returning because of him. He understood our vision and what me and my lovely wife were looking for to furnish our living room. We were shown different types of sofas and loveseats in the showroom but if we liked the style we couldn't find the right color, however Farooq told us about the option where we could customize our sofa with any of the fabric swatches they had in store and that opened up a lot of different possibilities for us. Definitely will be returning to Arrow Furniture Mississauga for the great service and great selection. Thank you!

We met with Farooq to get some help for our new house. He was extremely patient and helped us choose pieces that complemented our house well (sofa and a dining room set). The prices were great but more importantly we felt he truly cared about helping us choose pieces that were great for us. We’ve since gone back to get a few more pieces to complement the sofa set. You guys have a huge range of furniture, good job on the collections.

Went to look at the dining sets. Sales rep was very helpful and patient as we got to do a mix and match with the table and chairs and got what we really liked best.

My son and daugther-in-law newly arrived in Canada not too long ago and recently bought their first home. While furniture shopping, we made a stop at Arrow Furniture Mississauga and were greeted by a very friendly salesperson Mr. Farooq. He was understanding and spent a lot of his time showing us many different bedroom sets. We ended up purchasing a queen bed set along with dresser and chest of drawer. Very thankful for the kindness and patience shown by Mr. Farooq, my kids will definitely be returning for future home purchases.

Received a bad with no slots/legs, then I had to chase to get the parts, because no one was returning calls. Finally, when I got what they call "slots/legs", it was planks from hardware store and they did not even bother themselves to cut it to the sizes I need. Ridiculous SERVICE. Absolutely not recommended!

My experience with this branch amazing! I bought one bedroom set recently. After delivery i saw on the Dresser have small scratch. I just inform it to the branch manager Mr. Hakim Khan! Within 2days they exchange the Dresser! I'm really surprised! Mr. Khan is awesome! Products, delivery, installation everything was perfect. Mr. Khan thank you very much for your excellent business.

This franchise has a wide selection of luxurious furniture; my husband and I were were very impressed with their showroom in Mississauga and Brampton. The only issue we had was their unwillingness to negotiate their prices. They will give you the impression that their prices are the cheapest (not true), and will tell you that all arrow furniture stores are priced the same. But when doing our own research we discovered that though their products have the same pricing, some owners are willing to negotiate and bring down the sale price more than others. So if you like something at one location, go to another location to negotiate.

Bought living room set (sectional and coffee table) from the Mississauga location, pricey but the quality is good. Delivery went smooth, and assembly wasnt that bad. Special thanks to farooq, who was a pleasure to work with, reassuring us during delivery day to ensure everything went right.

We bought a King size mattress and a set of dining chairs with Bill here, we appreciated his approach and patience. He would let you look around by yourself first, not the pushy type of salesman. He have done a great job for explaining the product. We didn’t expect to buy a mattress at first, but we end up got one from their private label after his explanation, and the bed is AMAZING! Delivery was on time and smooth too, they helped us to bring it to 2nd floor for the mattress, the only issue was the dining chairs had missing a couple of screws, not a big deal. Farooq the salesman was very helpful and through his suggestions I ended up walking out of the store with a purchase for an entire living room sofa set. We got the dreamstar anniversary mattress, and I can definitely say it was worth it. This is a good buy for people with back problems. Their Mississauga location has quality collections that we will have to come back for again. Horrible customer service and poor quality products. Purchased a kitchen table 4 months ago and it has already started chipping. I called to see if they could do anything but was told its not covered in the warranty. I would not shop here again.

Bad experience here overall. I ordered a bedroom furniture set called Traditional Champagne Silver Bedroom. The set was delivered two weeks after ordering due to some issue the warehouse was having with delivering on the weekends. When the truck came, the guy was yelling at me and telling me that he hates downtown and that I have to take the furniture upstairs by myself because he is not going to get a ticket. I was telling him where to park and he was yelling at the top of his lungs. I told him to return the furniture if he cannot do his job. It was back and forth until his associate decided to assist. The bed was set up 3 weeks ago and the quality of this set is very poor. The legs of the bed are far to short and creak when you lay on the bed. Not to mention they appear to be getting warped. I've never seen anything like this in my life. I had my previous frame for 15 years. I wanted a change and it was the biggest mistake. This frame would not even last for 3 weeks let alone the next few years. The worst part is the non refundable policy. Farooq was supposed to deal with the Customer service manager for me. I never heard from him again, only to hear that he is on vacation for the next 3 weeks. Then I spoke to Hakim, who is the store manager and he says to send an email to Customer service. I explained customer service sent a technician a few days ago and the man only tightened the legs and that made it even worse. I asked for a refund for the defective set and I haven't received any answers. Instead I am getting the runaround. These furniture stores have gone downhill by far. I should have ordered through Wayfair. They have an excellent policy. @ jason If you look closely at my reviews, there are also positive reviews. However, I let the public know about the places they should stay away from and this establishment is one of them. Had I read the reviews before shopping here. I would have NEVER shopped here. I would've stuck to Sama furniture. But unfortunately they did not have any of the beds that I wanted at the time. I came to Arrow. Instead of worrying about the bad reviews that I bring light to, you guys should be more focused on building back your reputation. Your staff is rude and dismissive. There was only one person that I spoke to on the phone that was decent. The technician did not fix the bed. He screwed in 2 legs and that was it. How could he have fixed the bed without removing the mattress? How can you fix a bed with the mattress on top? Does that sound like it even makes sense. Then he had the audacity to speak rubbish and the legs are clearly warped. Since he came, the matter has gotten worse. And I have been trying to resolve the matter to no avail. That's what you guys should be focused on. Helping your customers instead of dismissing them. Complete rubbish. I also find it funny that you can respond to me on here but will not respond to my emails. It is clear that the customer is not the priority. U took the time to count my reviews but did you take the time to read them. If I had a bad experience at an establishment, that will become public knowledge so that people are aware and it is their choice on whether or not to stay away from such an establishment.

I have purchased a sofa not too long ago. Horrible quality and is not durable. Very uncomfortable sofa as the cushions sink. Complete waste of my money. I do not recommend purchasing anything from them.

Stay Away from this place. They messed up my order, lied about it and at the end charged me extra $500 for restocking fee. The salesman Farooq and the store manager are both rude and unprofessional. It takes humility to admit you made a mistake which in this case did not happend. Don’t waste your time and money. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

I purchased the transitional dark grey counter height dining set earlier in the year and recently needed to make a service/warranty claim for the bench. I emailed a copy of my receipt along with photographs of the bench and staff got back to me very quickly. They arranged for a service technician to come to my home, a very pleasant gentleman by the name of Darcy, who showed up within the specified time frame. I am very happy with the outcome and the level of professionalism. Thank you, Arrow Furniture.

I should be able to give this location a zero. I walked into the store today inquiring about one of their bedroom sets. I ask the gentle if they have any package for this set he said no ;he went on the tell me to do my home because this set doesn't come in a package. Walked away from our conversation and pretend I didnt exist. I wouldn't even give them dime.no customer service skills.maybe he thought I was broke for that's the reason he didnt give me the time of the day.
