Izzy and his team were incredibly thorough and professional. From the selection and design process to the delivery, they really put care and detail into all aspects. The quality of our sofa and bedroom set is exceptional and beautiful.

Me and my daughter just went to arrow furniture to shop for our kitchen table set and I was served by suria the sales person and the manager was Michael I could not have asked for the better service than this I would like to give them 10 stars out of five because they were outstanding so welcoming and expressive I was very pleased from their service and the stuff they got over there it's amazing prices the kitchen set I bought I think it was almost half the price what I was looking out anywhere outside and even I picked up a server to which was almost half price solid wood so if anybody is looking for a good price furniture go to these people I mean arrow furniture for your needs I think the best prices in town and the best merchandise too I shop there 50 years ago in 1973 and I went back there again today surprised to see the store same place and much better prices so go and see the prices there and deal with these both people suria salesperson and Michael manager thank you guys for taking such a good care of me and my daughter really appreciate that may God bless both of you with good health and happiness in life

Great experience with Izzy who assisted and provided consultation for furniture for our whole house. Izzy has provided great customer service and we are grateful we met izzy who is very knowledgeable and provide great advice.

I had a fabulous experience with this store. They were super helpful with helping me choose furniture and coordinated my choices and assisted in styling the rooms in my house. Great store! Great people and great furniture!

Furniture is moderately priced and very poor quality.

The "leather" sectional couch that we bout 8 years ago and rarely use is showing signs of material fray.stitching is coming loose, and reclining no longer works. My older son's bedroom furniture looks awful several years later.

Stay away and spend your money elsewhere. They will try to discredit my review below, just an example of their sales tactics.

All of my furniture from Aarow has worn poorly. I highly regret spending any money on their poor quality sofas and bed sets.

If you are going to buy cheap furniture, buy it from a store with cheap prices. If you are going to buy good quality furniture, stay away from Arrow who sells cheap furniture at mid-range prices and pretends to have quality products!

I had the pleasure of ordering a new bedroom set for my daughter. Everything from the moment we walked into an Arrow Furniture store from the time it was delivered was perfect. This is the first time we ordered custom made sofas from Arrow Furniture. Our furniture designer / decorator Izzy helped us from beginning to end to choose the right product for the right price. He made sure my furniture was delivered on time and has been very pro active. Izzy is a very nice human being and takes pride in what he does. He is one of the people who knows what they are doing. My furniture looks extremely elegant and all the Thanks goes to Izzy. I have shared pictures of my furniture on social media and have received various compliments. Izzy will be my favourite list. We bought a couch and bed room set from Arrow Furniture. The prices were mid range, but quality was low. The furniture hasn't worn well and we regret each purchase we have made from Arrow. Be ware - the furniture looks great in a show room, but won't look good in a few years.

There should be a 0 Star option. If you are thinking to buy a couch from this Arrow Furniture Store do yourself a favor and do not waste your money and time. They deliver late and 99% guaranteed to be damaged. It will take them few days to get back to to tell you that they will come and pick it up in couple to weeks and will take few weeks to fix.they wont replace it. So you pay lots of money for garbage service and product. Do not get fooled by their sales team being nice. Save your money and your time and buy somewhere else. Terrible customer service.

Arrow delivered this couch to me today. The couch is filthy. Customer service has not been helpful and has advised I wait 2 weeks for the add-on Magic Clean service I paid for. (I was told the service would be next day when I bought it.) I would never buy furniture from here again and you should really rethink doing so, unless you think receiving dirty furniture is acceptable like Arrow Customer Service does.

EDIT: Jason I paid for the magi-seal service, don't act like this was your solution. Frankly you should be embarassed, not only of the condition that you delivered this couch in but also of the pathetic customer service that followed. To be clear Arrow provided no solution and it's clear you found the condition of what you delivered to be acceptable. Had you cared, Arrow would've come to clean this the next day themselves instead of leaving us hanging for a week for a sealing service we had already paid for.

We had recent visit to Arrow furniture in Dundas Road Mississauga branch and purchased Bedroom set for our home. Store Manager Hakim Khan has assisted us for getting the right furniture & as per our True Tone colour choices.

HAKIM khan and stuff member including delivery team was provided us great customer service and we will consider Arrow furniture first for our next furniture purchase. Arrow furniture has exclusive inventory and you can consider visiting them for your home or office furniture requirements.

First off, Arrow Furniture has beautiful pieces, with endless options to browse through. Second, the staff is great. We were offered to use the complementary interior design service and we decided to give it a go. Brilliant! It's an absolute no brainer. Izzy is the artist that will give your rooms or home the look you are dreaming of. We could not be happier, and are loving our new bedroom. I highly recommend.

For more than 20 years, once again, we had an excellent and enjoyable shopping experience. This time, Elika, our sales associate was very professional, kind and with an exceptional Customer Service. They do work as a great team, from the main door greeting you, answering your questions, the delivery team or if you pick up your merchandise at the back always a great service. We purchased this sofa from this store last summer, and within 3 months the stitches started coming apart. We have been emailing them for months and still the problem not solved (they keep blaming the manufacturer)!

They are very quick when they sell you something, but really really bad when you need their service, their warranty is just false promise.

We will keep our negative reviews coming up and will post more and we will be filing complaint to The Ministry of Government and Consumer Services for violating my consumer right, the competition bureau, the office of consumer affairs, BBB, and the list goes on.

I will not stop until my issue resolved, and I will only change my review if you solve it right away!

Even one star is too much for this company. I went to this store to buy a bed.
. The guy named Abbass (very dishonest & irresponsible staff) told me that he give me good discount with no taxes but after 2 hours of searching he gave me different price with no discount, plus taxes.
I order the product because I taught it s Canadian store with good quality but it was not true (if you go to non Canadian store you can get more furniture with same quality even cheaper)
I called Abbass the day after and told him to not charge me for assembling. When delivery guy came to my house, I told him that I cancelled assembling but he said, Abbass wants to do you a favour and it s gonna be free of charges.
They even didn’t listen to me and assembled the bed (nothing is assembled well, I assembled everything again and legs are very short and doesn’t touch the floor!).
I called abbass and he said he s not gonna charge me because he forgot to cancel assembling fee and he will send me a 100$ cheque. He called me after 3 days and said sorry I have to charge you 100$ and can’t do anything. I talked to manager regarding this issues but he did not address this problem.

I purchased a few pieces from Arrow this past month and couldn't be more pleased. It was my first time there, and everyone was a pleasure to work with, offered quality products, and the prices couldn't be beat. Once ordered, the items were delivered the next week (so fast!) and the delivery folks were courteous and professional and efficient. I will most definitely be coming back here as needs arise for my home. I'll also be recommending Arrow to friends and family.

This was my second transactions with Arrow Furniture in about 18 years. There quality is unlike the other furniture stores where you have to change every few years cheap quality. Arrow Furniture has some of fine quality and the prices are very reasonable.

My first purchase was back in 2017 leather sofa set over 15 years and there still in good shape.

I really felt comfortable shopping the guys were awesome and sale person and the manager were very helpful.

I would definitely recommend to all my family and friends.

Lastly but not least, I had a small issue with my cocktail table and I called the customer service Rachel to inform them about the issue she asked for few photos and boom she called me back to sechdual the delivery date and she sent me another cocktail table without any problems.

After shopping around for a sofa set at 10 furniture stores we found a set we loved at the North York location. An absolutely wonderful gentlemen by the name of Gregory took the time and the patience to discuss everything with us in detail. He was not pushy or intimidating and provided us with impeccable service. His honesty, patience and knowledge was outstanding. We ordered our gorgeous modern leather sofa and love seat.

The furniture had been ordered in August 2021 but scheduled to arrive in October. We were aware that due to the pandemic, supply chain would be an issue. We were not expecting it to be delayed for months though. Due to delay after delay we received a call from Sri. He is a phenomenal gentleman and explained that he was calling to inform us that the furniture company, Palliser, in Winnipeg was doing its best to manufacture the sofas but due to a shortage of materials there would be delay. He kept in touch with us via email and not once had he misled us or gotten our hopes up. He was extremely professional and patient and his response time was exceptionally quick and efficient. He waived the delivery charges and made special arrangements to have our furniture delivered recently. It was well worth the wait.

We had a pleasant and amazing experience working with the extraordinary team at Arrow Furniture in North York. We would also like to thank the delivery team for their fantastic service and professionalism. We highly recommend Arrow Furniture in North York not only for their great service but also for the huge selection of beautifully crafted furniture they offer.

We purchased a sectional from the Brampton store and when arrived after a quick 5 day delivery realized that it was bigger then we thought and couldn't fit the staircase going to our basement.well to our surprise when I called the sales lady Christine Samuel.she told us after speaking with head office that they' ll take it back and we can exchange it with one that will fit

I will not suggest anyone to buy any leather products from Arrow furniture. They completely lie about the products and sell it at a super high price. I'm their customer for the last 17 years, and 4 yrs ago I bought 2 custom leather love sofas. I share my specs with the sales person. I was told the sofa has all leather except the back. In Dec 2020, the couches started to peel off. I tried to contact store manager but Customer service didn't help. Finally I sent an email to Arrow furniture GM, and then their store manager (Isreal) responded to my email. I shared the pics of both the couches, and I was told that only the seats are of leather and rest is artificial leather. After few back and forth he offered to repair both the couches. I was shocked to see the estimate, the repair cost was higher than the actual cost I paid. I was expecting some REASONABLE repair cost I will advise to buy the furniture from Brick, Leon's, or Costco. Pls STOP, if you are planning to buy anything from this store.

This store is in the area where I live in Toronto and I frequently come in to see the new furniture items and products. I have purchased from small to large items from them and have always had a great experience!
I am so overjoyed and happy with my most recent purchase. I got a Queen sized bed frame (not the set) that is not only gorgeous but amazing quality. I didn't know that all my life I have been sleeping in lesser or compromised bed frames. This bed is not only gorgeous (an has a backlight that goes off by touch) but is is solid as a bull! It is not overly heavy but it is so firm and sturdy. What a difference it makes in my sleeping experience!
I also bought an absolutely modern gorgeous metallic and glass coffee table (yes I consider it decently expensive to purchase) but the difference it makes in my home is night and day! It is also a great piece to have. I love it. I agree you get what you pay for.

My fiancee and I had ordered a couch during COVID time when deliveries were delayed and everything was backlogged. The staff at North York Arrow Furniture assured me the couch would arrive in late December 2020, which it did.

Unfortunately, even though I measured the space in our apartment, I didn't account for our awkward entrance, which meant our 2 piece sectional didn't fit through it.

After speaking to Jeff, he assured me that I could either get my money back or come in for a 1-on-1 visit to see if I'd like another product instead. Him and his staff wore masks and made the visit very comfortable, and so my fiance and I quickly selected a replacement. He made sure we would get it asap.

Upon delivery of the replacement couch, I noticed some minor damage to the fabric (a small cut on the side). After reaching out to Jeff, Francis contacted me and assured me that they will replace the piece within 2 days.

Low-and-behold, the piece arrived within less than 48 hours, and we are comfortably enjoying our nice 2-piece sectional.

We purchased a dining set and we are very happy. We looked everywhere, dealt with all sorts of salespeople and each time left disappointed with product and service. Not until we met Jeff at Arrow Furniture did we finally realize satisfaction. Although the product had damage issue upon its delivery, the customer service and after purchase care from Rachel was great. We were taken care of like real customers. Jeff and Rachel coordinated their pleasant staff to fulfill our needs We are enjoying the furniture and love the quality of the materials. We will definitely look for them first on our next purchases.

Shifa was the sales person who helped us. It was our firt time purchasing furniture from her and this location and everything was excellent. She was very professional and also personable. We ended up furnishing a formal living and dining room from this store along with accent pieces. Will be going back for other items as well.

I have been buying furniture from Arrow Furniture for the pass three years; have have always been happy with my purchases, bedrooms set and mattress for my son and a set for me that I am total in love with. It's been two years since I got my bedroom set and every time I enter my room I am still blown away by it beauty. Two months ago I made the decision to finally upgrade my living room; back to arrow I went. I had my heart set on a sectional, I've always wanted one but thought my space would be too small. Sadly because of COVID it was no longer possible for an associate to visit my home to make recommendations on what would be the best fit for my space. I am not to be relied on for taking measurements, i'm really bad at it. The Manager Sri who has been guiding me with my past purchases suggested that I not only do the measurements, I should also take pictures of the space; I decided to do a video of the layout. Base on the information I provided, Sri was able to deduce that I can finally get by sectional sofa with a bit of tweaking to the measurements from that of the floor model sectional I had chosen.
Panic and fear took over, because now instead of looking at the floor model and knowing with my sofa would look like, I now had to look at Sri's drawing and imanage what it would be. He tried and tried to explain the explain the drawing to me, but I just was not getting it. Long story short; I trusted that he knew what he was doing and gave the ok for my order after choosing a colour. I chose December 5 delivery, which would give be enough time to decorate for the holidays. On Saturday my sofa and credenza arrived; I am in awe, yes my credenza is beautiful, I knew that from in the showroom; my sectional on the other hand is just breath taking. It is bigger than what I had imanage, which is great; the colour is a wonderful chocolate brown with microsuede fabric and best of all, it fits perfect. With all that we are enduring due to COVID Sri at Arrow Furniture was able give me and my boys a reason the celebrate this holiday in comfort and style. I cannot wait until the lock down is over so I can go back and choose accessories for my new furniture. Thank you Sri!

Shopping at Arrow Furniture was so satisfactory! I had certain concept planned for our new house, and found some really good furniture pieces at this store. We ended up buying a bedroom set, a dinette and some accessories. Throughout our visit, Shifa helped us out to select the right product which was functional for our condo. It recently got delivered and I’m really happy with the way it looks.

We purchased a mirrored console table. It arrived broken on the top. I took photos and wrote to Customer Service. Not only did they call me and was extremely helpful on the phone but within 2 weeks a new table was delivered. Delivery men were fast & efficient. We will definitely purchase more from Arrow going forward. Beautiful selection, fair pricing and they are very respectful to their clients.

I went here to buy furniture for my in-laws. Try to get some discounts, the manager told me that he does not bargain. That it's company policy. I ended up taking my business to Ashley's furniture who made these guys look like amateurs. Ended up getting a better deal better, better material, nice furniture and excellent customer service from Ashley's furniture. I will definitely not go back here again.

Excellent service with prices that simply can’t be beat. From the moment we walked through the door, we were treated with white glove service. Our salesman took a keen interest in making sure we were presented with many great options that would look great in our home. He never pressured us to buy and spent a considerable amount of time with us ensuring we understood all aspects of the furniture we were considering. I would highly recommend Arrow Furniture if you are looking for great quality at fair prices. I can’t say enough great things about our experience!

We bought a dining room set in Arrow, the price was very good and it is very nice, then we had a problem with the measurement of the glass but they solved us at the same moment we did not have to wait for anything and really the people who attended us were extremely friendly, my family agrees with me and deserve five stars without hesitation.thank you very much for everything, and happy holidays.

We bought a king bed and mattress to match from this company and the price was a lot better than we expected with 10year warrantee. The people were very friendly and the delivery was done on time by very courteous individuals.

We bought a sofa and we canceled it before it was delivered to us, the girl I spoke to told me we could get a full refund but we should go to the store to get the refund when we went there they didn’t give me my refund cause apparently they don’t have that policy and gave me store credit that I can’t even use for anything because I don’t need it. Worst experience ever. They have have proper communication cause if you don’t have a refund policy you should tell the customer right away or before even selling the product.

I had just recently bought a dining room table from Arrow Furniture and I love it! It is very comfortable and looks beautiful. All guests in my house love it and ask where I got it from. I was assisted by a young gentleman by the name of Greg and he was very helpful with finding the table. He wasa extremely kind and showed us many options to fit our reqirements for the RIGHT PRICE. I had a delightful time looking for sofas at Arrow Furniture. We had no pressure and lots of help from Greg. He was very kind and helped us find the right match. He was patient and found sofas to our exact need. Now that my sister is getting married and moving into a new home, I will 100% reccomend Arrow Furniture and Greg in particular.

NO STARS! WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! BUT WE GOT OUR MONEY BACK FROM VISA DIRECTLY!
We purchased a dining room set from the Kennedy Road Store. Sales person told us that they had just purchased many sets of this same furniture, but misled us as their stock actually turned out to be different because the floor model was almost 2 years old, so what they were displaying is NOT the same as their stock. Sales person AGAIN misled us telling us that for $100 we would get a service that they would come set up the full table and chairs and ensure everything was 100% and would only leave when we were fully satisfied. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN! We were later told by management that the $100 was only to assemble the chairs in their warehouse and that we were misled by the sales staff. We were told we could have the product delivered whenever we wanted, only to be told after we paid; that we could only have our delivery when they wanted. We were also told there was a warranty from the manufacturer. What they don't tell you is that THEY do the warranty appraisals. They sent a person to our house which was a complete joke. Completely unhelpful and refused to help us. He even threw documents across the table at me telling me to sign them if I wanted to. You are not told there are NO refunds until after you pay your bill.
We feel we had DAMAGED UNCOVERED PRODUCT delivered to our home IN A SNOWSTORM. They refused to stop delivery on the day that City of Toronto closed schools. The same day they closed their store to protect their staff. While the product was being delivered, we called the head office advising them that the delivery people were bringing in product uncovered to our home. They told us that all their product is shrink wrapped and I told them that the chairs and table were NOT shrink wrapped or boxed. After we got delivery we noticed the UNBELIEVABLE damage to the chairs and the table was NOT the right coloring! We phoned immediately. We had to actually go into the store a few days later, for anyone speak to us as they completely ignored all calls and messages we left; only to be told that there were no refunds. We were given the run around so many times by their GM named Sri. It was unbelievable how we were treated.our issue was actually escalated to the owner after so many emails and discussions with Sri and just being given the run around over and over, we had an opportunity to speak with the owner Michael; who was so rude and curt to my husband telling him there were no refunds and that we needed to work with warranty department.
If you saw the state of the chairs that we were delivered.gouges taken out of the wood, gouges and gashes on many parts of chair, stains of pen and orange looking product on the seat material, damaged wood on base of some chairs.
We went to VISA and filed a complaint and hired a furniture professional to write a letter to the fact that the chairs had excessive damage and the table was NOT the same coloring as what was on display. WE GOT A FULL REFUND because VISA completely believed us and feel we were misled and gave us a credit!
The pathetic part of this fiasco is that we were told repeatedly all along that we couldn't get a refund until VISA applied a credit to our account.
It was only then that Sri called us personally and admitted that they didn't have the product we ordered and would offer us a full credit and needed the table back asap. He later admitted her never knew of such a credit when he had to respond to our BBB complaint. Come on now!
Jason, the arrogance in your attempt to discredit us in responding to this review by stating that I am being untrue is staggering. After how your sales staff misled us from the get go, and how we were treated including by the owner Michael, is a shame. Can I remind you that WE GOT A FULL REFUND FROM VISA because they agreed that you delivered us damaged and wrong colored product. I would love to show you the 4 files we sent to VISA to support our claim. Who is wrong now Jason?

Israel provided excellent customer service when I furnished my condo in 2014. He has outstanding taste and judgment, and he made the entire process straightforward. For five years, he was quickly responsive whenever I had a maintenance or repair issue with any of my furniture. I would recommend Arrow — and Israel — unequivocally and without hesitation.

I am so in love with everything I purchased at Arrow furniture - from my custom made king sized bed, to lamps, side tables and other decorative pieces. Everything is well made and prices can't be beat! Israel not only helped walk me through the various pieces I would need, he even suggested a paint colour to help my daughter's bed really pop in her room. The delivery and install was always on time, and the guys were friendly and knowledgeable while also taking care of my new floors and freshly painted walls. I will definitely be visiting again soon!

Not happy with their service.
They did not return the money I paid for 6 dining chairs, although the salesperson told us we can return the items within 24 hours. The manager did not accept it and gave me a store credit instead. Very dissatisfied.

We had a very good experience with Arrow furniture and everyone involved.
The quality and the look of the furniture is extremely impressive especially considering how reasonably well priced they are.
My family and I can’t compare anything else out there to what we got for our home.
The designer that helped us (Mr. Israel) from Arrow really knew what he was doing and made everything possible.
Israel was professional and timely and he really took the time to understand our needs and walked us through the entire process and showed us all the great options.
Definitely recommend and will continue to be a lifetime customer.

We bought a dining/pub table from Arrow last week. The staff ensured us that they will send us a new one from their warehouse. We received a table that was refurbished with paint and the refurbishing is visible from some angles. The paint on the refurbished parts feels different and looks shiny from some angles. They told us that a "technician" will come to assess the table but this "technician" never showed up! When we contacted them and asked if they sent us the floor model, they said the floor model is still there. It took them 2 days to send us the pictures of the "floor model". The pictures are unclear, there is a tea cup on the table, and looks like it is taken inside someone's house. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, and regardless of whether they sent us the floor model or not, the furniture we have is refurbished and was sold to us as NEW! *Update* ADDED A STAR BECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY CAME AND EXCHANGED THE TABLE TOP! AFTER posting this review, the customer service representative called us and scheduled a technician to come and exchange the table top. The technician INSISTED the new table top that he brought was EXACTLY the same as the old one that was on top of our table although we could clearly see the difference. I politely insisted that he changes the table top. I even said please thank you for your time you get the picture. Before he leaves, he jokes/ gives the comment to my husband and my mother in law that they need to be careful because I am aggressive and might through stuff at them! And they should not hide behind the desk it is fragile blah blah! All because I was persistent and politely did not agree that the old and the new one was the same and he was lazy to change it to the new one and preferred to keep the old one on! So, do not leave a comment for me here saying that the ISSUE was solved within 5 days of motion. From all your comments I can see the tone you handle your customers specially the ones that are unhappy, it seems like it is ALWAYS the customer's issue!

Recently bought a sectional, mattress and bed from Arrow Furniture and I am so happy with my decision. Israel helped me find exactly what my home was missing. The bed he suggested has made such a difference in my back, posture and sleep. I highly recommend getting your furniture here and will definitely be back. High quality furniture with high quality service!

We just pick up a table set, decided to change the two corners chairs and the manager was call to make this possible, he help us bringing differents chairs to match.
