They are not professional, i visited there they just said we cannot register you, cannot answer the calls, cannot listen you about your requirements. The reason is that they have thousand of applicants

With this company it’s pretty clear they only care about their clients and as of 2023 they no longer pick up the phone

Just got a call from a gurl name samanpreet kaur. As we were not sure while applying that which location was there.and i said it’s far from out home and she said then why are you applying there then. Please do not apply again. … what’s up with that behaviour?

Alert! This agency add multiple T4’s on your CRA without letting you Know. Then you have to pay more taxes or you get less refund. They are savings taxes by showing their employees more earnings. I had worked from sep 2019 to may 2021. I got 2 T4’sfor 2019,3 T4’s 2020 and 2 T4’s for 2021. Please comment if you are having same issue.

Received a phone call, this morning from.
A woman that, works for this company I think.
She had called me, to talk about a driver position.
She asked how much, experience I have.
I said twenty years, she asked my age.
I told her but, it is against the law.
Then when I told, her she told me the company.
Was Amazon and some, of the parcels we're.
Up to sixty pounds, I said ok she said.
She has to talk, to her supervisor about my age.
And she would, call me back did I get a call not yet.
I am thinking about, talking to a lawyer.
And see if she, broke any law's and if so.
Do I want to, proceed with legal action.
I know what, the law in Quebec is not Ontario.
To be very honest, it really upset me.

Terrible company and I wouldn't recommend anyone work here unless you don't like to get paid on time, paid correctly, being used to fill in temporary positions and begging for your money. They didn't pay me for 4 weeks and on top of that they owe me easily $100 which the CEOs probably pocketed. This company don't move straight. Instead of Arrow they should be called U-turn as they are backwards and unreliable. Don't work for them.

I recently started working with arrow workforce solutions and i am impressed with my recruiter Tazrin for helping me with my job search.

I am reading reviews and I wish I had the same experience. I have been calling and texting the number the put in the Kijiji app for 4 days now and still have yet to receive a response. Tried emailing them with the email they have on their website and that email is no good.

This agency is a waste of your time.

They almost never answer the phone and like to give you the run around when it comes to getting a job.

When you do speak with a recruiter they just say that they will call you but they never do.

They don't care about giving you a job, they like putting you on hold for minutes on end just so they can say "sorry we don't have anything at this moment but we'll call you when something pops up"

If you want a job don't go to this agency and just look on indeed, you're better off with finding a job there instead.

The lady on the desk working gave me number and told to call on that number her name is shivangi she never picked my call and than i texted her than she said email which email? What i have to write in that email? She told me nothing dont go to arrow agency if you want to waste your time go there and just wait for months until they gonna say you sorry we missed your call
Worst agency ever

My customer service call centre experience with this agency was nice. As someone who has never worked in that kind of environment, taking inbound calls to answer questions and to complete a specific purpose was really straight forward. There are long hours and it can get stressful but I actually feel a sense of accomplishment after getting through the day. However, while management is just doing their job and ensuring employees meet the contracted company's requirements, it does come off as micromanaging. The pay for this remote-based job is pretty good in my opinion. I do believe this agency has good intentions so I would actually recommend it.

This is a wonderful company to work for where the staff are amazing and supportive. I work as a customer service rep for Ministry of Health and it has been a wonderful experience. I will always recommend Arrow Workforce for friends and family.

Overall, it was so enjoyable working under this team. The supervisors and team mates are so supportive and are always ready to help! My experience working as a call center agent, CSR for MOH with Arrow Workforce solutions has been great so far! The first less stressful call center environment I must say. Every morning before the start of your shift there is an optional meeting for troubleshooting so that you can perform well throughout the day confidently. The management including the supervisors and the coworkers are very helpful and flexible with your shifts if you come across any problems. They try to accommodate you in every possible way they can if you are facing problems. I would recommend this job to my family and friends too. Overall, I had learned how to work for the government and feel happy that I could contribute something to this pandemic while working with the provincial vaccine booking line.
