We had an issue with our LG oven - not heating properly. The technician arrived on time, knew exactly what the issue was within 5 minutes and promptly fixed the problem. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and also gave me tips on how to prevent it from happening again. I would strongly recommend this company - very efficient!

We tried to use ARS made fist appointment the repair man didn't even know how to turn on the fridge, than told us he doesn't know this fridge and left, second appointment another one came from same ARS after we were told this time more experienced tech will definitely know our fridge and will fix it but again didn't know how to fix it, do not waste your time with this company

I called them to book an appointment for repair; not a pleasant person answered and asked to give my credit card to book the appointment. I said I do not provide credit cards over the phone; she answered, OK, I cannot book the appointment, bye.

I called them this afternoon. The receptionist is very rude. She is very impatient and speaks loudly on the phone.

Me and my wife repeated our address 5 time for her, but she kept saying she didn't understand! At they end she's just blamed the phone quality.

We asked her name. Please notice that she is Claudia.

I wasted my day waiting for their technician to come during the service window they assigned but he did not show up. I called to reschedule for a morning appointment and they went ahead and scheduled a late afternoon appointment with 24 hours notice. Apparently you need to accomodate their schedules and not the other way around. Avoid these guys because they are unprofessional and a waste of time. I will be reaching out to LG to make sure they don't refer customers to this service.

I waited for 5 days for the appointment so the technician can fix the broken fridge. The day he supposed to come, I got a call from receptionist that technician is not available to come and there are no other technicians in the area. I have to wait now for extra 3 days for another technician.

The technician was a nice guy, but that's the only good thing I can say about this company. It took them three (3!) service calls to fix a simple problem on my washing machine over the course of a two week period. The first time they came out, the tech was unable to do anything because, can you believe it, my dryer was stacked on top of my washing machine and he didn't have the means to get it down. Imagine that!: a dryer stacked on top of a washing machine! You'd think an appliance repair company would have contemplated this possibility? Not ARS. So, the tech had to come by a second time with a helper. This time, they were able to diagnose the problem, but as you might have guessed it, they didn't have the part in stock. A gasket for a front loader, one of the most common parts in need, but no, either they didn't have the part or they didn't have the staff to do the repair. Another week of waiting. Today, they are actually fixing the machine, two weeks after my original call.

The biggest problem with the service is the customer's inability to actually talk to someone. 95% of all interactions are automated. They even have a bot that calls you to tell you to call them.instead of just calling you! Virtually everything is done by bots! If I had simply spoken to someone at the outset, chances are they would have asked whether the washer was beneath a dryer, and they would've been able to send a repair team with the parts most likely needed for the repair. But instead, I had to go through an extended volley of automated calls and lengthy wait times to actually speak to anyone, about 12 hours of missing work waiting for techs to show up, and two weeks to wait for a simple repair.

As I said, the techs are nice guys, but the company has become obsessed with automation which may increase their profits, but at the expense of the consumer's time, energy, and sanity.

PS. Although they fixed my washer, they left my dryer disconnected. The tech didn't have the time to connect it properly. The machines are in a laundry closet and I can't reach behind the machines to connect it myself, so now I have to call another repair company to come and move the machines in order to reconnect the dryer. Wow. Well, I'm sure you can guess who I WON'T be calling.

PPS. The company called me after seeing the review and apologised for my experience, assuring me they're going to revise their policies so that future clients don't have similar experiences to mine. They also sent the tech back, Devon, who is great, and he reconnected my dryer with me.

Outstanding service. Just outstanding. Ilya showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, showed me all the missing parts, the improperly installed roller, the defective 7-year-old parts I paid to replace but were just left there just 3 days prior by a different company who ripped me off for more money than this company charged me for the excellent service they actually DID in fact perform. My dryer was sabotaged by the previous company to act like it needed a motor because they were trying to rip me off again. Ilya proved I did not need a new motor at all and also corrected a fire hazard the other company ignored when he cleaned out a mountain of lint that had gathered on top the heater. You can trust ARS and Ilya to do an honest, and thorough and fairly priced job on your appliance repairs.

Very professional company! Amazing with the scheduling process. Ilya, the service person assigned to service our appliance, was very nice, and gave us good advise to how we should proceed onwards. Highly recommended if you need service for your appliances!

Tried to book appointment to have them come fix my Samsung Dryer. They refused to book an appointment without me offering them my credit card. They will not give you an appointment time until one day prior. Very poor time management expectations and very little respect for customers time. Expect me to take a whole day off from work and sit around waiting for their technician to arrive. I have complained to Samsung to remove them from their authorized repair companies list.

Living in wortley, some people are leery to come into my home with a dog.not only was my technician (Lin) kind, polite, and fast (!), but he took time to introduce himself to my dog and calm him down.i am mainly leaving this review so that i can find this business again because if anything happens, they’ll be my first and only call.thank you so much for your 12 minute diagnosis and ice maker replacement on my fridge.if fridge repair was an olympic sport, you’d get gold for sure!

Cannot recommend ARS enough. It was my first time needing appliance repair and I was really nervous, fearing I would get scammed or left in a worse situation. But the team at ARS was professional, responsive, and explained everything I needed to know upfront. My initial email was responded to within hours, and an appointment booked for the following week. Love that the appointment window is very narrow, meaning you won't have to hang around all day and not know when they're arriving. They also call you 20 mins before they show up. I will gladly use their service again, and will recommend them.

I got my fridge repair. Company is super organized with emails phone calls of appointment confirmation. Expensive but quality work with customer confidence.

Special mention about Daniel who repaired my fridge. He is a very professional polite and super organized neat and clean work.

I would definitely recommend spending little more but getting professional and correct services.
The company should try to cut down the service charges making It more affordable to everyone.

This is not a favourable review. I contacted this company as they are the authorized washing machine repair provider for Samsung which I will be sure to advise of this issue regarding the poor customer service received from their provider ARS, and the flawed work processes they have with customers.

Only AFTER I paid for the technician visit and after chasing them further to obtain a quote to repair my washer - that's when they told me my Samsung model does not have replaceable parts for purchase. Had I known this during the initial call with the customer service agent then I wouldn't have scheduled and paid for a technician visit for a machine they cannot fix (with no replacement parts to purchase).

They took my model number and all machine information during the initial call and I described the issue and part of the washing machine in question. When I called today to inquire on the status on my estimate, she advised there are no replaceable parts, and when I raised my dissatisfaction and feeling of being scammed over this process she raised her voice over mine time and time again and made me feel it was my fault. She did not listen to what I was saying and didn't understand. She then all of a sudden said she had advised me of this when I first called which is totally ridiculous. I would never call this company again and will advise Samsung of the poor service received.

ARS fixed our LG washer which had a broken counter weight.
The end-to-end experience has been top quality, from appointment booking, communication and the actual repair.
The technician was very pleasant and professional and gave a complete second life to our machine.
I highly recommend!

Horrible experience. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They are a complete scam. First, the tech showed up an hour late. Then he told me that he needed to do repairs on one part of the machine. That ran me 800$. He then told me to wait an hour before running the machine and if it did not run, then it was the DOOR LOCK. So he chose to only offer me the more expensive possible cause and got me to waste 800$ to only THEN tell me that it could be the door lock which would have been a fraction of the cost. After all this, I got the door lock fixed by a different company and it DID NOT RUN. Therefore, ALL of his "possible causes" were wrong. I contacted customer service and they were just as horrible if not worse. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. SCAM SCAM SCAM!
