PLEASE READ! Art nails does a great job at NAILS… please for the love of god do NOT get your eyelash extensions done here. The lady clearly didn’t know what she was exactly doing, she didn’t put the tape on properly, kept opening my eyes during the application, she didn’t apply them correctly whatsoever, there was no isolation in my lashes for them to breathe, she glued the lashes right onto my skin which caused a really bad allergic reaction and had to go to hospital.i went to a different salon who properly does lashes and they were so appalled on how they were applied and said this lady should not be doing lashes! Besides that they painted my nails nice but do not trust this lady with your lashes please because same thing is happening to my sister and she got them done from her as well.

My daughter asked for super long nails, and she got it! The staff was so patient.it took 5 hrs to get it done. My daughter is happy with her weird nails

I haven't gotten my nails done in years due to other bad experiences at salons in London but Art Nails was amazing! Super attentive to detail, very kind and a great price for the result! Best place for nails in London that I've been to:)

Disappointed by my firstvisitbut thought I would give them a second chance. Made an appointment on line for 10 am Monday, arrived out front at 9 55. Waited until 10: 10 button one single staff member arrived to open. Left after waiting outside in the cold and paying for downtown parking with no service at all. Will not come back and will definitely not recommend them to anyone.
So to edit/ add to my review.after a snarky message from the owner that they did not reply to my appointment request (why have online booking then) so I actually didn't HAVE an appointment. I will also point out they weren't open when their posted hours said they would be.thereby STILL missing out on a paying customer. The owners reply makes me even more certain I will never return

Absolutely best spot in london to get your nails done! The staff are super sweet (I go to Lucy and she is absolutely lovely) and the prices are the best in the city! 5

Terrible quality, peeled after a couple days - was told it would be $55 for just a regular manicure and pedicure and once I pulled out the gift certificate they hired the price to $85. Don’t recommend.

My regular salon was booked up so I decided to try here and they did not disappoint! I showed what I wanted and he meticulously recreated it! 10/10 would go back again! Thank you

I have one of the worst experiences in this salon. I make an appointment and went to this place, then the girl starts to doing my nails. When another customer comes in she stops doing mine and told me she is going to do the new coming customer because she said the costumer had an appointment, but I said I also have an appointment. She claims that she didn’t see my number on the list. I was absolutely sure that I made an appointment so I insisted, at this time she gets very angry and starts to yell at me and talk to me in very rude manner. My nail is half way through, I can’t go anywhere so I waited. At this moment I feel like I don’t have to let this go, so I asked her to show me the list and guess what… my number is there. Even after that she never apologize then I left without finishing my nail. I don’t understand why she lied and wanted to give another customer a priority, but I find it very discriminating and unethical. I was the one who supposed to be angry but, she was the one who is fuming because I proved that she was wrong.

A great team! They are experts of beautiful hand painted designs and strong extentions! The french free-hand blew my mind:)

I called to set an appointment with this company and after asking for a base fee in order to be prepared for payment, I was told that they are very busy right now so do I want to set an appointment or no. Very poor customer service and accommodation!

I booked an appointment for me and my friend. Then they told me the forgot that they have different timings on the day I booked. Anyway they called me so late to inform and told me they can only take me at 12.30, because I had a job I requested them to shift it to 12 pm. They said OK. When we reached there they took us 12.35 and so terrible nails that my nail paint came off, I broke one of my nail and almost lost one nail.

Long is amazing at doing nails. He listens to what I want and takes his time. I won’t go to any one else in London.

Art Nails London is a beautiful shop, It feels elegant and upscale. The owners and employees are welcoming and friendly. Amazing services! They really stand by the quality of their work, and it shows! I’ve tried a many shops in the area and this one has been the best quality in terms of products and services. I highly recommend it. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I got a full set of acrylic nails by Lucy! She did such a great job, they are thin and perfectly shaped.

I just went to this nail salon last week and I absolutely love the service. My nail tech was amazing, and my nails have never looked so good. I've been to so many nail shops but this is the first shop where I had no complaints. Great place, 5 stars

This is the only place in London that I go too. I’ve spent that last year or so trying to find a great salon, and after my friend recommended art nails, I haven’t done back anywhere else! Long has done my acrylic refills for a few months now and he does the most amazing job every single time. I always walk away with what I asked for or even better. Super talented people here. They aren’t scared of any design you show them

I’ve been going here since it opened and I swear, these are the best nails I’ve ever got. Their attention to detail is crazy! They are perfectionist, and can do any design you could dream of. I get compliments on my nails ALL THE TIME!

This was my first time going to this place and i was more than pleased! The people were so welcoming and so kind! Not to mention, their attention to detail was impeccable. It is safe to say that this will now be my go-to nail place:)

I went here for the 1st time today. After having quite a few disappointing experiences at other nail places I decided to try my luck. I'm so happy that I did! They are very meticulous and always check in to make sure you're happy with what they're doing. My nails look so perfect and exactly like the inspo pic I showed. I will definitely be returning. New owners, even better experience. Place has been redone, very bright, super clean and sanitary. New massage chairs with cute soap petals in the water bath. Got a manicure and a pedicure - relaxing and professional experience. You can now pay with debit as well as cash. Feeling fresh and clean.

Honestly aside from the smell of resin/polish (which I guess you'd expect when getting nails done) it also becomes unnoticeable after a bit. The service was above and beyond, the guy is hilarious and had me laughing almost the whole time! They took super amazing good care of us, way more than any other mani-pedi I've ever had! Also located next to a barber, which I'll be reviewing next ;) seems like a good place to get regular treatments. Never knew my feet could look this good

Been getting my nails done for a while now, trying multiple places around the city of London, Covent Market Nails is the best so far! I get Gel acrylic and they last forever! Highly recommend

My first experience here about 4 weeks ago was amazing. Zin did an amazing job - shellac manicure. My second experience with her was still good but the shellac didnt last as long this time and I ended up breaking a nail. Today I was booked with Zin but changed my mind of what I wanted done so she didnt have time to do what I wanted so she introduced me to Vi. Honestly, what she did hurt quite a bit throughout the entore process. Had an acrylic manicure. There wasnt much in the way of manicure.and my nails have been drilled so much that they really really hurt now.constant throbbing (6 hours now). I had sparkle shellac put on and my thumbs are very textured. My nails are kinda globby looking. The charge was $50 - 5 for 1 tip and 45 for the acrylic with shellac. Pricing is good but next time if Zin can't do them, I won't get them done. I hope my next experience will be positive.

I’ve been coming to get my nails done here for 3 years and I always get excellent customer service and my nails always look flawless, I always get stopped on the street, and stopped while I’m at work & asked where I got my nails done! I usually always get shallac pedicure and a full set acrylic nails or shallac manicure. I come in with a nail design and theres no design that sunny and lilly can’t do! I highly recommend covent nail salon to anyone who wants their nails to look gorgeous for any season or special events This is my go to nail salon and I cannot wait to book my next nail appointment

Got my eyebrows threaded by Nahid. The job was so bad I thought I was on a hidden camera show. She plucked half of my eyebrow off and made them way too thin.

I’ve been coming here for well over 6-7 years and have lived across the GTA but always come home to get my nails done! Sunny and Zin are professional, the salon is clean and they and do an amazing job every time.

I have been coming here for a little over 4 years now and they have never disappointed me once. The staff are very kind and accommodating to any type of service you wish to receive. Everyone is extremely professional and the prices are amazing. Any time I try somewhere else I always find myself back here. Thank you guys for everything
