5 star rating all the way. It's a very beautiful and conducive environment. The staff are extremely friendly and make you feel so comfortable.

From the portraits on the walls I could immediately tell they knew their stuff, everyone looked so regal and royal.

We were led to our private room where we got ready, they even provided clip-on bowties and ties for my boys and myself.

Our photographer Kathy was very friendly and professional, she clearly had a few concepts prepared for us before we got there. She took her time to walk us through the process and meticulously posed the entire family for each shot.

Really excited to see the outcome of the shoot, you can tell how happy I am with the experience as I'm giving my review even before leaving the studio.

I had such a fabulous and unique experience at Artage. We felt taken care of and they were able to take amazing photos of our family including our one year old twins. The experience was 2 hours long but flew by. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. They offer water and snacks to keep your fueled during the session. They have a playroom for kids with staff to assist. It is on the pricier side but that's because the art work is so detailed and beautiful. They do not push you to pay more than you're comfortable with and I felt respected the entire time. Thank you!

My first words are WOW! We just got our family portrait yesterday and good gosh I cant stop staring at it. Everything was done so beautifully and the people at Artage are wonderful, and they make sure you’re well taken care of through the whole process. The amount of professionalism was also top notch.

Just finished a great 2 hour experience with the whole team here. Everyone from the hostess to the photographer and onwards was so warm and hospitable. They even took care of our 2 young ones as my wife and I selected our pose for the art piece. I highly recommend this place for the great service and experience. We look forward to receiving our art piece in a few months!

We got our family portrait done. We got a gift voucher from my car dealer and called them for scheduling, our experience was pretty smooth, we were accommodated within days for picture taken and must point out that the photographer, my bad I don’t recall the name was excellent she did a great job with my son who is difficult to get a good shot off but she engaged him and got some perfect poses off my son.

Last week we got elegantly dressed up for our portrait. Heidi was our first contact and we truly felt the empathy and professionalism practiced at Artage. She was very understanding with our situation. It was a lot of planning to gather grown up boys for the sitting…but once we saw the studio, the passion staff share (Mandy & Lyla the photographer - just do whatever she tells) and the beauty of the art they create, we felt it was a worthwhile and a memorable experience. Now it is a matter of patiently waiting for something unique and custom created to arrive, that will surely strengthen the family bond. Portraits are meant to be unique but what Artage can create is something beyond our imagination! We were very impressed.

My family and I had such a great experience here on Saturday, Nov 20,2021. It was wonderful to get a family portrait done -we hadn't done one in over 20 years! The staff were a delight -friendly, professional and empathic. A the photographer was such a joy too! We all had fun, and it was a very lovely experience.

I decided to have a family portrait done of my son and I and when I discovered Artage Portraits, I was intrigued by their premise of re-engaging old ancient artistic styles to meet contemporary ones. Heidi is very difficult to deal with.

Edited after a second chance. I contacted Heidi again but I felt she continued with more empty promises and more attempts to squeeze more money out of us. Disappointing.

Not only is their work absolutely stunning, but all the staff were super friendly and professional. Joy and Heidi made it such a great experience for our family and the photographer was very personable - definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a portrait!

A great photography studio with kind staff. Their professional work created a beautiful portrait for my family with absolutely amazing quality.

We are grateful to Heidi for supporting us with the process. We had a few issues however they were resolved. The team is great and we love the picture of our children.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Heidi, Joy and Victoria were friendly, thoughtful and fun. If it weren’t for the Covid restrictions, I would have given them each a hug when we left. The portrait artist was so patient with our small children and there was even a special room for them to stay occupied while we took time to review the photos. I cannot wait to see the final product. It’s an experience - AND you get to make something that you and your family can enjoy for many years.

Additional note - we felt extremely comfortable and the team takes a lot of time to sanitize between sessions and to separate everyone.
