No franchise or friend has the experience or expertise of Artbooks. No 'open during tax season only' sterile strip mall office can set you at ease like like the friendly folks at Artbooks. I'll miss sweet Eloise when I return but rumour has it there is a new pup to take her place!

ARTBOOKS is terrible! Do not use them. They are fly-by-night place that hires temporary tax preparation people. Meaning they do not care if they do a good job. They are unprofessional. Avoid them. You would be better to go to H&R Block or a friend who knows/cares. ARTBOOKS are a disaster. Avoid them!
