I have been in the Property Management field for 28 years and it’s been an honour to be working with Arthex Property Management. They have always been truly loyal and honest with my company.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Arthex Property Management on a painting project, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the initial consultation to the final touches, their professionalism and commitment to quality stood out.

As a director and present board president, In the fall of 2022 Arthex became the third property management firm our Oakville townhouse condominium has retained in the past 12 years.

By any measure, our PM's Adina and Marko have professionally helped us to streamline board activities, address several key and significant contracted services while delivering an important level of transparency for our owners through their included condo/owner website service.

I am staying in shoreline drive mississauga under artthex property management I had very bad experience with this staff first of all its really hard to pick up phones from main manager secondly whatever ever we complain they pushes back saying their own reasons, feel like throwing sandals in their office table I m really frustrated.

I am renting a unit in a building Arthex manages and it seems they are very unorganized. Probably the only condo building in the world without a garbage shoot which means bags of garbage rotting in the sun for hours around units every few days.

Communication is difficult and useless with any staff. For example, they’ve recently started sending out holiday hours at 4pm every Friday before a stat holiday. Which is completely useless because 1. Everyone knows you’re closed (most people in the province are) and 2. Even if someone WANTED to do something they can’t action it because it’s sent literally at the end of the day. Annoying to residents and useless.

The president of the board of directors (and building supervisor) is always going above and beyond to make up for their poor communication and timelines.

I am a 15 year owner of my condo townhouse in Mississauga!

I had a exterior flood in December 2022 at my home, that caused significant damage to the interior walls, insulation and newly laid Berber carpet in both bedrooms.

After haggling with my previous Condo Management company Maple Ridge over repairs since December…I was fortunate enough to benefit from our newly acquired Condo Management company Arthex whose Senior Condo Manager listened and reviewed my situation with the Board!

What was taking well over 5 months, got done in less than 2 months.

They are a class act!

I had a visitor come in at 2: 30 AM and while the visitor was leaving at 3 AM they had a visitor parking notice warning on their car. I called Arthrex to get Information to get a visitor pass where a lady named Johanna was extremely rude to me on the phone. Saying I “won’t let her speak” and I “am speaking over her. ” And when I say rude…I mean giving me complete attitude where I did absolutely nothing wrong. The management style of Arthex is one all management companies in the province should strive toward. They go above and beyond to avoid conflict and resolve issues without unnecessarily escalating them to lawyers or incurring costs. This helps foster healthier communities with stronger financial positions than some condos with constant feuding between neighbours and general distrust of the boards and managers.

We bought 12 pre-construction houses in Niagara-on-the-Lake in 2013 and when they were ready in the summer of 2014, we needed a really good property management company to rent them quickly to quality tenants.
And they did exactly that.
And over the last 6+ years, every time a house gets empty, they do an inspection, tell us what needs to be done, often look after it themselves, and they find another good quality tenant.
We have had zero issue with them managing our many properties for more than 6 years now.
I recommend them every chance I get.

We have done quite a few drywall repairs for Arthex beginning October 2018. We have found them very easy to deal with. They have always returned calls promptly and payment, while a little slower than we like, due to condo meeting schedules, has never been an issue.
