NEVER deal with this insurer. It is impossible to contact my broker. Once you finally get sent to someone to help you, the call drops and you need to call back. They don’t answer emails. They charge me even though I cancelled my policy. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The people who actually show up to work are usually kind but it’s so rare to even get someone to help that it’s not even worth trying to contact them.

I have called this brokerage 4 times now and keep either being hung up on or disconnected.

We called Gallagher Insc.to get a quote for home and car insurance. The agent said we had to wait till the last month of our current policy and so he would call us this morning at 10: 30. Never heard from him (It's now almost 1PM). Not the best customer service. Consequently, we went elsewhere!

I called to cancel my insurance and sent them my cancellation form several weeks before my renewal. I subsequently sent them a follow up question and never received a response. Today I sent my broker an email saying it was URGENT, no response or answer to either that email or my numerous voicemails. I'm stressed because my policy was supposed to be cancelled and instead I was charged on my renewal! With everything going on, I can't financially afford this! They don't seem to care! I'm so upset.

I have seldom felt so frustrated dealing with a company. I now have to check further to see what possible statutes they have broken and if I should also take civil action as well as notifying the appropriate government agencies.

They may be able to get a good rate, but it's is very difficult and frustrating trying to actually call just to speak with one of the brokers! It's impossible to get through, you must leave a message and wait for a call back. And they only can call while i'm at work.so its back and forth back and forth constantly! Like a joke. Makes me want to switch companies already. All I had was a simple question that would have taken 2 minutes to answer but nope. Hopefully it's not an urgent issue you need to get taken care of because good luck!
