I've been going here for 5+ years and have had positive experiences so far. The dentist is very professional and reception is always very friendly.

Always a good job done and they make sure I am comfortable during the procedure.

Office staff is also excellent at handling appointments and following up with insurance.

My dentist is the very best, super clean, modern dental office. Also they have art on the walls that makes your day, painted by one of their own. Can't wait for my next visit just for a good laugh!

I have been using this office for years and they continue to exceed my expectations from a service perspective. I recently required a repair to a dental appliance. They scheduled a last minute appointment, sent it in to the manufacturer, and got it back to me within less than a weeks' time.

I've been with them since a few years. Cleaning mostly with Sarah who was great (she's gone now). Marilyn has been a good hygienist too recently for me. Historically, Teema on the front desk has been welcoming, and Keerat now is also friendly. However, I've had only terrible experiences with Gaytrie. She is rude, condescending & seems to have prejudice. Luckily she is only 1 of 3 receptionists in a dental office I visit 3 times a year, so I am not too concerned. However, unfortunately I am knocking off a couple of stars (else this was a 5 star review) because I'm amazed such a rude person has a front facing job.

Dr Aronson is the best. Dental visits are never the most pleasant experience but at Artin Dental they change that theory.

The dental hygienists and assistants are patient and understanding, and always help to keep me calm and relaxed. Dr. Arash Ghassabei is amazing! He is kind, gentle, intelligent, empathetic, and extremely efficient. I tend to get nervous going to my dental appointments, but Dr. Ghassabei always calms my nerves with his unique sense of humour. He always explains procedures and he is very patient. I never leave my appointments feeling disappointed. The team goes above and beyond to cater to their patients. The staff are friendly and well organized. I've had a number of procedures rendered by Dr. Ghassabei and his team. Aside from my routine maintenance by Marilyn, I have undergone surgeries by the periodontist, and fillings, implants and crowns by Dr. Ghassabei.
The Artin staff creates a positive and fun environment for patients and team. They treat everyone like family.

Artin Dental offers the best dental service in my experience. I'm not a fan of dentists in general but I have been fortunate to be a client of Dr Ghassabei. He has the best touch for the needles etc.and provides the highest quality of service. I've been accommodated with emergency appts, received fillings, had the cleanings and now even the dreaded Crown which is top quality work.

The staff are cheery and make you feel welcome, like family. This to me is unique and an additional reason why I keep going back.

Excellent service! I had a cleaning today and the hygienist (I missed her name) was very kind, very thorough in her work and followed strict COVID19 protocols. I left with squeaky clean teeth, hooray:)

The people at this office are a godsend, the most pleasant dentist experience I've ever had in my entire life (close a child dentist when I was like. 4 but they had video games, and I was simple back then XD). Tima, Iris and Valeria are awesome at the front, and the entire dental team in the back are spectacular people and great at what they do.

Very impressed with the precautionary steps they took to ensure my appointment went safely given these times. The dentist did a very good job of explaining next steps and I felt he truly had my needs in mind! Finally, the front desk staff was an absolute pleasure to interact with - helped me submit my claims and even followed up with me once I returned home.
