Artisan Pizza

Normally I have enjoyed Artisan Pizza, however I had a bad service experience last evening.
I ordered online, simple enough. Went to the pizzeria at the time I was told it would be ready and was met by a cashier attendant who was a bit goofy.no doubt trying to be funny, but it made the pick up process awkward as I didn't really know if he was being serious or not. I gave him my name and he said Neal? No my name is Stephen - so I gave him my ordering code to make sure he went and fetched the right pizza. Received my pizza, but not my dipping sauce which I had to remind the attendant of. Got home and had a couple of pieces and started to realize this wasn't my pizza. As the winter weather was bad, I was basically too lazy to head back to the pizzeria to complain - I probably should have, although my nature is to just not do business with an establishment when I am disappointed. I received a text over an hour after the pick-up indicating my pizza was ready for pick up, pretty much confirming they had giving me the wrong one. I even received a phone call a few minutes after that saying my pizza was ready - I explained I had already picked it up, it was clear is was not intended to be mine and no, I wasn't coming in to pick up the pizza.

Where do I begin, I come from windsor area pizza up here doesn't really match up, well did until we ate artisan pizza, this is the best pizza in burlington hands down, completely dwarfs Lugano and napoli pizza. Our daughter loves it and our son will eat a whole pizza to himself if he could.
Staff is super friendly, overall a very high level for a pizza joint.

This has become my go to local pizza joint, great food and a great customer experience as well.

They are the best I have eaten during my stay in Toronto. It has been three years since I have traveled and I do not miss them.

Family has been coming here for years, and we will always keep coming back! Staff is always friendly and fun to chat too while you’re waiting. Pizza is consistently great, wings are an amazing add on and comes with some bonus garlic knots that are a nice touch. We recommend this to anyone in south Burlington for a great experience!

First time ordering from here. Pizza was good but unfortunately they forgot my dipping sauce in the order. I need dipping sauce with my pizza so it kinda ruined the experience for me. I called back to let them know but they said they would just make a note of it and include a free dipping sauce on my next order. If I decide to order again and they fulfill their promis I might update the review. As for right now 2/5 for me because I didn't get everything I ordered

Amazingly fresh ingredients, huge variety, and the best take out pizza I've had in Burlington.

Ignore any negative reviews. Artisan pizza have delicious pizza and the people there are the kindest friendliest people you will ever meet. Will definitely be coming back!

Apparently this is what you get when you order garlic bread with cheese! Burnt to a crisp cheese and bread.

Extremely disappointed with Artisan pizza, will never order again and will never recommend to others.

I probably have ordered 1000 pizzas. I usually ordered from the large franchise outlets where the pizza quality was ok the most of the time. I had tried a couple of independents with mixed results. Now 10 or more Artisan pizza later and every one has been excellent starting with a perfect crust. The only negative is their website - cannot redeem rewards/points?

I would recommend this fine establishment for pizza/wings and pasta. Always on time and great customer service. Try them…you will not be disappointed

I have been coming to artisan pizza for over a year and a half. I routinely come in for their slices. Thomas makes some of the best pizza I have ever had and keep amazing rapport with his customers. The slices are large pizzas topped heavily with the respective additions. Absolutely amazing pizza! I bring pizza to my family and friends just so they can enjoy it as much as I do.

Took over 70 minutes to arrive. Used Uber Eats but they used their own drivers so accountability on the app! Had to call 3 times! Pizza was average.

Incredible pizza. Ordered the Capricciosa. Perfect crust and sauce distribution and the toppings were great.
This is my favourite pizza joint and I could eat here every day!

Terrible experience but highly recommend Oven 360 Pizza. Ordered 2 pizza's and a salad through Uber Eats for pick up. The pizza was supposed to have 4 toppings including prosciutto. Got home and there was no salad and no prosciutto on the pizza. Took a picture sent it to Uber Eats and received the following message just saying "We are sorry to hear that you had an issue with the order. Unfortunately we will not be able to process a refund for this. " Had a similliar experience with Oven 360 a few months ago and they made it right.

Went in for a single slice, left with a whole Pie!

These pies are a cut above the rest, the guys are fantastic too!

Enjoyed a nice XL pepperoni (with half mushroom) and a very tasty Med BBQ Chicken! Looking forward to trying some more of their Specialty Pizzas. Great local spot with super Owner and friendly staff!

First time ordering and will not be back.
I downloaded the app, and found placing the order easy enough. Was quoted 60 min delivery, which I found a little long but thought I'd give it a shot- keep in mind I am barely 5 min away.
I received a confirmation email with my order from a 3rd party website, and my order did not show on the Artisan app. After 70 min I was a bit concerned because I had paid, but my order never showed on the app. First gentleman I spoke to was very hard to understand, and a young lady came on the phone and told me that on Fridays orders always take 70-80 min and she wished they would change that online. She then told me order would be 4 more minutes and out the door. I did not receive my order for another 30 min - in total 90 min for garlic bread with cheese that was like rubber and not edible. I added spicy Genoa salami to my spinach pizza (minus the spinach), there was barely any meat and it was far from spicy, and I am not sure were the garlic was (not on my pizza).
With my tip a large pizza, garlic bread w/cheese, $4 delivery + tx + tip was $53. Absolutely disgusting price for the service and sub par food- I expected more! Pizza Nova is much better and just as close.

Very good pizza. Large was a good size for 2-3 people. Sliced into 10 pieces. Ordering was fun as gentleman at counter was very friendly and informative. My 85 year old mother liked the pizza but thought the crust was a bit too chewy. I thought pizza generally and crust specifically were great. It was ham, mushroom and green olives. Lots of ham and mushrooms but I would have liked more olives but that’s personal taste. I suspect just mentioning that I like olives would have scored some more without asking for double olives. Very friendly staff.

Great pizza with fresh ingredients! Customer service is also top notch.

If you enjoy ghetto pizza this is your place, looks nothing like they advertise. Also they opened up another account on skip the dishes called New Street Pizzeria, don’t be fooled it’s still the same garbage.

One of the best pizzas I have had recently, my wife loved it! That says a lot. Will definately be ordering again!

Their gluten free pizza is the best one of other pizza restaurants. It tastes almost as regular pizza crust. I have tried many other pizza restaurants for gluten free pizza but most of their pizza tasted as cardboard. But this one from Artisan pizza was delicious.

I have to write this review because this is definitely the best pizza I have ever eaten this year. The BBQ chicken is really awesome! I will come back and order the other pizzas. Thank you so much Chef!

I drove from Bradford to go to British Pride. It's a bit of a drive and since I was here, figured I'd grab some lunch before going home. After looking through nearby places, my partner and I decided to try Artisan Pizza. We ordered a medium Caprese.
It was ready within 15mins, fresh from the oven.
The cheese was perfectly melted! The crust was thin and delicious! I absolutely recommend!

First time trying this pizza it was undercooked I got 4 topping and it was super soggy tried to call to complain didn’t get a answer didn’t bother trying again

Not sure who likes their crust thick and chewy but that's not how pizza is supposed to be made. I'm only giving it 2 stars because they were generous with toppings, which is both good and bad. Generous but it makes everything soggy and gross. Applestone or Mount Royal are better alternatives in Burlington for the price.

Great pizza, pretty reasonable price. I ordered a pepperoni and a gluten+dairy-free pizza for my girlfriend and I and they were delicious

"Highly Recommend" we ordered through Eber Eats 2 weeks ago, we ordered 2 medium pizzas, we created our own, I highly recommend the chicken, spinach, feta on thin crust with garlic butter. We had a misunderstanding which was politely, and pleasantly corrected with a credit for one pizza on the spot or to be used in the future. We just called back today to order our credit, again our server Sam was beyond polite, extremely pleasant with our credit order. We can't say enough about the pizza and customer service, this is our go to Pizza Place. You definitely will not be disappointed! Thank You!

Favourite pizza place in Burlington! I just spent the last 8 months locked down in Scotland, got back to Canada May 2nd and couldn’t wait to get back and order from Artisan.fresh ingredients and the best staff!

Everyone loved this pizza! Super fresh toppings, dough made in house & amazing price! We got in late for our pickup, staff warmed it up for us per our request, and manager cared personally to come out make sure we were happy. Staff has a great sense of humour too. Best vibe ever. Thank you!

We enjoyed our thin crust chicken pizza from this pizza shop. It was too delicious, we can taste the freshness and flavors.kids loved the cheese Pizza with extra cheese. Friendly staff and no waiting. Must visit.

First time we ordered here the pizza was great. The dough was really good and it taste fresh. Today I ordered a xpizza it came soggy and burnt on the bottom. I hope they can be more consistent.

One of the best places for delicious pizza. Highly recommend if you’re looking for fresh quality pizza to take home. I’d suggest you go pickup instead of delivery so it’s hot and fresh.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a pizza for pickup that was to be ready at 5: 30, they didn't have it ready for me until after 6: 00. They seemed very disorganized, and had several customers waiting this long for orders.

This evening I ordered two pizzas from Artisan Pizza. Wow they were horribly disappointing, especially given the cost. The first was their Capiccosa, which was suppose to have mushrooms, green olives, smoked ham and artichokes. The crust was not cooked, it was doughy, and hardly any toppings. One slice had all the ham, and the others were meatless. I ordered a gluten free pizza with pesto, olives, and salami. It tasted like cardboard. It was super disappointing, very dry. Didn't taste like pesto. It looked like they sprinkled some dry herbs on it. No olive oil. We definitely won't be ordering from this pizza place again, especially for the cost - $6 delivery, two medium pizzas with next to no toppings, simply not worth the cost $55.

Home made sauces. Cheesy pizza, small town vide. Best pizza in the downtown Burlington area. I’ve got 4 pizza shops beside my job site, each a two minute to five minute walk, instead I drive here. Quality.

Just had it for the first time, I’m upset it took me this long to try it. 100% best pizza in Burlington. Everything about it is amazing, the dough/crust as well as the toppings are amazing. Had 3 different pizzas, meatlover not only tasted amazing but no greasy feeling after. On top of that, they have 2 homemade dipping sauces, garlic and jalepeno mayo. Both 10/10. My new pizza place for sure

Great pizza, most likely the best in Burlington. It is pricey but ingredients are top notch and crust has great texture and flavour. Generous toppings too!
