If i could give 10 stars I would. Everyone is so professional and friendly. The receptionist adapted so well to a mix up in my appointment. My nail artist treated my nails like a vital body organ! She stayed well behind the closing time and was not even a bit in a hurry because she wanted to do great job. Honestly I never had a healthier and cleaner way to remove my hard gel nail extensions than I just did.

Joanna did a fantastic job on my lashes! She was very accommodating - I'm five months pregnant and she did everything she could to make the experience as.comfortable as possible. Thank you, Joanna!

Allison at artistic is fantastic. She applied bands/brace to fix ingrown toenails. Her technique and the product itself are lifesavers! My daughter is not longer in severe pain from her ingrown nails and is able to wear shoes pain free again!

Ingrown toenail miracle! I had given up hope on my 2 painful ingrown big toes. Everyone told me surgery was the only option. Allyson put braces on them and they are now perfectly normal. Of course, her pedicures are outstanding.

I have been going to artistic spa for my lashes for over a year now and have used some of their other services. They are very kind and very accomodating on every visit. Each lash tech has done a great job and I am more than satisfied with my lashes. It is also very clean and aesthetically pleasing inside. Would reccommend to everyone.

I went for a hydra facial as a gift. Laura was kind & did a great job including explaining what she was doing and the benefits. I left with my skin feeling smooth and clear. They were on time. The decor and presence of the place is nice. Parking was a bit tricky (they do have some in the back free of charge if you can find a spot) or street parking with meters.

Great Spa and would definitely recommend! Tried the couples massage and everything was the way it should be. Very clean, organized, customer friendly service and they also suggested a free parking space behind the spa. The price was pretty reasonable and for the first time try you get $20 discount!

Went for a massage, it was really awful. I was told they are not RMT's and it was really evident in the 60 min I spent there. At one point the towel over the head was just too much, felt like I was suffocating. Massage in the throat area was NOT a good idea! Felt like I was just getting a quick sloppy rub down. The oil absorbed quickly so it felt like my skin was going to be rubbed off as her hands were dry constantly. Not consistent in her technique from one side to the other. Most benefits cover RMT, so it's probably better to go somewhere with RMT's and claim it!

Artistic Spa is the perfect piece of the puzzle for some R&R! From the time you walk in the door till the time you leave you feel welcomed and relaxed. The whole team are absolutely fantastic!

The spa manicure & pedicure is amazing, it is definitely worth the upgrade from the regular mani/pedi. The staff here is wonderful and the spa is clean and beautiful. No complaints!

Allyson gave me a stellar service. She’s got years of experience and it really shows. Not only did she give me an amazing facial but she educated me about home skin care. Would definitely visit again.

I was interested in permanent makeup, and after much research finding an experienced professional, I decided to book an appointment at Artistic Spa. I was nervous, but the whole team at Artistic made me feel calm. Charlene has been doing permenant brows for over 20 years and explained all my options. I decdecided that tattooed brows was the way to go. I am so thrilled with them! No one can tell that they aren’t natural. The process was practically painless and the healing was fast! I would recommend this permanent makeup!

As many people can probably relate because of Covid, I was very overdue for a haircut. My friend recommended Artistic Esthetic Spa, and I had such an amazing experience there!

My hairstylist Diane did such an incredible job with my cut, colour, & style. Honestly, probably the best work I’ve ever had done to my hair. My wedding is a couple weeks away and she completely exceeded my expectations with what I wanted to have done.

The staff is wonderful, very friendly, & welcoming! They practice all of the necessary sanitary precautions for Covid and I felt very comfortable in the environment.

Artistic spa is amazing place for relaxation. I been a coustomer there for almost an year. Natalia does an amazing job on my brows and Sarah McLeod does an outstanding massage of 30-to 45 mintue on me. Staff there are so friendly and make you feel like home when you arrive to your appointment.

I will for sure remond this place to any of my family and friends.

Had the Spa Pedicure and it was lovely. Esther did a great job. She was conscientious and made the whole experience relaxing.

I booked a couple’s massage at Artistic Spa for my husband’s birthday and it was a GOOD massage! The place is clean which is very important to me (I have cleanliness OCD). My masseuse was Emilie, not sure who did it for my husband but we both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I play squash on a regular basis, so someone who plays this game must be familiar with the joint pains and aches. Emilie did a wonderful job and alot of my muscles were relaxed after the session.
The only complaint I have is about the timing. Our session was supposed to be 1: 30 hours but it wasnt even a full hour. As suggested by the receptionist we were there 10 minutes before our session was to begin. It started at 3: 40ish and we were done by 4: 30.

I used to be a regular threading client but it has been a couple years since I've gone. Anyways, I returned today to have my eyebrows done and was less than satisfied. Had a late start to my appointment by 10 minutes, not a big deal, ladies are friendly and apologized, but I feel this left my service to be rushed. Typically when I've been threaded in the past it's followed by some tweezing and clipping, then letting me see them. This time I was only given the treading and wasn't offered to see them, I should have said something then. It wast until I got home and had to do 10 minutes plus of plucking myself. Hair was blatantly missed everywhere. The shape was great, but there was a lot to be cleaned up.

This is my go to spa in London for hair and spa services. Great prices and a lot of service options. Sarah does my hair and she is amazing. I was in on Friday with my MOH on my wedding day. We both had our hair and makeup done, which was a fantastic experience. Sarah gets my hair and it's perfect every time. My make up was stunning (as was my MOH's) and I would give 5+ stars if my one lash didn't come unglued less than 2 hours later and 5 minutes into the service! I guess tears and glue don't mix. Brides.skip the strip lashes regardless of how small your event is. That was one small glitch in an otherwise perfect day.

I recently had a massage at AES with Sarah. It was great, she is a very skilled RMT who listens to your needs and gives deep pressure if you need it or lighter if that’s your preference. I love the setting here too, it’s Very relaxing and front desk staff are friendly.

I had Amani for my facial and 60 minute massage, and I was absolutely blown away. The girl really knows her stuff. She was very informative on all the products she was using on me, made great suggestions, and listened to my concerns. She made sure to go above and beyond to meet my needs, and be sure I was well taken care of. I will absolutely request her each time I go to Artistic Spa, and I suggest any one else going there to do so as well!

My beautiful wife "ambushed" me for our anniversary, and treated me to session here. It was a little intimidating, at first. Like if I dropped her off at a boxing gym, and said, there you go. The staff were all great, and made me feel right at ease. It was awesome. Guys, don't be scared, give it a try. Think of it like a workhorse having his hooves trimmed. It was a great experience. I will definitely go back.

I've been going to Artistic for many years, and I can't see myself going anywhere else! Staff are lovely, services are great (I've had many massages, pedis, manis, facials, body wraps, etc) and you just feel pampered. My go-to!

Wanted to share an experience that I had yesterday at your salon and wanted to recognize two of your staff members: Melissa and Esther.

I had purchased the Eminence Acne line upon launch and unfortunately had a reaction to the product, which is very unlike the product bc I am obsessed with all things eminence.

I contacted the salon to enquire about exchanges and refunds and I was told to reach out to eminence. I reached out to Eminence and they referred me back to the salon. At a loss, I checked in for a scheduled facial yesterday and had the Acne products in tow and shared my experience. Melissa was EXCEPTIONAL! And I do not say that lightly as I have worked and managed customer facing business for 10+ years. She showed genuine care and concern for my issue and took full ownership to own the problem and set expectations to follow up with me. Melissa was genuinely apologetic and sorry for the experience and misinformation that I was provided. She took all of my information and I knew that my issue was in good hands. She demonstrated care, compassion, empathy and above all took ownership of the situation. It was not my first time interacting with Melissa and she is incredibly helpful each and every time that I am in the salon and offers great advice and suggestions and answers any questions about eminence products. Her Customer Problem Resolution skills are truly best in class.

I also wanted to recognize Esther, who I have had the pleasure of having a few facials with now. She is incredibly kind, professional and knowledgeable. She is true asset to your team!

Both Melissa and Esther lead with the customer at the center of everything that they do and this shows through their consistent levels of customer service. Your spa is incredibly fortunate to have people such as themselves, as I know firsthand how difficult employees like these are hard to come by.

I wanted to let you know that by the end of my appts, which I should note was after 8pm, Melissa had already reached out to Eminence and gotten everything sorted out. I was literally blown away. She exceeded my expectations in every which way. But it was her care, compassion and ownership of the situation that gave me piece of mind that my issue was in the right hands.

Melissa turned an 'OW' into a 'WOW' and you have a lifelong customer because of it. Not even eminence demonstrated the same level of ownership for the issue and tried to make it right- Melissa absolutely did and delivered tenfold.

It would be remised of me not to share this amazing experience that I had and please feel free to share my kudos and acknowledgement with your team, as Melissa and Esther consistently deliver Legendary Experiences for their clients and deserve to be recognized!

Kinda of a snobby place. I was overcharged and told they would just take it off my next visit scheduled. Then next visit they returned less money than required. The desk staff were rude and openly on their cell phones. I was never offered a drink or to hang my coat, yet others that arrived were. Rude.

Great first time experience! Shelbie was me esthetician, she was great and the environment was lovely and welcoming. Great chats, great mani/pedi - will recommend and return x
