My new favourite place! ArtMed was recommended to me by a handful of people who swear by their services, and my first experience definitely did not disappoint! The ArtMed team is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, non-judgmental, professional, and created a comfortable environment. The SilkPeel facial was fantastic, and left me feeling confident and relaxed. I am so grateful to have found this place, and can’t wait to return to try other ArtMed treatments/services!

ArtMed has been fantastic since the day I walked in for my first consultation. I have loved my experience and so appreciate the educational approach they took with each of my sessions. Would hands down recommend them 10/10 if you are looking for laser hair removal or any other skin-related treatments. Especially when it comes to your face.

I had a facial performed by Ula and the experience was wonderful! Ula created a relaxing atmosphere while expertly performing my facial. She also provided customized advice and product recommendations (without pressuring me whatsoever to make a purchase). Ula is excellent at what she does and I really trust her opinions. I ended up purchasing several products that she recommended specifically for my skin and I'm so excited to try them out! Thank you so much Ula! I'll be back soon:)

I had a consultation with Sarah and it was absolutely amazing! She was SO friendly! This is the third Med Spa that I have been to and I have never had such a good experience. I originally went in wanting filler but she discussed all
options with me and thoroughly suggested other treatments that I had not thought of that can also help me achieve the look I am wanting. They definitely value customer happiness and achieving everyone’s dream look over trying to charge extra for things that aren’t necessary. I am so excited for my treatment and feel very prepared!

EDIT: I have been in three more times for treatments and have been so happy with my results every time! I always go into the treatment feeling fully informed and prepared. Sarah is the best!

The consult and injection procedure were done professionally. All information for risks and after care were given. After 6 weeks everything Nurse Sarah said would result did, so very accurate! She's reassuring and informative. I will be going back.

I’ve been going to ArtMed for a few years now and have always had professional service with a health centred approach. Sarah took her time explaining things to me and educating me. She was very gentle, educated and professional. I highly recommend their services. All of their staff are welcoming.

I cannot express how amazing my consult with Sarah and Val went. Their knowledge of fillers and laser/micro needling treatments is the best I have ever heard. In the fall I had the pleasure of having Val as my technician for a BBL treatment. This treatment was amazing as was Val. Val was super easy going and answered all my questions. She put me at ease which helped me relax through the procedure. The difference in my skin after this treatment was unbelievable. I went in feeling like a leopard (so much sun damage). After about a week my skin tone was much more even. Im thankful and grateful to Val's recommendation for post care treatment and Im looking forward to going back for my final treatment.

I came to Artmed as I was struggling with hyper-pigmentation on my body. Valeria is the best thing that has happened to me! She goes above and beyond and ensures you are at your maximum comfort level. She is extremely thorough, experienced, and real! Before going to ArtMed I would go to different places getting various treatments without having a real plan and never noticing real results. What I love about ArtMed is their results driven approach which is visibly tracked with a VISIA skin analysis to see the improvements over time!

Beyond the incredible treatments, the staff are always friendly and welcoming. I always look forward to treatments with Jennifer (the best!) ; she’s passionate about her work and genuinely wants her clients to see the best results. She takes the time to explain the various treatment options and come up with a plan of action that takes into account results and your budget. My skin has never looked better!

I have had the pleasure of going to Art Med for some time now. I have to say that Nurse Amanda is the best at what she does. My results with her were amazing. Also the staff there are always so friendly and you immediately feel comfortable the moment you walk in the clinic till the time you leave.

I had the pleasure of getting a couple of treatments done at ArtMed, today.

ArtMed will not disappoint! It’s a beautiful clinic without feeling cold. It’s very soothing to be honest. Lots of amazing products as well!

I was cheerfully greeted upon arrival by their office administrators Katie, Skye, and Chantal. It felt like walking into a friends house with how warm and friendly they are. Everyone was masked up - temperature taken etc - all Covid protocols were observed.

I was taken into the treatment room to await my amazing Nurse Practitioners Amanda and Shannon - my Injection Specialists. After finding out what I wanted to achieve, they explained to me what they would do to achieve the results I want. They have the gentle touch. They talk you through the procedures to avoid any surprises. They were very thorough with the after care expectations and how long I could experience swelling for a short time.

It has only been a few hours since I had everything done, but I can already see the improvements- looking forward to the next few days/weeks.

I walked out smiling and feeling good about myself.

This was an amazing experience. The staff from end to end were amazing and so friendly. They were able to answer all my questions for my specific procedure to ensure I felt comfortable. The office itself was clean and bright. I would definitely recommend Artmed and I will absolutely be going back for any further procedures.

I am absolutely thrilled with ArtMed. They have helped me through my journey of dealing with acne for the first time in my life. I have not once felt pressured into anything, they are great at recommending the best course of action and you can choose what you want to do. I went for a consultation to get my lips done. I have had my lips done lots of times before at other clinics. I decided not to get them done there. During the consultation the nurse didn't really give off vibes that she was confident in what she is doing.

I wanted to have a few visits under my belt prior to leaving a review so that I could make it as honest and detailed as possible.

From the beginning the staff at ArtMed made me feel comfortable and Laura was amazing. I had never had any sort of cosmetic procedure done including botox or fillers of any kind. They came highly recommended so I decided after a decade of debating doing so, to finally give it a go.

My main concern was my lips. I have no visible top lip as my cupid's bow is quite defined therefore my top lip hides underneath my mouth. I wanted so desperately to feel the same confidence I did WITH lipstick on and conveyed this to Laura. I also told her I was looking to get a bit of botox between my brows to prevent the frown line from getting worse. I was quite self-conscious of my nasolabial folds too and felt they were aging me, but she immediately disagreed. They aren't there as a money grab, I can tell you that. They will listen to your concerns but they won't suggest more than you need. I left with much less work than I had anticipated getting when I arrived.

Getting my top lip to the point where it's full has been a struggle with trial and error but Laura was more than willing to go above and beyond for me and she has been very upfront and candid with how to achieve it. It's not easy to give someone who had no visible top lip the look I wanted to achieve but she was so accommodating right from the start and over the past few months.

I'm so happy that I chose ArtMed and I would never go elsewhere. I've also purchased a lot of their Vivier skincare products which are LIFE CHANGING.

If you're reading this in an attempt to make a decision on whether or not to give them a chance. I say do it. Go for a consultation at least because I truly believe you'll leave happy. I had an amazing visit here with Laura. I had never had fillers done before, and while we discussed doing a full syringe, I was happy she didn't just "take my money" and I left with only using a half syringe. This allowed me to achieve the natural but fuller look I was going for. 100% would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I've had a few treatments here now and I absolutely love it. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the clinic is clean and spacious, there's a small selection of great products available for purchase (I'm loving Alumier!), and there's a good amount of free parking! I will be back again and again for my skin care needs. Thanks ArtMed!

I recently had Thermage at ArtMed and I have to say it was a great experience overall. Jennifer was wonderful and we talked and laughed throughout. It wasn’t completely painless as there were a few spots on my face that were more sensitive but this was discussed at the consult so I was prepared, and it was brief, exactly as explained. We saw improvement right after and I’m looking forward to even more as time goes on.
I’ve also had Botox here with very good results The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

From the moment you step into ArtMed, you are greeted with a smile and always so professional. I have had different treatments here with the first being Dr. Mary Peirson, to discuss different products and procedures best for me. Procedures have been administered by Dr Peirson, and different technicians and specialists along the way. All was fully explained, and I must say. I am truly happy with all I have done. I've only been to ArtMed once, but it was a 10/10 experience.

First and foremost, the frontend staff are incredibly helpful, polite, and cheerful (I believe I spoke with Gigi and Meghan). I was offered a drink, and they even took my jacket and hung it up for me!

Secondly, the nurse I saw (Stephanie) during my procedure was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She was professional, skilled, and also very personable! My treatment was surprisingly affordable (under $90), and I was very pleasantly surprised to have a medical skin procedure done for such an affordable price at such a nice clinic!

Overall, I was incredibly happy with my treatment and results, and it was a really nice experience going to Artmed. I ran into the clinic manager (Jane) when I left, and she was also super friendly!

I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone interested in medical-grade skincare:)

I never thought I could have clear, radiant skin but it's possible with the help of their amazing products & treatments. I am a medical aesthetician myself, I have very high expectations when I get treatments done, considering I am in the same field. With that being said, ArtMed is one of the BEST places I've EVER been too. Clean, professional, honest, friendly, a very high level of care. This place offers treatments that are high end in the beauty industry and I've seen amazing results with my profractional laser treatments - truly life changing for me. I love everyone that works there, I love the energy, everyone is always laughing, smiling, you can tell they love their jobs and are passionate about changing lives. I'll say again- the bar is set very high for me considering I'm in the same field.and they have exceeded all my expectations. This place deserves a 5 star rating, truly.
