Most individuals fear or hesitate when having a dentist appointment. I was, at one time, one of these people.my experience at Arvanitis and Associates has changed that. The environment is clean, friendly, personable, knowledgeable and professional. I have been to many dentists in my lifetime. Arvanitis and Associates is where I would recommend for all your dental needs.

Everyone was so pleasant. It actually made it a fun experience. I would definitely recommend this place.

I was there for implant, it’s first time & it was very scary for me but he was very kind& his team was very nice & care about everything thing…near 6 hours I don’t have any pain. I hope that for the future every thins is good too.

All of the staff was very professional from the receptionist to the dentist. Love the blue shoe covering idea it shows professionalism and cleanliness of the office.

I have only gone twice to this clinic and had a great experience both times. The dentists (Dr. Lee and Dr. Keating), as well as, the hygienists (Amanda and Nikea) and the staff are very professional, informative and treat patients with dignity and respect. I will definitely be going back.

Update since Covid-19:
I was able to continue with my dental maintenance during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The staff were as professional and courteous as always. It brought some normalcy to my life to know that my teeth were healthy and clean. I felt that management at the clinic were doing everything in their power to make sure that their staff and patients were interacting in a safe and Covid-free environment. I would definitely recommend Arvanitis and Associates.

Oh-oh.lost part of an old filling and needed to assess and take care of it. Tammy set up an appointment with Dr. Arvanitis for the next day. The filling was replaced in record time and no problem with not using any freezing. Another great visit to the dentist!

Been with Dr arvanitis since I was a child and my family have been with them for a long time as well. They are honest, good people and good corporation. They care about your oral health and really do a good job! I would highly recommend them. They always did a great job for me for the 15 plus years i been with them. They take their job very seriously and professionally. Plus dr Lee is super nice!

I saw Melissa, your hygienist, yesterday. I found her very thorough and very component. Best cleaning I’ve had and would rate Melissa a 5/5!

My experience was pleasant. I was a few minutes late however felt at ease. The receptionist was all smiles. Efficient support staff. I received a few spa treatments along with my cleaning. Super!

I had a series of work done from small fillings that needed refreshed to a root canal. About 7 appointments within 2 months. They were very professional and attentive. I highly recommend them.

The dentist did my 4 year old daughter’s actual cleaning and was so gentle and patient with her. He also took the time to answer all of my 6 year old son’s question that was in the room with us.

I've always had a great experience. The atmosphere is relaxed and calming, work areas are sanitized, staff are very knowledgeable and most importantly patients are first priority.

Dr. Arvanitis is a treasure. You can feel his many years of experience in his demeanour, his ease with his tools, his answers to your questions, and the speed with which he works. He worked on a crown and a dental implant in my much battered mouth and both are excellent jobs. I felt minimal pain and discomfort and was regularly checked on to ensure all is well. The front office is lovely as well. Big shout out to Chantel who is indispensable - she handled all the queries from my insurance company with an ease and patience I would not have had. The clinic is well equipped, spacious and covid adapted. You cannot go wrong coming here.

I wasn't worried getting a tooth pulled. I went 69 years without having to have one pulled.
Dr Ed and his assistant were amazing. He walked me through every step of the way, and told me the truth about everything. I didn't even know when it came out
There was no swelling that I know of, very very little pain, and bleeding stopped after couple hours.
Thank You Arvanitis and Associates, for all your employees. They always make the appointments as comforting as possible.

My only complaint is that I did not choose this dental office sooner, but we have been clients for quite a few years now. Dr. Arvanitis is amazing and the entire staff are so professional and helpful. My daughter just moved back to the area and they are now clients and love it too.

This is the second time I've gone to Arvanitis and Associates and both experiences have been great. The staff is pleasant and warm, which is great for someone like me who has a bit of anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. George took care of a couple slight chips on my teeth and I'm super happy with the result of his work. I'm looking forward to going back to him for my routine dental care.

Love the team! Easy to book & change appointments. Can do all by email which is refreshing! Always get me in for emergencies when needed & take extra great care because I just don’t like dentists & they respect that.

Asked for a TMJ Botox quote per unit to compare prices. I was given unit quotes by dental clinics and doctor clinics but they would not give; that’s fine.

Then they told me I had to book a consultation to know. I saw their site, saw consultations are free and thought that’s reasonable. Then they told me that that was in reference to consultations with their office manager for treatment options offered, not about treatment plans. Treatment option consultations would include a quote at other places, but nope, not here.

They stated I would have to pay a consultation fee of $140 to know. I have to pay $140 to know if I would even be comfortable with their per unit cost for the injection, the dentist, the treatment plan, etc. If that’s their way of doing things, that’s fine but not for me. Felt uncomfortable moving forward as it seemed to me a business tactic to get a consultation fee if one does not choose to proceed or is even aware of the costs (even a range!). So, I left things at that and did not schedule an appointment. No hard feelings.

Then, I get an email today stating that I have a scheduled appointment in two business days? ! There was no room for misunderstanding. Meghan told me of the consultation fee and that their office manager offered treatment plan information only. She said Feb 1st is available. I did not respond to her; we did not even touch upon times for her to misunderstand to such an extent. Everything was over email and I never called.

I found it incredibly baffling that I would have potentially incurred cancellation fees because Meghan went ahead and scheduled an appointment without my say or consultation. I’ve never met a dental or doctor clinic that has done that? ! Especially when the other dental clinics I’ve reached out to had long wait lists during this time.

I went to have my treatment done at a wonderful MD’s clinic who did same day treatment after first (!), telling me of a per unit cost beforehand; second (!), scheduling with me normally after my say and consultation; third (!), offering me a free consultation in case I do not wish to proceed to have me feel comfortable with the office, the injector, and their treatment objectives.

I have image proofs so please do not state I am a fake review as I am now seeing it is stated by the office responder. Surely, there is no reason for me to go to this extent to write a review like this and imagine it or lie about it.

*In a day and age where these reviews guide many of our selections and decisions, I thought it important to share so that another may have the perspective; not as a means for me to communicate further with the office. *

Never have to wait more than 5 minutes. Knowledgeable, efficient and helpful dental assistant. Inquired about teeth straightening and the dentist came in and gave me a quick rundown on the latest procedures. Highly recommend.

My hygienist was incredibly attentive and thorough. My dentist, Dr. Lee, is extensively knowledgeable and very kind. He was very patient even though I was nervous. He walked me through the cavity fillings first and made sure that I was not feeling any pain. Overall, amazing service! This was years ago. My dentist continue to be Dr. Lee and he continues to be amazing! Since then I've also had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Mike Farhadian, who was super patient and empathetic. I was afraid about a nerve being close to one of my wisdom teeth but he was very confident, and explained the procedure in detail so that I felt sure I was doing the right thing. I didn't feel a thing! My recovery went so well! Then recently due to scheduling conflict, I had an appointment for a filling with Dr. Ed Keating with Patricia as the assistant. I am always a nervous wreck at the dentist and Patricia was super compassionate and sweet and I didn't even feel the needle when Dr. Keating did the freezing! Every time, the receptionists have also always been kind and polite. Always super thankful of this practice.

I have been a patient for many years and have found them to be excellent in every way. I feel comfortable in their luxury clinic, the staff is highly qualified, and they follow up after non-routine appointments to make sure recovery is going well.

One of the best dentist offices in Waterloo! Natasha (my hygienist) has been amazing to me the past 16 years! All the dentists here have been great during my appointments and I would recommend them to anyone. Clean and respectful atmosphere, the staff are efficient and during Covid, all protocols were met. Great job every single time!

My experience for the past 10 plus years visiting the Arvanitis practice: Consistency: staff is caring, cheerful, and professional. I also feel confident that I am getting the best dental care.

There are good dentists, there are excellent dentists, there are outstanding dentists, and there is George Arvanitis. Sometimes amazing skills and vast knowledge metamorphose into the extraordinary that ascends to the Parnassus to meet the Muse. George Arvanitis is a magician of dentistry. His brain seems to work ultrafast in accessing his unique knowledge, his eagle eyes are always focused on the task, and his steady fingers move around with ease and confidence. He always works in a way as if he is trying to create his Magnum Opus. And he does all that when he is casually chatting with his assistant about the Star Wars Jedi's philosophy.

Beautiful facility friendly staff. I drive 2 hours to see Ed Keatings and will continue to do so. Honestly just a great dentist all around

I had my wisdom teeth surgery yesterday with Dr. Lee. He was amazing, I was very nervous beforehand and Glenda, my nurse, sat and talked with me and made me feel a lot better. Dr. Lee has always been very patient with answering all of my questions and ensuring I was okay. They made the experience a lot more comforting and less nerve wracking. I highly recommend going to Arvanitis & Associates if you need to get your wisdom teeth out.

I recently starting seeing Dr Ed and am very happy to have made the change from my former dentist. He and the rest of the staff have been extremely friendly and professional on all of my visits. The office has a nice relaxed environment. Highly recommend!

Came in today for a cleaning and a cracked tooth. My hygienist was wonderful - very professional, made the experience very comfortable, and made the procedure painless. The dentist, Dr. Keating I believe, was great as well. I will be requesting him for future dental issues as he also was extremely professional. The bite on my tooth has not set so perfectly with the rest of my teeth in a really long time. Overall an absolutely perfect experience. If I could give more stars to everyone who worked on my mouth today I would. Thank you guys!

I had an appointment for teeth cleaning. The staff at the office are very friendly and helpful, they got me in on time. My hygienist is good and efficient, I experienced no pain or discomfort during the cleaning.

Always incredible but today was even more exceptional. My 11 year old daughter needed two teeth removed for braces and was absolutely petrified. Dr. Lee was patient, kind and so wonderful to ensure my daughter got comfortable and got through the job with ease. Thank you so much!

From the time you step in through the door everyone is extremely professional. Dr arvenitis has always been very accommodating to me. If I need something urgently he's always brought me in as quickly as possible. His administrative staff is also very professional. Dr arvenitis has evaluations have always been right on the money. The quality of care is excellent and hygiene practices are the best. Jillian is a great hygienist and is very thorough and very gentle. The doctors are always smiling and knowledgeable being great listeners and very skilled.
