The rental office staff and maintenance staff are amazing. I've lived here 6 years and only issue is that sometimes the workload for them is too much so they take a while to get things done.besides that, (needing more staff) they are superstars and should get a raise.

Been waiting over a year for a simple door bell to be fixed. Roach infested, staff is rude and unhelpful. Send an email to property manager who visited my unit in February 2020. Promised repairs that were never done. Just gave notice and plan on filing with LTB. I do not recommend. Save yourself the trouble, these guys do not care about their customers/tenants.

Very bad services and experience.

I have come to help some newcomers in translation, but I have seen the mistreatment of the worst manager in this office. And do not want to follow the lease, when we told her that we want the head office number in Toronto, the customer has been expelled

The worst service I see in my life in this company, the maintenance here is very bad and the units are very old and broken, Lots of garbage in parking lots, if you have something need to fix it in inside your apartment you have to talk to the office one month ago to fax it

This is about 2750 Carousel Crescent the other building nearby 2710 Saratoga Place. Their is no review site for 2750 Carousel Crescent, these two buildings are 50 meters apart.

This building, is infested with bed bugs and drugs. Walking or entering an elevator, one sometimes sees and or smells pot, and animal urine.

It's infested with so much bedbugs that their office has brought "their" exterminators, sprayed my apartment more than four times. Nothing. After 7 months, bed bugs have bitten I, and everyone who has visited me and stayed over. Still no solution. They will accuse you as they did with me, that I brought the bedbugs with me. Oh really? Then why weren't bedbugs at the other places I lived in? When I told them, I'll pay another exterminator company from my money, they refused. They want "their" exterminators/company to keep getting paid for nothing.

They don't tell you that you have to caulk the entire floorboards, before spraying, which traps the bedbugs. If you do, it's coming out of your own pocket. They spray, the bugs escape, then when the affects of the chemical spray is done, the bugs comeback.

They are so negligent, and increasingly, cops keep showing up. Such a mistake to live here.
Do not make the same mistake. Go west, Kanata or Barrhaven. Can't wait till the lease
Is expired! Not a place for a family.

If you want to rent a place in Ottawa, live in any building or home whatsoever except for a Homestead building. And if the only place for you to live in Ottawa was a Homestead building, then move out of Ottawa. Take it from me. I've lived there, and it was an absolutely horrible experience. When there's a maintenance issue in your apartment, you'd have a better chance swallowing a cow than getting that problem fixed by a superintendent. Every floor reeks of marijuana smoke. Their rent far surpasses the quality of the building. You have to pay $60 just to get an electronic key so you can enter the building if you lost it. Indoor parking sucks. The top of your car and the ceiling of the indoor parking touch one another. Their swimming pools almost never get maintained. You get the drift.

Homestead will take your money and raise the rent each year but they will never do anything but the scumbags they rent to. Smoking crack and cigarettes in the stairs.really nice for the rest of us here.

Get rid of the coin operated laundry machines. Hire employees with better customer service skills. Stop trying to make an extra buck on everything. Maintain the property better, etc. Etc. Etc.

Been here 2 and a half years don't bother, rent keeps going up and they keep taking things away and it takes them months to fix anything if you don't remind then every week they loose your paper work
