Me and my family Attended a wedding function on 25th November. It is amazing. Beautiful hall. Amazing Garden, Excellent service. Great food. I will definitely recommend this beautiful venue to everyone.

Words are too few to describe our experience with Raj and Ascott Parc. The level of service, attention and care that we received was unparalleled. From the first day to our engagement day, Raj provided great guidance and insights for our big day.

Leading up to the day, Sanath, the operations manager, was very helpful by working with our vendors.

We had our outdoor wedding at Ascott Parc on July 1st. We could not have asked for a better experience or wedding.

We owe everything to Valeria from Ascott Parc, she truly went above and beyond making sure absolutely everything was perfect for our day. She made the planning process the best experience we could ask for and took care of everything. If problems arose, she went above and beyond to fix them and made sure as the bride and groom we didn’t have any stress. She was extremely nice and friendly and everything you could ask for. I would recommend this venue solely for the experience she provided from our first meeting to the day of the wedding. Every bride needs someone like Val to be there for you and be in control of every situation so you don’t have to worry about anything. Anyone would be extremely lucky to have her handle your event.

Sanath was our right hand man for set up and for the night of the wedding. He made sure everything we needed and wanted was looked after and carried out perfectly. He handled whatever we needed with ease and made sure that us and our guests were provided with everything we required. He ensured that our wedding went off without a hitch. We could not have asked for someone better to rely on to help make our wedding the best night ever.

The food here was absolutely amazing. We could not have received more compliments on it. Everything was incredible and the chef truly took into consideration the notes we made at our tasting. Everyone always remembers and talks about the food at a wedding and this was the best wedding food us and our guests have ever had.

Overall, from the staff to food, to the venue itself, we were given the best experience and opportunity to make our wedding the way we wanted it. Unlike other venues which place so many rules and regulations, Ascott Parc let us carry out our dream wedding. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend this venue

A beautiful place, especially if the event is being hosted outside.only disappointment is wash rooms are slightly away up the hill.

Looking for an all-vegan wedding? Ascott Parc not only accommodated our dietary wishes but exceeded our expectations! They were happy to work with us to build a custom vegan menu including full antipasto buffet with salads, grilled vegetables, cheeses etc, two different mains (including a beyond meat Wellington) and late night buffet. Both Valeria and Sanath were exceptional in making sure our big day was a success. We received nothing but lovely comments from our non-vegan guests about the food, venue and service. Beautiful place potential is there but have many issues with the outdoor service, washrooms are far, grass is never good idea for girls in high heels saw few tumbles.
A bit of disorganized staff. Although the bar was amazing, it was simply the best old fashion i had this year, and koodos to the bar tender. The Latino dude was rocking the night professionally.
Tents are good but boy o boy at night there are all kind of insects flying in.industrial fan used to cool the tens are not pleasing to look at, blows into your face and doesnt actually cool the place, toilets were sub par clean.
Overall lots of improvement to go for. If you want the pace for an event, make sure the issues above are resolved

Last week, Ascott Parc Event Centre hosted our wedding ceremony, a traditional Anand Karaj, and wedding reception. Ascott Parc Event Centre offers multiple unique and stunning locations for all different aspects of a big wedding celebration. Across 2 days, we used the Large Tent for our ceremony, Gazebo for our photos, Trillium Hall for dining, Terrace for our cocktail hour and Imperial Hall for our reception program. All of our events were beautiful and so well executed - we are so happy!

Massive thank you to Sanath Shetty and the entire Operations team. Sanath was central to our timeline and details discussions for several months - he ensured all went according to plan; and it did! We (my partner/I and all of our vendors) couldn't have asked for a better Operations lead and team to work with for our wedding week.

I specifically want to spotlight Sanath and team for their efforts on our wedding morning. We had originally planned for breakfast and lunch to be outdoors and although there was rain in the forecast, my partner and I hoped the morning would be clear. Morning of - it was pouring. Sanath and team worked quickly to move our dining indoors well before our guests arrived. This made all the difference - again, couldn't have asked for a better Operations lead and team to work with. Nice place very elegant for any celebrations.the only thing is outside downtown Toronto and quite far to drive from my place at Parklawn and Lakeshore.

One of best events center for quality foods and quality customer services. You will always enjoy with selected food order for you and your quest. Net and very clean. Parking is available easily around.

Ascott did a fantastic job for our Association General Meeting. The food was great, the organization, the venue, the sun room so fantastic! The attention to detail was phenomenal! All your staff were so helpful, pleasant.spoiled us!

I went there for a wedding reception recently. Beautiful place, excellent food, great alcohol choices, wonderful service.

Attended a Wedding at Ascott last month (September 2022). As a Wedding guest it is quite alarming to witness Ascott management giving the Bride and Groom a hard time on one of the most special days of their lives.

After exiting the Gazebo well before the event end time, I walked with the Bride and Groom to the Trillium Hall/Bridal Suite in order to take their belongings. While we were walking to the suite, we were approached by an employee named Nada. She apologized to the couple for the misunderstanding at the gazebo, and told them that they, along with their family and friends, could use the Trillium Hall and stay as long as they would like as there are no other events being held at Trillium for the day.

While myself and a group of friends were speaking to the Bride, she was approached by another employee. He was accusing her of staying later than her contract end time without consulting anyone at Ascott. When the Bride stated that Nada told her that they could stay longer, the employee then proceeded to say that was not true. The employee was completely unprofessional with the Bride, and in front of her guests as well. He kept contradicting himself and went on to speak badly about his co-worker Nada, and stated that she was a "nobody" to the company.
I was shocked to hear this individual speak to the Bride the way he did, especially being in the service industry.
I was later informed that unfortunately this was not the first time the Ascott staff has falsely accused the couple of something that their own staff had communicated with them.

There is definitely a disconnect among the Ascott team. Instead of consulting and communicating with each other, they falsely accuse the client right away. Communication is key in order to have a successful event, especially from your venue. It's unfortunate that Ascott is not able to do this.

Guest at a wedding on Saturday August 20th. 300 guests, venue could hold more. Food service was very slow, food was awful, salty and mashed Potatoes tasted day old, messed up the pasta, not as what was on the menu, waitress was placing clean plates on 1/2 of our table AND picked up dirty glasses off table and continued placing clean plates on table - cross contamination, touching dirty glasses and putting down clean plates. Waitress taking drinks off tables before we were done with them. Worse hall experience. Not authentic Italian food.

I had the pleasure of working with val for my birthday celebration on August 28th 20/22, and I must say val exceeds my expectations when it comes to everything, her level of experience and customer service is second to none, her heart is more than a pot of gold, her name is valeria, I think, but I called her val, they say perfection doesn't exist, however val will make any event next to prefect

When our daughter got engaged and we started to look at venues around GTA, we struggled to find the right wedding venue that suited all our requirements. My daughter, being a conservation scientist, wanted the Hindu wedding ceremony to be outdoors in a natural environment setting; I wanted a venue that will cater to serving South Indian wedding lunch; my son in law’s mother wanted a nice banquet hall to hold the hora and the reception, catering western dinner options and the couple were keen on a good cocktail selection. We all wanted our guests to be able to commute to and from the venue and wanted it to be centrally located. Sounds impossible, right?
We found Ascott Parc that met and exceeded all our expectations. We booked the stunning Gazebo for the morning Hindu wedding and the evening Jewish style ceremony and the Imperial banquet hall for evening Hora, cocktail and reception. Melanie, Sannat and Bill were fantastic to work with and we were lucky to have Melanie, who understood Indian as well as Jewish wedding ceremonies. This was the first wedding in both our families and Melanie was very warm and treated us like family friends and guided us to make the right choices and made sure that we did not miss anything. When they had a change in the South Asian catering crew, Ash called us personally and asked our consent for the change which is very professional of him.
Two days before the event date, unfortunately, we had to reschedule the evening ceremony and reception. When we told Ash and Melanie, they not only also let use the big tent instead of the banquet hall for lunch but Ash also accommodated us by rescheduling our evening contract to a later date with reasonable additional costs. We had a beautiful outdoor Hindu ceremony followed by lunch in the small and big tents. Sannath was available o on the phone whenever I called him. The re-organisation by the Ascott Parc staff was so perfect despite the short time window to execute the new arrangements. Our guests could not praise enough the beauty of the venue and all the arrangements. Our heartfelt thanks to Melanie and Ash for making it possible with such ease.
There are not many event centres who have excellent in-house catering and have the openness to accommodate third party catering!
We are looking forward to hosting the Jewish ceremony and reception in the fall and working with Ash and Melanie and her team again!

When I called to make an appointment for a venue tour, the staff was very friendly and helpful, HOWEVER, on the day of the appointment, they completely forgot about us, never showed up, never picked up the phone, and to this day have not responded to my email. Very disappointed.

I had my wedding at Ascott Parc in August 2021, right as things were opening up. Melanie was amazing to work with she completely understood how a South Asian wedding works, and the details required for it. She was kind and accommodating as we went through the process of rescheduling due to covid. Our families enjoyed both the wedding day & reception. The staff was very responsive and understanding of our needs. We were able to have an outdoor Hindu ceremony and enjoyed the reception in the Imperial hall indoors.

I have been to Ascott Parc 4 times and every time I was like "WOW". The decor, service quality and quality of food, it is nothing less than a 7 Star Resort. Management takes care of each and every minute details and their staff is trained to make guests feel - "Royal". I have attended out door event as well as indoor events, where ever your party/get-together is, you are always well taken care of as a guest. Their staff is very courteous and helpful. Quality of food is much much better than any restaurants in GTA. If anyone is looking for a Grand and Royal event, this is the place to go. Your guests will be mesmerized!

We were one of the lucky couples trying to get married during the pandemic and we had chosen to have our reception at Ascott before the pandemic hit. Luckily for us, they were so accommodating and supportive in our decision to postpone. We worked with Ash, who was responsive to all of our requests and helped us plan through our party within the government restrictions and in a way that could accommodate everyone. He was very easy to work with and when we finally got to host the event, it was perfect! The grounds there were perfect for photos before the party. We had the Imperial Hall and the outdoor space on the Terrace was awesome and really added so much usable space. We highly recommend the Ascott if you’re looking for a seamless wedding event in a beautiful venue!

After looking through several venues, we finally booked Ascot Parc for our upcoming wedding in September. Jay went above and beyond to help us with this booking. It has been a great experience so far working with Ascott Parc Event Centre. I look forward to my upcoming wedding in 2022! My fiancee and I were a bit hesitant on booking our wedding during these times due to Covid-19 but Ascott Parc has many different back up alternatives in the case of a lockdown or restriction. Ascott Parc is a lovely venue. The garden was my favourite, very spacious. My experience of Jay was very positive.
I found him to be very professional, personable and knowledgeable.
He provided me with all of the necessary information required and was very detailed in making sure he covered all the aspects that was on my priority list. He was passionate about staying within my budget and allowed me time to decide. I highly recommend booking and meeting with Jay.

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony in the Ascott Parc Gardens on September 20,2019 and it was the most magical day we could imagine. Everything was set up to perfect, the Ascott Parc staff worked excellently with our vendors and the hors d’oeuvres were delicious. They came out on time and all our guests were so impressed.

THEN we had the most AMAZING reception in the Trillium Banquet hall at Ascott Parc. The dinner was exquisite, staff was incredible; always checking in to see if we were ok and if we needed anything. Hall- SPOTLESS. SPACIOUS. GORGEOUS. The amounts of compliments we have been getting on the venue choice is overwhelming.

Great food compared to many other banquet halls, amazing service, the hall is very big which prevents you from feeling squished in!

I'm a profession wedding MC and hosted 100s of weddings across the GTA. This last weekend I hosted my first wedding at Ascott Parc and this space stood out amongst many of the others in the city.

My husband and i got married at Ascott Parc Event Centre September 14th of this year & it was unbelievable to say the LEAST.

They have made changes in the staff and Jay & Melanie made our day FLAWLESS, STRESS FREE & PERFECT.

Jay literally tended to our every need & knew our itinerary better than we knew it ourselves!

From start to finish Jay made us feel at ease and totally confident leaving him in charge of our big day. My husband and i had a sigh of relief after meeting with him after the changes they had made to staff.

I sincerely say, our day would NOT have been what it was without him. He has a passion for his job and it clearly showed right from the beginning to end.

Jay was available to us for every need and always ready with answers and a plan. He was very organized and that really took a lot of stress away from my husband and i.

The venue was spotless and gorgeous from the inside out. PLENTY of places to take photographs and share special moments.

I would MORE than recommend getting married or even just having any event at Ascott Parc as i promise you it will be the best day/night of your life. ️

Attended a wedding here, they had a ramp access for those with strollers and wheelchairs to the garden area and had a lift as well in the event center. Parking wasn't an issue and overall enjoyed the atmosphere. Would recommend others to host a wedding here as well but make sure your budget can handle it.

I am not the type to usually write reviews but this place was so flawless, i felt bad to not have to share it with people.the decor, the service, the food, the amenities, everything was the beautiful.i attended a friends wedding and everything was run so smooth, so much fantastic food and deserts. Lead by the manager, the kitchen worked so had to provide us each course of the food just the right time. They shared us a fantastic champagne thats was so good i asked for more and they gave me some more with no problem and was even told to let them know if i needed extra. Everything about this place is perfect. I recommend it for everybody

Thanks Ascott Parc! We just had my daughter's baby shower at your venue June 9,2019 held in the Windsor Hall and Sunroom. It was a beautiful space and amazing service I received nothing but praise from our 67 guests. They were impressed with the brunch/lunch freshness and quality of food. I must say I was very affected with how smooth the whole day went thanks to Jay and his staffs great service and professionalism. The mamosa and sangria stations were top notch huge hit with our guests, that more than one commented ". If I help myself to another drink, I'll need to call Uber. ". Jay was amazing ensuring all our needs/requests were met with care and kindness, before, during and after our event. I loved everything about our experience and would highly recommend it to others!

As a visitor with celiac disease, Jay and his staff took amazing care of me and made me feel comfortable about the food that was laid down in front of me. Something I'm very grateful for, they did a great job I really was able to enjoy myself. Thank you Jay for taking care of me. The level of service that was available for somebody with celiac disease was exceptional.
