Ash Forest Hi-Fi

Long story short, I was walking past the storefront and notice they had a pair of Grado headphones on display. Emailed the store and Greg, was kind enough to welcome me to stop by the store to demo the product. Which I did. He was really knowledgeable about the item I was curious about and after a spending a few minutes at the store just sampling the sound quality of them, I decided to purchase it. Greg was able to answer the questions I had, and gave a little bit of insight of the product how great it was. And he wasn't lying. They sounded superb. Thanks Greg for your courtesy today in helping me.

Didn’t catch the name of the guy I spoke to but he was friendly and helpful. I learned through him that a record I had wanted for a long time had been reissued and was able to get it nearby.

Customer service is first class. Greg is professional and knows his products well. Do not hesitate to trust them.

Excellent store. The staff are very friendly. And the products! Well, if you are looking for top quality stereo items, or a very nice vintage stereo item, this is the place for you. I have picked up great stylus, turntable belts, and other essential stereo items, plus found great vintage marantz's, sansui's, pioneer's, etc, for this store. Highly recommended.

Just went for a short visit and the staff seems to be very involved in the HiFi world.they were quite accurate describing the speaker selection they offer. You can definitively thrust them.
