I worked with Farina to find the perfect dining table for my new home. She was quick to assist, extremely helpful, and thoroughly explained the benefits of getting an Ashley's credit card. After I placed my order, I had a couple questions and reached out. She responded immediately. I would definitely ask for her next time I'm in store or need to purchase another household item. Great customer service experience!

I buy sofa set last week, I must say store manager Farina help us as her friendly nature and great product knowledge help us to get best product I’m looking for, I really consider this store.

The product was damaged in transit and they said we could accept it and they would replace the damaged parts. They never did even after trying to follow up multiple times.

Tariq and Anthony were great. There was no pressure and Tariq spent quite a bit of time with us as we tried most, if not all, the couches in the store. He answered all of our questions and also gave us space to discuss. Anthony was also great and assisted us in finalizing our decisions and picking colours. We are very happy and will definitely shop here again.

I lost my bag with all my important belongings in it a few weeks ago. I accepted it was gone and stopped looking.

Today I received a call from Mary to say she has my bag.

Mary went above and beyond! When she realized no one had come to claim the bag she opened it to find a way to contact me to let me know she had it (I am in no way upset about this! Without her doing this, I would not have my bag back.)

Delivery was very smooth in snowy conditions. Guys were quick and thoughtful of my property. Received an electric chair but one of its operations is not working. How do I get that resolved?

She helped us find a great looking high quality leather sofa with great advice to help us decide and showed no pressure at all. She patiently showed us 10 different available sofa and dining table sets. She took the time to explain the various options to us. She ensured that our delivery will be on time and processed the transaction really quickly.

Sheila was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. We got a great early Good Friday deal, and we have the option to price match within 30 days. I ordered a couch online and the agent I spoke with was very helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with. She was not pushy, she answered all my questions and very personable. She was honest about potential delays in the delivery of the couch to the warehouse, and let me know she would follow up with me that date or shortly after to give me and update or schedule delivery. Very pleased with her and am very excited to get our new couch!

Bought King Bed 3 months ago which was delivered yesterday. I have opted for white glove delivery by paying 250. Delivery team did not do their job to their best. Bed got multiple damages as shown in the pics. Raised complaint need to wait and see what the technician will do to fix it.

Friendly staff, large open show room. Recieved a generous coupon in the mail and was happy to make a purchase after already viewing other furniture stores. Seemed like a good balance between price and quality.

The salesperson lied about the delivery time. He said approx. 2 weeks delivery. It took 3.5 months to receive our product.

I purchased the Hallenburg sectional. Delivery guys were very good and the sectional is beautiful however it is poor quality for the price. The cushions started sagging after 6 months and it is very uncomfortable as you have to stack cushions behind your back. I do not recommend this product

Worst customer service we have ever seen. Don't buy there. We were charged %20 restocking fee on non-custom order of $3000 purchase made 4 days earlier. We were told 3 to 5 weeks for delivery and when we ask for refund, they said it was already on the truck for delivery!? ! Highway robbery.pure and simple.

Extremely dissatisfied with Ashley home store Guelph. Don't expect helpful staff and good customer service if you shop there!

Bought coffee table and end table during boxing week promo, product was just what we wanted and sale pricing seemed fair, waived the tax too! Didn't have in stock had to order from Wisconsin and salesperson said they were made in wisconsin of imported pieces, packaging suggests otherwise (vietnam) lacquer smell when opened also leaves a question in our mind about safety.product arrived sooner than expected but assembly required.coffee table had bent top, black mark, poor finish and rough edge (we weren't buying farmhouse distressed chic). Customer service invited us to fill in form on website and submit photo's, follow up phonecall and were told they've just got so many e-mails to get through because boxing week so busy.couple more weeks go by and more run around, Guelph store says they are strictly sales at this location and we need to contact head office, finally they say a replacement has been ordered and 4 more weeks and we can pick it up.so it's like ikea but not same day take home and certainly not the customer satisfaction focus of the Swede's, they aren't much on getting back to you promptly either. Best advice, buy Canadian or used and you know what to expect.

Beautiful showroom! Cannot believe what they have done with the old leather by mann building, wow! Sales person and manager I spoke with were great, really friendly, really helpful and not pushy. Thank you both.
