Highly recommend Ashley Home Store for great service, selection and value. I recently made a purchase of some pieces for my new home. Delivery was time sensitive. Wonderfully friendly and courteous staff (CK and AB) that never ever made me feel pressured to buy. Competitive price that left me delighted with not just the love seat I bought but also with the whole purchase process. From the moment I walked in they made me feel like they wanted to help me find something to meet my needs and make me happy. Not for a moment did I feel like they were just after another sale. They are honest about timelines and availability. Great experience!

Delivery missed twice not impressed with the customer service and not keeping us in the loop.

I purchased tables at the store. The staff put them together and were very helpful in accommodating me picking them up. I would recommend them highly.

Best customer service I have ever received. They make you feel warm and welcomed the minute you enter the store. AB assisted us with purchasing my daughters bed, and our new sectional and provided the upmost customer service and assistance on our big decision, and purchase. Delivery was also extremely quick bought Sunday delivered Tuesday. The customer service is astonishing by everyone who works at this store. Very satisfied customer. Highly recommend to family, and friends. Just walk into the store you will see for yourself the warm welcoming. I definitely will buy all future furniture products from this store. Customer service goes a long way!

Bought bed frame there waited for 3month and very disappointed the painting is bad there broke corner it a full size bedframe went buy the mattress and it didn’t fit it look so bad. It such a nightmare the cheapest bed i ever buy and pay overprice this is my first time giving reviews on a product Never will shop at any ashley store location again

Disappointed in products here. All looks like it is made overseas. We need to purchase made in or at least North America

AB was very helpful when we were looking for a dining room set. We had been looking around for a bit and we're having a hard time finding something that wasn't backordered for months. AB showed us everything they had in stock and arranged for next day delivery. Fantastic service, we will definitely come back next time we need any of furniture!

I was in recently to purchase a new couch. The service gentlemen were so helpful in showing me my options. I picked a wonderful couch at a great price however it wouldn’t fit into my home as I live in a condo. When I contacted them they immediately accommodated me and helped me choose a new couch. They were wonderful to deal with. The delivery was seamless and fast. I will certainly come here in the future for my furniture needs. Great job guys!

I am giving the store a 5 star review because of the exceptional service we received. We had purchased an “as is” couch and had discovered, after 5 weeks of use, that the cushions had a hidden defect. Neither the store, nor us, could have known of the defect without the cushions experiencing normal use. The manager, Shelly, took immediate action, arranged for the repair, kept us up to date and solved the problem.
We had the cushions back within 4 days. Thank you!

Re: my Antonlini loveseat.
It was a wonderful surprise last night when delivery called and said there had been a cancelation and that my loveseat could be delivered unexpectedly and happily 2 months earlier than expected. I was thrilled,  happy and so excited!

I have spent my day cuddled and cozied up in my new favorite spot. Loooooving my new beautiful and super comfy loveseat! Shelly was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me. I appreciate it and am now looking into purchasing the matching ottoman as well. Thank you Shelly!

There was an issue with purchasing through the website so I reached out through their chat bubble and the rep, Dolly, was unreal. Handled the entire purchase process via the "chat" process and helped with the hold for pick-up as well. Very impressed. 5 Star goes to Dolly. 3.5 goes to website. Price was excellent as well.

Clean store and well displayed. Staff were Friendly and helpful. And delivering crew were excellent
