Dave and Chas were fantastic to work with especially after the delivery guys couldn't get our first delivery to fit. They were able to help us find a better couch that would fit. They were patient and mind as we shorted through our options. Recommend buying furniture from the store 100% and woukd buy again from them but do not recommend the top delivery.

Even after talking with a representative from the delivery customer care nothing was done about the team being past their scheduled time (4: 30-7: 30 was my time slot and didn't show up until 9pm) and breaking my front railing while trying to get the first delivery in my door. Paying the extra money for white glove service and getting grumpy over tired (after starting at 8 am and going until at least 9 pm) delivery men is not worth it.

If I could give half star I would. Purchased a brand new loveseat that was delivered on the 31st. It’s defective not to mention the poor delivery service that I got that was downright rude have contacted the store only to be told I have to go through the claims department, which intern is a virtual assistant.contacted on the first day of delivery, and to this point have not heard how this would be corrected. It’s terrible that they don’t stand by their products especially when you order brand new and it comes defective at this point I’m almost thinking I’m going to seek a lawyer because I think the consumers shouldn’t have to put up with this coming from these big box stores, especially in a time where we try to say for nice things, and this is what we get in return

I recently purchased counter stools for my kitchen and I must say I had one of the best customer service experience so far. Chris at Ashley Brantford store was super helpful and made our purchase experience very easy and simple. The quality of the stools that we got is top notch. Same as described on their website. I am very much happy and satisfied by shopping at Ashley store. Shout out to Chris again for making it so smooth.

Good quality furniture, reasonable prices, and courteous, friendly staff. Delivery process was made much simpler with their text and email notifications. There was no guessing when they’d arrive with the tracking app.

I had a great experience working with Kaitlyn! She is exceptional at her job and I will be back to purchase with Ashley Furniture.

Bought a couch at the Brantford location - The folks at the store were so helpful and helped me find a cozy couch that fit both my space and budget. The delivery gents were very polite, set the couch up and removed all garbage very quickly. Very happy with the experience, will be buying furniture here again.:)

The product purchased and the customer service have been incredibly disappointing.
From day one, the couch has had problems - mechanisms not working, inconsistent and poor build quality, and materials that have quickly deteriorated after only a few months of light use.

The service is horrible. Inconsistent notes and files being kept lead to uninformed and incomplete visits from technicians. Scheduling an appointment is a nightmare - it's done through an AI system, so you can't even choose a day/time that works for your schedule. I've had to wait multiple weeks between visits, just for most of my issues to go unaddressed.

Please do yourself a favor and spend your money at a company who will stand behind their products and actually provide competent service. After this experience, I will never shop at Ashley again.

Kaitlyn was amazing to deal with. We were uncertain with our decision on a purchase and she allowed us time to think and come back to it. She handled everything professionally and highly recommend seeing her for your furniture needs!

Our story is that when we bought a set of sofa and chair, didn’t get into our appartment as it is too big and didn’t enter from the door!
So we went back to them and explained the issue! In the beginning they refused to return or exchange it as it is final clearance but then we went again to them, they accept to return only the sofa without the chair plus with 25 % to be deducted! So what we can do with only chair in our home!? And even they didn’t allow us to choose another set or return it as full set not only the sofa.
The set was never used and we contacted them in the same day that we bought it.
They aren’t helpful and everyone there is saying different thing!
I know that I will not get benefit from this but at least I shared my experience.
Please, Ashley HomeStory, don't reply unless you are seriously taking care of your customers. I asked the other company's and their policies is so cooperative and they gonna slove it diectly.

The delivery went great and there was no problem removing the old furniture. Love our new furniture.

We had the most helpful, knowledgeable, professional and sweet Salesperson! Her name is Kaitlyn at Ashley’s in Brantford. She went out of her way to help us find the right sofa, and she was so kind even though we changed our mind a few times. I would highly recommend her and Ashley’s stores. Very professional and helpful. Kailyn deserves recognition!

The two built delivery guys refused to bring the bedroom set inside the house, now I understand taking them into the room but at less one of them could bring the furniture in the house so I could close the front door. Imagine how huge the boxes were and I’m not even able. It took me 20 mins to get them just to the bottom of my stairs with two more flights to go

Large variety of furniture to choose from, no long waits for the furniture & staff was helpful & not pushy on sale.

Staff were super friendly and not at all pushy. Helpful and knowledgeable about products. Able to price match.

I had a wonderful experience with their online employee, Bayo. He was super helpful and just an awesome salesperson. We haven't received our furniture yet, but based on the service, I would definitely shop here again.

Great deals and amazing customer service. We got 2 new sofas for an amazing price and Kris from the Brantford location made the experience so easy and fun. We will be back and look forward to purchasing more from not only Ashley Furniture, but hopefully Kris himself.

Never again! Ashley's has the worst customer service and delivery service. Three delivery drivers left our furniture outside on the sidewalk no where near our home entrance.when I asked for help to just place it inside.they mocked me for being female alone at home.nothing more was asked and they shrugged me off and mocked me more in their language. Contacted customer service and the rep was just as rude about this matter and unwilling to address any of it. Never again would I give business to the place and STRONGLY REGRET EVER DOING SO.
