Lots of selection, and definitely something for almost anyone, but we personally aren't most people. We left without finding anything we loved, but there were lots of options we liked.
Small staff on the evening we went but still engaged and friendly. Prices were all over the place.

I love this store. Dave is amazing and so patient and he gives you his honest opinion. The furniture is well made and worth the price. They go out of their way to make sure you receive excellent customer service.

Very friendly, very knowledgeable, very enthusiastic about their product line. Dealt with both owners, a husband / wife team and they were really wonderful. Can’t wait to get our sofa.

Cindy and her team were exceptional with the purchase of our new kitchen table. Searching through various store knowing that nothing was going to jump out at us, we went to Ashley Furniture. The store stood out immediately and the thing that appealed to us the most was their customer service! We decided on a table and they offered same-day delivery. During these times that's unheard of and we were in need of a table. We couldn't be happier with the piece and the service we received. Supporting local is easy when you receive great service and no pressure tactics. We will definitely be a return customer!

I called this location to see if an item I had seen on the website could be ordered in. My message was returned the next business day letting me know they had the item I was looking for in the display room as well as in stock. I went into the store and saw it and immediately purchased it. I was able to pick it up the next day and it was fully assembled (tv stand) and wrapped up to protect it during transit from the store to my home. I was extremely impressed with the service I received and will definitely be back for future furniture needs.

I went to furniture stores all around Kingston in search of very specific items for my home and, at other stores, repeatedly found pushy salespeople and mediocre products. Ashley Homestore provided exceptional service, found exactly what I needed without being pushy, and had the items carefully assembled exactly where I wanted them in my house. Highly recommend! 10/10.

Dave was great but his wife is horrible to deal with. She tried to charge us more than the price tag and got angry with us. We will be buying some where else.

Love our new wing back recliner in tree of life pattern goes with our other Ashley furniture. Also our new entrance bench. Going back to get a few accents I spied and love. Delivery was within hours of purchase and the young man who delivered was courteous and careful. #shoplocalkingston

We had a tremendous experience with the team at Ashley Furniture. My wife I and we’re thrilled with the bed ordered for our 3 year old. The delivery team was amazing, setting up the bed and bringing in our mattress and box spring (plus taking the wrapping with them!). I’d highly recommend purchasing from Ashley.

After working in sales and customer service for 15 years, I always like to commend anyone that blows me away with their customer service. I dealt with Cindy and Chelsea today. Both ladies were patient, knowledge, friendly and so accommodating! I was not rushed and was given different options to look at along with their genuine opinion which made it so easy to figure out what looked best. If you are even thinking of stepping foot in another furniture store, make your first stop Ashley, I guarentee even if you go in and leave thinking you need to "think about it" you'll find yourself back at Ashley as your final stop and the place you buy from. Today my wife and I purchased a King bed frame for our mattress. The prices were reasonable for quality furniture and the staff were knowledgeable and respectful. Definitely recommend!

The staff and delivery fellas at the Kingston location have gone above and beyond my expectations. I had a few minor issues and they were not only helpful but responded immediately and resolved them without question.
I would recommend to anyone, if your looking for quality furniture and want to be treated like family, go here.
