Smashed my iPhone 8 Plus screen to pieces and the guys at ASk managed to replace the screen to brand new a very low price. True professionals. I have an iPhone XS Max that suddenly turned off during normal use and wouldn’t go into recovery mode or respond to anything else I tried. I took it to two shops and both said the phone is gone with no hope. I initially reached out to ASK Computers for data recovery services, but Maaz was able to correctly diagnose the issue just off of the problem description through online chat.

I gave him the phone and he brought it back to life the next day; no data recovery needed. His diagnosis was spot on. This was impressive to me considering two other professionals took a look at it and deemed it unrecoverable.

A trully amazing wizard of tech, Max! I came back from a trip south my iphone was underwater. Came to apple store and their only solution was to erase from scratch and I would lose all photos. Called Max he said bring it in. Took the phone called me back in 30 mins with a final price and amazing news that its possible to restore everything. Took another 45 minutes and I came back to pick it up. If you have any issues this is the place to go to! He is a magician with tech and super friendly, will answer very honestly and you can see his level of expertise with technologies. You won't be disappointed! Highly recommend

These guys are my go to always. I've been going to them for 5-6 years for both my phone and laptop and have always been more than happy with their service. Had an emergency laptop repair done last week - and they were able to help me salvage my 10 year old laptop I refuse to let go off. These guys have been great. Went to them a few years ago to replace my macbook display, not only did they offer me the lowest quote and quickest turn around time, they found me an even better solution - I was out of there within an hour + saved me a few hundred bucks (vs waiting weeks/spending $1000+ at other shops). This was around x-mas time, it was absolutely appreciated. Went back to them a few more times for minor things and they've been just as helpful and efficient. These guys absolutely earned my business, I wouldn't trust anyone else to do the job more efficiently/cost effective.

I went to 4-5 other stores and they all told me they couldn’t fix my phone and all my photos and videos were gone unless I backed it up or saved it on icloud (which I didn’t do). My iPhone X was in a boot loop, stuck on a black screen with the Apple logo coming and going. Because of lack of storage it didn’t have space to turn it back on. I didn’t get a chance to back up anything before it went in the loop, so I was devastated to think I might’ve lost photos and videos particularly ones of my uncle who passed away this year. I found a few data recovery places but they were charging me anywhere from $600-$2000 for a 50% chance they can do it. I happened to find Ask computers and under the reviews I saw others had the same issue as me and they were able to help them. I contacted them and the next day brought my Phone in and within a hour they had the phone on and started to back up all my images on a USB I gave them, I was able to pick it up the next day. Highly recommend them! All the staff is great, helpful and will explain to you what the issue is and answer any questions you have and the price is extremely good. Would go back to them for any issues in the future

Amazing. Went to them for water damage to my iphone and they were great with helping me sync the data. I’ve been to them before to recover data from my laptop that had been battery dead for years, they transferred it all to a USB. They are quick and so nice.
