I m living in a basement at Bayview and highway 7
My landlord pushed me to leave and to force me, he making terrible noise at midnight to awake me!
He keep all my parcels and denying of having them, Wi-Fi was included howe recently he cut off that!
His wife tried to broke my basement door and yelled at me for no reason, they are angry as the rent went up and they cant increase the rent as still two months left from my contract
I called police however my landlord denied everything
Please help me what should i do?

I used this company many years ago, I would def nkt use it again ever. He was rude disrespectful and unprofessional. In my case he advised me he had a very hard case making mine seem less important. When questions were asked he made it seem like he was getting upset. Find someone else stay away from this group. I reached out for help as I have a tenant who scares me and I feel unsafe in my home. I had to keep chasing Anthony to get a response for help. Multiple times I asked to set up a time (which i would pay for) to get consult. Each time it would go into a black hole until finally he asked for documentation which I sent and then never heard from him again. I trust that he's good, he's obviously very busy, but his bedside manner when someone is trying to reach out for help needs some work. I would recommend he be up front if he has no capacity for new clients rather than string them along and then ghost them.

Calling me four times in the space of three minutes last night does not make up for you ignoring me other times - specifically when you told me not to call you, but to book an appointment.please take my feedback as what it is, feedback for an area of opportunity in your business practices. My family and I live in China. We rent out several properties to tenants in the Toronto, North York and Markham areas. We had so many problems with the tenants of not paying rent and breaking all the rules. We contacted the law firm of ASK LEGAL. Mr Anthony spoke to me and then represented us in the Landlord Tenant Board, as well as in Small Claims Court. He was able to finally get All the bad tenants out. Tried to collect a large sum of money that we paid which we did not get any services for. It was a breach of contract. We started a Small Claims court case and we thought it was simple. Anthony did a great job as my representative against a difficult tenant who was refusing to leave a 3 bedroom apartment, in which he was only paying a 1/3 of the rent. At first I represented myself and realized I was in over my head due to the case being very complicated, and looking like it was leaning in the tenants favour, due to broken system we have in place. Mr. Kassam, (Anthony) is very experienced when dealing with landlord and tenants issue. He knows the laws and rules inside out. Compare to the other paralegal I checked, Anthony is the one response quicker, and shared more knowledge with me.
I hired him for a very complicated landlord and tenant issue (4 applications in total). He's able to help me won the cases, and I'm very happy with the result.
The LTB forms are very tricky. If it's your first time, it's better to hire someone who's doing this all the time. Although, it's a bit pricey, but it worths it at the end! Now, I can sleep well.
