This is the first time an Amazon package I ordered was delivered by ASL. I’ve been paying more attention to the delivery companies that Amazon uses because some are truly awful. Thankfully my package came on time and there weren’t any issues. I’ll update this review if I use them again and there are any issues.

Received my package an hour after it was updated as out for delivery. So speedy! I really appreciate their timeliness!

Always very careful with my packages. I recently purchased a set of crystal through amazon and ASL delivered it completely intact which wasn’t so amazing until I opened it up and saw how poorly the company I bought it from had packaged it! Hardly any bubble wrap and nothing was wrapped very tightly. The fact that not a single piece was broken or even chipped really comes down to just how carefully it was handled in transit by the delivery people!

My Experience with ASL was very good, they took care of my package and it was even delivered 4 hours earlier than expected.

My orders are usually delivered either by their expected due date or a day or two early, the delivery people are super polite, and they make sure to follow the instructions I have written for them. LOYAL employees and wish them all the best.

The delivery person who has handled our Amazon parcels the past few times has been wonderful. They drop off the parcel like a silent ninja, the dogs don't even notice/bark.

Because Amazon immediately notifies us of the successful delivery, I really appreciate the silent dropoff!

I can’t even begin to say what a big difference it makes for me when I don’t need to worry about my packages getting lost in the system. They have saved me so much time and energy.

They actually take the time to walk up my driveway to leave my packages at my doorstep instead of throwing them out onto the driveway. I’ll admit it takes an annoyingly long time to reach my doorstep so I appreciate the extra effort.

Phone support was great when I called. Only had to wait on the phone for 3 minutes. He was pleasant on the phone and gave me a delivery time. It arrived exactly when promised.

This courier is very good. Drivers handle packages with care and they call whenever they’re unable to find my address.

The drivers are so polite and friendly. Even during this time of year when things are busy they take the time to say hello. Love their attitudes and their work ethic.

Because I live in a relatively rural area, a lot of delivery drivers have trouble getting to my house. ASL drivers are the only ones who consistently get my packages delivered to my doorstep instead of making me go on a goose chase for them.

Most of the time my parcels arrive on time. On the rare occasions when they’re delayed it’s super easy to reach someone to figure out what’s going on with them. Haven’t had to sit on hold waiting for hours for someone to pick up which is amazing.

Guarantee shipment one day, then it doesn't happen and they don't stand by their guarantee. Customer service is hopeless and the tracking number won't work on their website either.

I have ordered so many things on Amazon and never had a problem, now all of a sudden asl distribution appears and I don't get my stuff! 9 items in 3 different packages and i have received absolutely nothing and can't even really track it

Item came 6 days late after showing it was "out for delivery" five days straight. I had to contact customer service for it to finally arrive, only to see it shattered in pieces. No resolution or apologies on their part, was told it's out of their hands and to contact the vendor.

I ordered a package from Amazon that they "delivered" but never showed up. Tracking says delivered. It came from California, so I phoned Amazon to get a replacement - and it's out for delivery with the origin being my own town. So, they just kept the package last time? I guess? I dunno, hope never to get these guys for my packages again. Amazon should cut ties with them.

For 3 days from supposed delivery, still no delivery. Then am informed that they will escalate and email me back with updated info. That never happened. Try calling. No answer.
Chat service? Same excuse everytime.
Am now looking into legal action against them, as they are holding my package illegally. I have everything documented, all chats, emails.
They have done nothing to rectify this situation.
So now is actually theft. They do not care.
And don't believe me? Look at all other Reviews from other customers.

ASL is by far the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. If you have a package being delivered by them, good luck! Their drivers and office staff are incompetent. I have had 3 back to back packages delivered by them all with problems! Don’t bother to use their tracking number, doesn’t work! Don’t bother to call their office, nobody answers! Don’t bother to leave a detailed message with everything they ask for, doesn’t matter! If the stars align just right and you do get a hold of someone, don’t bother to give them your cell number for their driver to reach you, they won’t. If you are truly blessed by the gods to have your package delivered, it will go to your neighbours place or be left in the snow 3-7 days late. Even though they will tell you your package had been “hand delivered to you”. Amazon has had to refund me three times now due to ASL. How they are a “Prime” delivery service is beyond me. I was told by Amazon customer service that they didn’t know why they still use them, as most of their shipping complaints are from ASL and had experienced issues personally with them. Roll the dice and good luck!

Horrible delivery drivers, we’ve had three packages derived from these guys in the last two days, one was lost, the guy tossed onto the front lawn (literally) and the third one the guy literally threw from ten feet away on our walkway at our front door. Caught them all on my doorbell cam. I would never use this company they take absolutely no care to their shipments.

Drivers don't know how to read address'. CAUTION your packages will get lost or stolen due to lack of training or incompetence of their drivers!

I thought I had problems before with this company, but today takes the cake. I've emailed them about problems with packages, whether they go missing, have parts taken from them, or end up shipped back to Amazon, and have yet to receive a response, despite them commenting on all these reviews asking people to email them. Amazon needs to drop these guys like a bad habit, and FAST.

Do not have the competency to track there own shipping #'s. They say they have no info on a 3 day late PRIME delivery with there info attached to it. Help desk told me to kick rocks and is no help. Can see from reviews this is not new. This is a shady business, avoid.

I've had 8 Amazon Prime orders lost in transit, returned to seller on my behalf with no delivery or explanation or they state they have no record of the shipment. I've had to wait several days for a refund. I contacted their customer service who were rude and dismissive and unable to take any accountability for their terrible delivery service. I've asked Amazon to stop sending my shipments with ASL. Also aware that many of my neighbours are experiencing the same thing. ASL doesn't seem to understand the concepts of quality, integrity, or customer service.

Never got my orders delivered. Tracking doesn’t work on website. I tried to reach out customer service a couple of times by phone and didn’t have any luck. They just replied an email and it didn’t was really helpful at all.

They cannot track a shipment with their own tracking number. Brittany at customer service, relayed this to me. Perhaps this company isn't suited for the business if ASL cannot keep track of their own shipments.
