I recommend this place over any other. I've bought 2 atvs, a boat and side by side from Asm. I decided to ask if possible to do trade-in for my atvs and boat for new kawasaki teryx 4. Eric was very helpful and gave a good trade in value. My wife and I enjoy the new side by side. Thanks again and will continue to deal with ASM for our offroad toys.

Fast, courteous and knowledgeable! I had 2 ATV tires that were flat. Fixed, tested and working great, even on my 6" gravel driveway. Dave also gave me some great tips and information that was new to me, but very helpful! Many thanks! Cheers!

Great products, amazing minnows, but worms in the summer are slimey and Lower quality than others

Avoid for STIHL. Its amateur hour from sales to service and repair. I went in to diagnose a $20 part and they fixed a $100 part that should have been under warranty.thing is the dummies didn't register my product like every other STIHL dealer on the planet. Plus they left the $20 piece on the hose at the sales center, so the repair guys didn't even have it to test (before or after the repair). Go to North Bay to get STIHL, you will regret shopping local at this place. It turns out the $20 part was broken in the first place and I replaced it with a gardena brand at the local hardware store. Avoid these guys like the plague

Awesome staff that will take the time to explain something to you if you're not sure of the part you're picking up. Also sells fishing bait.

I do not write reviews very often but I was compelled to write one in this case. I was stuck and needed advice so I talked to a gentleman called Eric representing ASM. He ended up really trying to help solve my problem and I had not spent a dime at the store. If you recieve service like this today this organization is one in a million.
Great service and they eased my anxiety.

Very disappointed in our current visits with ASM. It's been a two year battle to fix a winch problem then to have ASM decide to do work that was not agreed upon. So we are in for over $4000 and the winch still stuck. Third times a charm.so we thought. Maybe fourth time! I'm so done with this place. We're investing $3000 in a trailer so we can bring it to Sudbury next time. It would be cheaper than ASM.
