Worst Company I ever had.without giving any concrete reason they are just kicking out the employees.
If you will complain about anything then be ready to be kicked out immediately.
Fully Hostile Work Environment on all the sites they have. Unpaid trainings. Very expensive uniform. I would highly recommend to apply for another companies but not here please.this don't even deserve a 1 star of review.

ASP Inc. Pearson Toronto Airport Deserved ZERO Star Disgusting, disrespectful, nesty, terrible Savitri President Union and Gurvinder Manager of Administration making copy to the dirty mind management. They don't know how to treat with subordinates and employees. Stay away.beautiful management.

Work for their crossing guard department. Management are horrible at communicating. The job itself isn’t bad but don’t expect much from the office. It took us unionizing to get better pay. My medical accommodation (bringing a chair to sit on down times because I am 6 months pregnant with twins) was rejected even though it creates virtually no undue hardship to the company or their third party contractor.

Only apply if you wanna do 40 hours of unpaid training. They want you to work 12 hour shifts for minimum wage with no benefits. Go look elsewhere. All the “good reviews” are from employees who have been told to post something.

Don't bother working here if you have bills and rent to pay.
A 16 year old kid putting pickles on your burger at McDonald's makes more money than you who's trying constantly not to get run over by careless drivers while working in ALL types of horrific weather.
This company doesn't care about you or value your work. Move on.

They will harass you to work outside your schedule or else you will lose your job. Avoid this company at any cost! No such thing as zero-tolerance to harassment here. They will also cover up their mess and never followed-up any harassment cases.

Its the worst company and treat their employees like slaves. They collect 50$ refundable deposit for uniform and they don't even return back. Never join in this company and don't insult urself.

Third class company. Even lower than third class. Don't go for this company and please don't recommend anyone this company. This company is a total wastage of time.

Bad behaviour staff at Pearson airport. Security guard have no manners how to talk with passengers. I also submitted my complaint to Pearson management and hope they ll take restrict action. Should hire and train good security guard. Security guard Navdeep at Pearson airport terminal 1 departure was very rude and behave bad with me and other passengers.

Does not care for their employees.
Provides the minimum amount of compensation for their employees who work SO HARD AND DILIGENTLY.
Other companies such as Gardaworld pay their security guards what they are worth and for their times PROPORTIONATELY whereas ASP just exploits people and wants the maximum amount of work for minimum pay.
They do not even abide by the minimum 4 hour pay for shifts once you punch in - if a shift lasts less than 4 hours, they will only pay for the amount of time you actually work instead of complying with the 4 hour minimum pay rule because they are a CHEAP company.

HUMAN RESOURCES AND RECRUITMENT IS VERY DISORGANIZED AND MESSY AND UNCOORDINATED. THEIR RECRUITMENT TEAM DOES NOT EVEN COORDINATE AMONGST THEMSELVES - I APPLIED FROM MULTIPLE DIFFERENT SITES WITH THEIR JOB POSTINGS AND I GOT THE SAME RESPONSE FROM THE SO CALLED SAME PERSON EVEN THOUGH THAT PERSON CLAIMS THEY NEVER MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO BEGIN WITH SO CLOSE TO THE DATE OF THE INTERVIEW AND DELAYED IT FURTHER PREJUDICIALLY.

THEY TAKE PEOPLE'S KINDNESS AND THEIR WEAKNESSES AND EXPLOIT THEIR EMPLOYEE'S VULNERABILITIES. MAJORITY OF PEOPLE STUCK IN THESE POSITIONS HAVE FAMILLIES TO TAKE CARE OF AND RESPONSIBILITIES WHICH THEY CANNOT ABANDON. ESSENTIALLY IT EFFECTS THEIR MOOD WHICH IN TURN EFFECTS THEIR ABILITIES TO PERFORM THEIR JOB. NO WONDER ASP EMPLOYEES ALWAYS LOOK MISERABLE AND UNHAPPY ON THE JOB BECAUSE THEY ARE - THEY ARE NOT TRULY HAPPY - THEY ARE BEING FORCED TO DO IT BECAUSE THEY NEED MONEY

HAPPY EMPLOYEES MEAN HAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAPPY BUSINESS BUT CLEARLY THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH ASP.

MISERABLE BITTER COMPANY WITH MISERABLE BITTER AND NEGATIVE JEALOUS EMPLOYEES - THEY CAN NEVER GET THE SAME PRIVILEGES AND BENEFITS AS GARDA EMPLOYEES NOR CATSA EMPLOYEES. THEY KNOW THIS

IF ASP TOOK THE TIME TO ENSURE THEIR EMPLOYEES HAPPINESS, MAYBE PRODUCTIVITY WOULD IMPROVE TOO.

Worst company to work with, don’t get a job here even if they pay 16$/hr. Worst management and won’t response to anything nothing organised and orientation was unpaid for whole day and was all fake. You will not get your uniform anytime till 3 months. Even to get a sick leave no one picks up you calls. No management will be there if you face difficulties in work. Simply the company doesn’t give a heck about you.

I am working in this job for the pass 17 years until it turn over to asp i do not regret working for them i had fun with kids and parent they are friendly they no me by my name if i am not at work one day every one would come up to me and ask me what happen to you yesterday why you never come to work i am trying to get some people to join in with us as the day goes byi am doing a good job for the kids them for their safety i know lots of people have problem with the company but that just not for me to have any problem wigh any one

If you apply to work with ASP, make sure you DO NOT purchase their batons for your uniform. They will charge you $250 for a basic Chinese mild steel 21" baton which retails for $55-60 at any security or surplus store.

I have had multiple clients who work for ASP come in looking for a sheath for their "high end company provided" batons and was astounded to find out they were basic Chinese batons with just a serial number printed on them. Other than that, everything was identical to the generic Chinese brand.

Don't get taken for an expensive ride. US made Monadnock 26" batons retail for $130-160 and real ASP batons are $175-200 in the city.

Their K9 unit was driving at speeds over 150 km/h on the QEW. Driving erratically and cut me off on the right lane only to then swerve all the way to the left lane. Dangerous and irresponsible.

Worlds worse company, they don't know how to work with people, they don't know how to respect people, m never seen such a garbage management mostly. Not paying people on tym time even they did'nt paid me properly from last 3 months n making excuses everytime

I Never seen such a unprofessional company which doesn't even know how to do interviews and follow ups. Thank god I am not working for them.

Management and staff are highly disrespectful and condescending towards employees, mike from hr asked me if I knew what belligerent means.disgusting company/staff BEWARE!
