This office is awesome. They are kind and my dentist brought me from wanting to skip my appointment to be happy that I didn’t.

Besides routine cleanings, I’ve had a root canal and wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Mohammad Gashghaee Saade and I have nothing but praise for him and the staff. Friendly, made me feel relaxed, and great follow up. Coming from a guy who can’t stand going to the Dentist!

This dental provider is not transparent or ethical in their professional conduct. Services were denied mysteriously and we found out about it after the fact by a dental hygienist sharing notations made in my family's charts. When I requested to get copies of the charts for myself and my children I was denied.

Friendly, accommodating staff! Needed extractions of teeth and dentures made. Dr. Saade worked with me, being very detailed as to how we would proceed. He did the extractions with ease and pain free. I was shocked when he said it was done. Dentures fit perfectly and look amazing. Highly recommend Dr. Saade if you need extractions and dentures.

Wonderful Manager Tracey made me feel right at home. Could not ask for a better place to get my teeth cleaned! A+ would highly recommend!

I stopped going because, despite having a tooth filled twice, the filling popped out both times and the tooth has since cracked.

Go elsewhere. This practice cares more about money than patients.

I continued going after you bought Dr. Leppart out, but after about three visits I was done.

Had a complete upper denture and partial lower denture completed by Dr Saade. Once again The Doctor and his team provided excellent skills. I was getting frustrated that it took so much time, 3 months, but it was worth it. My Dentures both fit like a glove and I have no pain. Thank you for your professionalism and my new perfect smile. It has helped my self esteem. I Highly recommend Aspen Springs Dental. The doctors and all the stall are amazing Dr Saade is brilliant.

I had a dental cleaning and filling with them last month and they were very professional in terms of dealing and offering their services. I didn't have any pain or discomfort at all during and after the dental procedure. I felt satisfied and would come back definitely

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Dental hygienist I worked with was fantastic! Highly recommend ASDC to anyone looking.

Edited to respond to owner: The hygienists name was Lizzie, I mistyped. The picture clearly shows that it’s not a bite mark- it’s a perfect circle that is too deep to be a bite mark. I do not bite my cheeks when my cheeks are not numb, nor did I say that I do. The picture has not fully uploaded to the Google system- but should be synced in a couple of days. It clearly shows a drill mark. I was in fact suggested a “crazy amount of fillings” but only agreed to two. It was suggested I get way more. Had I not been sure I didn’t need them, since I had recently had a check up, I may not have asked for a second opinion. I’m glad I didn’t get them as my husbands fillings fell right out. There has not been a 4 year gap in my visits, rather I was back for a cleaning and a recall exam last June, at the managers insistence (see below) and again this month. I understand the owners would like to dismiss this as a mistake, but I am not mistaken, as I have only dealt with the one dentist office since moving to Bowmanville.

I’m not sure why this place has such good reviews. I gave the place plenty of chances and it has proved to be horrific. First, the good: the hygienist Lizzie is terrific. Dental assistants and front staff are friendly, although not always competent. The bad: Unnecessary fillings and procedures. After moving to the area I had to switch dentists and went with this one based on a promotion they offered for a free teeth whitening- which I never received! It had only been less than a year since I had seen my dentist, who said I was caught up. Here at Aspen Springs they said I needed a crazy amount of fillings. How is it in a span of 1 year that I suddenly have all these cavities that need to be filled? Anyways I did a few fillings and so did the rest of my family. They were done terribly and some fell out and chipped right away! I stayed away for a bit and after multiple reminders for appointments I finally told the manager I wasn’t happy with the place. She told me the dentists we had seen are no longer with them, so I decided to give it another chance. I saw Dr. Nicole the owner, and unfortunately it ended terribly. Need another reason to stay away? See the photo of the hole that was left in my cheek after a quick follow up from a filling! Dr. Nicole was fixing a sharp edge in a filling, and continually hit my cheek with her drill. No numbing agent and I had to endure it. I couldn’t see the hole because of all the blood. Dr Nicole just said my gums are bleeding and left the room onto the next patient while her assistant handed me gauze for the blood. I had to return and ask to see her when I noticed the hole. The worst part is she denied it was her drill. She said I bit my cheek, even though I didn’t have numbing. Why would I randomly bite my cheek if I could feel it? Also how could I bite off a perfect drill sized hole that is so deep. If you care more about a nice atmosphere and friendly demeanour than the integrity of your mouth and teeth then you are welcome to go here, otherwise stay away!

Had a wonderful time at this office. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable! My hygienist Lizzie was amazing and went above and beyond what was required. She showed me each procedure and made sure I was comfortable with what was being done. If I had to recommend someone it would be her because of her bubbly personality and knowledge in the dental field. Cant wait for my next visit

Where to begin…

I went in today for some dental work and a cleaning. Everyone in this office is very friendly, they go above and beyond and treat you like family. The Dentist definitely put me at ease with conversation while completing my work (at appropriate times of course).

I have to give a special shout out to Tracy the office manager and Jakob the dental receptionist. Both were so helpful, friendly and make this place so welcoming.

I had the pleasure of having Lizzie clean my teeth. She is an absolutely fantastic person and did an amazing job on my teeth.

Usually the staff is so friendly and I love my trips to the dentist! But I got my wisdom teeth out this morning and I was super nervous. Everyone welcomed me warmly except the anesthesiologist. He barely introduced himself and did not ask how I was feeling even though I was clearly very nervous, on the verge of tears. I asked for my mom before I was put under and he reluctantly went to get her but did not seem happy to do that for me. Made me even more upset! He did not seem to care in the slightest about how I was feeling. I started tearing up even more and it just made me feel so much worse.

But this does not go for the general staff at Aspen springs! I love Dr Nicole and Dr Kumar! They are always lovely and so are the dental assistants️

I prefer to have female dentists and hygienists in charge of my teeth.they have been amazing! Special shout out to ALL the ladies @ Aspen Springs. My only regret is not having them sooner in my life!

Aspen springs performed a procedure for me December 9 2021 and it was quick painless and professional. Staff including hygienists and Dentists are friendly, helpful and professional. Excellent experience and results.

As much of a pleasure as a visit to the dentist can be. If it were any better, I would feel guilty for missing work. Great staff all around, from reception to heigene, dental assistant to dentist.

Their hygienists certainly know what they need to do yet in a most friendly way. I find it an extremely welcoming aspect of their keen service. Well done!

Everyone is awesome! I’m 54 and currently have just made it through my first year of braces! From the girls at the front to all of the hygienists. Lindsay is awesome! I am a nervous patient and everyone is awesome!
Well I’m finished my braces journey and all I can say is it was a breeze! Thank you Dr. Sadek and Lindsay. I am glad I decided to do this. I recommend it to anyone close to my age. I wish I hadn’t waited so long.
Today is saw Dr. Ava for a filling. She was amazing as was her assistant Sheila. Thank you so much for putting me at ease every step to the way. I really appreciated that. Also, I have no after pain or anything.

My daughter had her first appointment here today and all of the staff were friendly and professional. My daughter seen Amanda and Dr David. She was a little nervous but Amanda was amazing and made her feel comfortable. Amanda was very gentle while doing the cleaning and did a great job! Dr David was also kind and made her feel comfortable.

I highly recommend Aspen Springs Dental, the doctors and staff are knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I had cavaties fixed and the doctor determined no freezing was required so the appointment was quick and painless which is always a bonus.

I would have given 5 stars for my cleaning today but I had suggested in the past that the toothbrush, floss etc be given to people in a small bag like they used to. It doesn’t make a huge difference to me because I carry a purse, but still no bag offered. My husband has Parkinson’s and it is very difficult for him to juggle all these items without a bag. Their private suggestion to me was that he should bring his own bag. Not very customer focused or empathetic!

Always a wonderful experience Lizzy is an awesome hygienist extremely gentle and so bubbly and comforting.

This place is amazing. I'm a big chicken when it comes to the dentist. Like BIG chicken. Dr. Cathy and the entire team have been amazing! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Patient, understanding, working with me to get me the treatment I need while respecting my nerves and helping put me at ease - highly recommend! That's team for all of your help so far!

My 4 year old daughter just loves going to Aspen Springs Dental for her routine cleaning. You know it’s a great office when you get a 6: 30am wake up from you kid asking if it’s time to go to see the dentist!

I have severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, and the last three appointments I’ve had have been wonderful. In fact, my anxiety has been very manageable because I know the hygienists and dentists understand and take the time to listen and calm your nerves. I actually don’t dread going to the dentist anymore (although it’s still not my favourite thing to do). Everyone is friendly and kind, and there’s a guy who - unfortunately I didn’t get his name - who checked me in for my appointments the last two times who, to be completely honest - has the greatest vibe. He’s so friendly and outgoing and is just lovely. Everyone there is. He just stands out.

Dr Saadee did a great job. I had 3 teeth that I was told needed extracted but he was able to save and restore them. The work was excellent. The best dentist I have had. If your lucky enough to become his patient I doubt you will want anyone else.

Aspen springs dental, my cleaning with Lindsay today was another excellent appointment. She is a professional who does her job efficiently and effectively providing great results. My 4 year old needed to get a couple of cavities replaced and I was a nervous wreck. They were kind, so patient, worked fast and made her feel calm, talking to her the whole time. I’m so glad as lucky that this is our dentist!

My daughter has always been terrified of the dentist and this was her first visit to Aspen Springs. We had tried another location a few times before and it never ended well. The dental hygenist was AMAZING and kept my daughter engaged the entire time. This was the first appointment where we could get x-rays, cleaning and checkup completed without a complete meltdown. After coming back for covid shutdowns etc. I felt welcomed and appreciated the time and care all the staff took to ensure this.

My biggest fear was always the dentist, always hated feeling the drill and such. I just had a major proceedure performed on Monday the 26th. I recently had an issue with my insurance coverage and Dr. Nicole and her team did everything they could to rectify the issue for me. Usually I am very happy with their services. Yesterday I walked in with a toothache. After x-rays and examination they acknowledged it was a simple fix. But I walked out with a cleaning.and a toothache. They never fixed the tooth. Don't push expensive services on people if you can't fix the basic needs they walk in for in the first place.

Everyone who works there that I came across was such a delight and really on top of everything.

Above and beyond. I had special circumstances with my dental needs. Amanda was amazing at all the scheduling and required documents.

A dentist office is a dentist office, but this one is above average in my opinion. The atmosphere is pleasant, the office itself is nice, but it's the people that make the biggest difference. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating, and the hygienists are awesome! They have flexible hours and never try to talk you into work you don't need and/or want.

Yesterday I had an appointment at Aspen Springs Dental for a gum graft. I have high anxiety when it comes to dental procedures and was VERY nervous to say the least. The staff were so kind and understanding even before I walked through the door. For weeks before, Scheshawna helped me work through the billing process and explained my benefits coverage. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood the billing and paperwork aspect of this procedure.
On the day of the procedure I walked into the treatment room with my heart pounding, close to having a full blown panic attack and in walked Jenn, the dental assistant. She asked me how I was doing, and told me about how she remembered the day I booked the appointment based on a conversation we had. She even shared her own dental experience! She was exactly the person I needed in that room at that time. Her bedside manner was so soothing and calming. She did EVERYTHING she could to bring me back to calm. Thank you Jenn!
Oh, and I think my gum graft went well, time will tell, I have an appointment in a couple of weeks to follow up, but really, this isn’t about that for me. I know there are many people with dental anxiety and I want you to know that the professionals at Aspen Springs will make you feel alright when you have to do the unbearable.like get a gum graft!

I moved from Toronto to Bowmanville a few years ago. Every time I needed to see a dentist, I had to go back to Toronto. I’ve never trusted any dentist in a small town, like Bowmanville.
Recently I’ve decided to give Aspen Springs dental clinic a chance to restore one of my front teeth.
Dr. Saadee did such a good job on my front tooth that I asked him to restore the rest of my front teeth too. I was amazed at his skills and experience. He brought me back a nice smile.
I recommend Dr. Saadee and Aspen Springs Dental Centre to everyone.

This is an amazing dentistry office. Everyone is so helpful, friendly, and professional. They are amazing with kids, too. And they’re not recommending additional services unless you need them, unlike some other dentists.

For the past few months Aspen Springs have been preparing my mouth for dentures. There was prep work to be done but I finally have the dentures I have needed for years. Their staff were supremely helpful along the way. Additionally, their staff is top notch when it comes to customer relations. It seems that all the staff smile a lot and converse with you. It is a comfort to go somewhere the staff, seemingly regardless of their positions in their business, are truly happy to see you.

The facilities were state of the art. Exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond to accomdate my needs and I am not even a regular patient here. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
