For a company that specializes in safe eco products, the staff wears a TON of scented products. My apartment reeks of fragrance even though I specified during booking that I suffer from Multiple Chemical Sensitivity. They need to do better training and ensure their staff uses safe unscented laundry detergent and NO fabric softener at home. I'm feeling sick in my own apartment while they are here even with windows open and air purifier at full blast. Defeats the purpose of using safe products. Very disappointed!

Overpriced, not even close to worth it.
$550 charged but can get the same quality of work done by other cleaners for $200.

The man on one of the teams is a thief.

Pricing policy communication is not transparent, team left essential furniture dusty, I had to ask them to come back all the times I hired services.

$500 for a cleaning and absolutely not worth the premium. We had to cancel them after 2 years because a wallet went missing right after their service. They've also broken kitchen items and shrugged it off.

Bad attitudes, no greetings or smiles. They arrive late, sit in their cars for 10 min before the service and 15 min after. For a 2.75 hour service they only spend 2 hours in the house.

They overcharge because of their uniforms, car and branded products but the service is not worth it. We had them in monthly for 2 years and so many things were missed, they don't clean on top of shelves or bookcases, they wipe with dirty cloths, bang their vacuums into walls, also see them sit in their car on the driveway for a good 10-15 min after the cleaning service so that whatever GPS tracker they use shows they were at our house for longer than the actual service.

I absolutely wouldn't mind paying $500 for a service if it was worth it but it certainly isn't. Overall there are cleaners who provide the same level of service for a better price.

We hired Aspen Clean to do a "move-in clean". They came in on Tuesday and spent 3 hours in my empty, unfurnished, apartment and all they seemed to have cleaned was the inside of the oven. Half of the services offered in the move-in clean were not completed. The baseboards were not washed, the cupboards were not cleaned, the windowstills were not cleaned. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere. They even said they did not clean the bathroom because there's a couple of stairs between the bathroom and the rest of the apartment.

I contacted the company and they offered to come do a free re-do of the clean. We agreed, and they came back on Wednesday and only spent 45 minutes cleaning. This time they at least cleaned the windowstills, but the baseboards and cupboards are still mostly untouched. The place does not look like it has been professionally cleaned. (The photos attached were after their "re-do").

They claim that everything they missed is permanent damage, but I am able to remove a significant portion of this "permanent damage" by simply rubbing my finger over it. Sure there is damage to the paint in some areas, but most of the dirt is just that, dirt. I wish I could upload the videos of me wiping away the baseboard dirt with my hands.

I simply cannot fathom that this is a professional cleaning company. I could've done a better job by myself. They won't even offer a partial refund - I just wasted $600 to have to clean my apartment myself. They did offer 1 hour for free the next time we hire Aspen, but as I'm sure they know, we will not be hiring them again.

Merry Christmas, I'm glad I get to spend my holidays cleaning our new place in preparation to move in.

Team #4 came to deep clean our house - our first professional cleaning since we moved in. They did a fantastic job, were very professional and thorough and a pleasure to deal with. They also helped clean a problem oven and it looks great.

We got our cleaning done by team #3. They arrived on time, worked with no supervision and let us know when they were done. The service was top notch and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

We had our house cleaned with Aspen 3.5 weeks ago, so happy with the service of Team 1- Michelle and Cinthia! Definitely recommend for a deep clean of the house with the reassurance that the cleaners are super thorough and professional. Its a bonus that the products they use are high quality. Will for sure be using their services again in the future.

Team 3 did a move-out cleaning for me, on a very neglected apartment. They did an amazing job - the appliances looked like new and everything was cleaned thoroughly and sparkling. Highly recommend!

Team #1 was fast, efficient, and friendly! Upon closer inspection though it looks like they missed a few details (baseboards, corners etc.) not a huge deal though, will book them again but make note of it for next time. Overall pretty happy though.

We had a lovely team of two come to our home and they did a very good job on the initial cleaning. We are considering hiring them for a more regular cleaning schedule. Liked the products very much, no strong smells. Lots of small details done well.

Aspen Clean is absolutely worth the slightly higher cost than someone like Merry Maids. I've used multiple different companies and Aspen Clean is by far the best I've had so far. Slightly more $ but, never a problem, great teams, exceptional job and (I use Team 1 Sabrina and Carla) Team 1 ALWAYS goes way above and beyond.

Wonderful team of women who came in with knowledge and friendliness. They came early, and they cleaned thoroughly. I was beyond impressed and can not believe quality like that actually exists!

Team 1 (Sabrina & Carla) did a fantastic job for us! They were incredibly thorough and detailed, which was important for Type As like myself and my husband. I was hanging around at home when they were cleaning, and I noticed one of these lovely ladies taking my kids' toys off the toy shelf to clean the dust off. As parents to young children, there was quite a bit of toys, and I certainly did not expect them to be that thorough. It was greatly appreciated.

We have used Merry Maids and Mona Cleaning in the past. The use of natural products was also important to us. Yes, Aspen is more expensive than others, but you get what you pay for. We'd rather pay more for quality work that we're happy with, than pay less for a mediocre job that we grumble about afterwards.

Team 6 did a great job cleaning our house. Everything was clean and fresh. I would recommend this team to anyone. Thank you Sabrina and all!

Team 2 came to our place today and did an excellent job. They were on time, efficient, thorough and polite.

Me and my girlfriend, a young couple, acquired the main floor of a home to rent and live in. This home however was left in an unfortunate state due to some hoarding and about a decade of neglect. We worked for several months to get out all of the old furniture, garbage, and pest remains. Finally we cleaned as much as we could, but didn’t have the time or materials and needed a professional service to get the home to a manageable state.

We called AspenClean where the booking representative was extremely professional and courteous, and booked us an appointment less than a week later. The team showed up during the time window that was given to us, and did an incredible job on the house. They got the tile floors clean and sparkling new, the bathroom immaculate, the bedroom clean and fresh, removing scores of dust and debris from the home throughout. It was a very daunting job for us and we were amazed at the amount the team was able to complete in an approximately 3 hour window. They even fixed up the little metal grill on the bottom of the fridge that was falling off after they finished cleaning it!

We are incredibly grateful to AspenClean for getting a new couple set up in a home to be proud of, especially during these unique times. I would be happy to recommend this service to anybody who is looking for some help. Extremely impressed. Thank you so much.

We had Team 5; consisting of Bella, Carmen, and Melissa, come into our apartment for a deep clean. They called ahead and arrived on time. They were incredibly friendly and quick to setup. They did a great job deep cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, which was much needed. We're looking forward to having them in on a more regular basis.

Had a wonderful team 6 arrive to our home (Sabrina, Jennifer and Carla) for cleaning for the first time and boy was I impressed. Loved how the team organized everything and cleaned the home using eco-friendly cleaning products. We highly recommend their service and will use it again.

We booked AspenClean for the second time, this time for a post-construction clean. They were quick to respond prior to showing up; they were fine with my dog being home without us there. Recently switched my cleaning company to this one and so far I have been impressed. The cleaners show up on time and they pay attention to detail. My stovetop and oven was cleaned very well in 2 cleaning sessions. The cleaners are very professional.

Delicious foods, Well mannered staffs, Beautiful restaurant.
First time that my 4 friends and I sitting for 4 hours in a restaurant and we wanted to sit more.
We went to another restaurant in Yorkdale mall which we didn't like the smell of hot oil and the looks like a low grade food court. Although it has a big name in this industry but I have nothing good about that to say.
And the worst of all were employees.
Although we placed the orders we informed the waitress then left.
We were so lucky that after just a few minutes walk in the same mall went to the Yorkdale JOEY'S Restaurant,

I had ordered a post construction clean on my new build home. There was lots of dust on all the shelves, floors and in the two closets with built ins. I had pointed this out to the crew when they arrived as this home has a lot of built ins.
The crew was on time, professional, and courteous, however, the cleaning was not up to standard for what I paid which was $1500. There was a layer of dust left in most drawers and cabinets, sawdust on some shelves in my built in closets, the floor was relatively clean, and I had to re-direct them to clean one more toilet more thoroughly while I was there checking in. Overall, it was disappointing. They did offer to send a crew to re-clean those areas, but it was simply more convenient for me to dust them myself then to have them come in.

Aspen Clean Company is so great. The team that cleaned my apartment were amazing. I love Aspen Clean. Also I love the fact that the products are Vegan, Cruelty Free, Ecological, Chemical Free, Environmental, and Eco Certified. I endorse and recommend Aspen Clean to everybody. Bella, Carmen, and Mariela were fantastic, awesome, and great. I give the team and Aspen Clean 5 Star. Thank you.

This is the 3rd different cleaning service I tried as i have had some pretty brutal experience before I was pretty hesitant.but what won my confidence to give them a try is their respect and congnizance for the environment and their Eco and Pet friendly products. Team 4 was awesome (Peta, Mariela, Tatiana, Sebastian). Our condo was not cleaned professionally before we moved in and they did a great job cleaning up all the leftover dirt and grease that was collected over the years by previous tenants. They were fast and efficient and even left us some eco-friendly dishwasher tabs for us to use. Highly recommended

VERY professional and responsive service from start to finish. Excellent phone contact / response. Tatiana, Krillian and Peta did an excellent job and left the place looking like new. Aspen's all-natural products left the house smelling great (and not like a chemical dump!). I'll use them again.

Team four is awesome. As my experience last month whatever I asked them to do they did without question. I would highly recommend them and your company.
