The movers kirat/ Aj/ preet and guri arrived on time for moving. Very careful in moving furniture to ensure there is no damage at all. Reasonable moving prices and value for money.

All the movers Guri, Aj, Gill and preet were very professional. I like there services and would recommend to every one to this there services for moving. They provide good quality of services. Thanks to all four.

I found these guys because I needed to move at an affordable rate. I asked them how much it would be to move they said 199 for two drivers + truck. The movers came an hour and a half late, with a horrible attitude of the bat. They said that it's going to be $298 extra because I didn't book the elevator. I explained to them I didn't know I had to book an elevator since this is my first time moving & I wasn't comfortable paying these extra fees when it wasn't discussed in any of our prior conversations. I explained to them I was on a tight budget before they came and asked multiple times if there was any extra / hidden fees and they assured me they don't do that. I'm guessing it's because I'm a single, 21 year old with no help they thought they could rip me off. When I was I wasn't going through with the service because of the extra pricing, they had a conversation in their native language and rudely left. I don't understand why not just be honest and save everyone's time. This is not how you run a successful business. Please save your time and listen to the reviews.

Gill and harry were punctual and handled the heavy cargo with great care, they were friendly and responded immediately to the client's concerns. However, they told me it was their company policy, that I have to pay in full before they offloaded the cargo, and since I was paying hourly, they said they would need approx 2 more hours to offload the cargo into the storage which I was happy to comply with.

Fantastic courteous service! Gill and Ajay treated my Parents' precious dining room suite with the utmost care. I will use this company again and would definitely recommend. Thank You!

Kirat, Aj and Gill were super friendly and really efficient. They were very careful with all of the merchandise that was being transported and made sure to place the items in the correct areas. They were also so fast and responsive, and i really appreciated that.

Amazing experience with Gill and Kirat. They were very professional and help in the moving the apartment.

I had a horrible experience today in moving my goods with ASR Moving systems. When i enquired for the prices. I was told a particular rate and a verbal estimate was given by Mr. Bal for few goods that i had to move for total of around $400. Today, after completing the drop off at my new location, the movers refused to unload my items until i make them the cash payment. At first, there was disconnect between the drivers and the management. Then later, they teamed up and said they need to also add for other charges which they did not describe me at all in the initial estimate. I resisted and said why they had not provided me a written estimate. They argued that it fluctuates and there are charges that are there. And they would not unload till i pay them $672. They took the cash and no receipt was provided. WHen i complained to Mr. Bal why a wrong estimate was given and why they didnt provide me written quotation, he was very rude on the phone and said 'Do you think you are buying carrots in a market. YOu will have to pay full money. Do whatever you want. ' Their modus operandi is very distinct of Cheaters. They give you a low estimate by guessing. They dont provide any written quote. And after the goods are loaded and reach destination, they inflate the total prices and you are left hostage to their demands. I felt really helpless and disgusted with these cheaters, especially since i myself had helped with the lifting of goods while loading. NEVER GO TO ASR for your moving, unless you want to go through the same hell i had to go through.

Not professional at ALL! & worst company I’ve seen, rude when approached about damage of property refused providing insurance after driver hit my car called the boss and was laughed at wouldn’t recommend this company! If I could put no star I would & blocking of fire exits couldn’t even use the stairs or elevator

These movers were efficient, extremely accommodating, cooperative, swift with communication, careful with all our fragile goods. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!

Flexible scheduling, and responsive to my questions. Movers were on time, friendly, efficient - and very careful with my stuff. They were overall just super to work with. They made the whole process easier and less stressful for me.

He was extremely responsive, and provided great education about the moving industry! He shared all of the documents, and gave me time to read through the verbiage of the contract. He even reassured me multiple times of what to expect throughout the moving process. Great experience with this company.
