Too many people think that they do not have to talk or say hello to grandparents, parents or most important the kids

One thing is for certain, the opportunity to improve oneself is endless and on multiple levels. The Standard of Excellence is high, and ALL people are treated with respect.

Drivers (at Oakville Go) need to be more personable.
There is a proper and not so proper way to respond to others/customers.
