I had an unfortunate passenger-side collision on a brand new Ford Explorer. It was my company vehicle so I was very upset. Tristan calmed my nerves and re-assured me it wasn’t as bad as it felt…. He did a thorough Estimate and we made an appointment for the bodywork and paint. I dropped the truck of on a Monday at 9am…. Tuesday at 5pm they called to say they 3-4 guys working on it and it was being reassembled.
I picked it up on Wednesday at 1pm as promised.
Communication and service were the best I’ve ever had before…. Period! Workmanship and quality of the repair was 10/10. Especially the paint…just perfect. Start to finish it was the best, stress free, on-budget (as promised) repair/paint experience.
Highly recommended for any vehicle make/model.
The truck was vacuumed and shiny and looked like new.

While my car was in for repair, Assured covered part of my car rental cost where my Insurance wouldn't. Totally amazing the way they went out of their way to help me the way they did. Kudos to Adrian Carelli for helping make this possible! Very sensitive people!

Came in with a decent sized dent took this place one week to repair it, repaint etc. And it looks brand new! And they cleaned the inside of my car as well.

Awesome experience! Came here due to a collision, got the repairs done. A couple weeks later I noticed my AC was not working after my trip. Took it to them, because they always warranty their work. The AC was not part of the accident, but they went ahead and fixed it for me and also made it so then it wouldn't cost me a fortune. Thank you Sarah and Adrian for making my experience awesome, and not having it cost a pretty penny.

I would not give them even one star. Horrible, awful, UN PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. FAILED to fixed the problem, and then created false argument the problem was wear and tear related, and leading not covered by insurence as well as causing my extended warranty void since the probelm is now becuase of the accident. Making diognastic without a licenced mechanic and then confessing that they are just body shop but predenting they can fix everything.

What an amazing experience with Yolanda and the team at Assured. I was kept apprised of all the work that was being done and made aware of snags with my adjuster.
The truck came back as good as new after three weeks and $9,000.00 in repairs. I was most impressed that the truck was washed and the interior much cleaner than when I took it in. That was unexpected! Thanks!

I have to say how impressed I am with the staff at Assured Auto Collision in South Barrie. From the moment I dropped off the car I met Yolanda and she is so friendly and professional, really genuine. Then I met with Adrian and he was just as friendly, professional and caring. Leigh Anne is also so kind and friendly everytime I called in.

I then met Jody Fyfe. She is so approachable, professional, kind and empathetic. It was such a breath of fresh air to have dealt with a staff who holds their customer standard to such high regards. She always responded promptly and friendly.

Not to mention the amazing job they did on my car. It actually looks better than it did when I first bought it! I would highly recommend this centre to everyone I know.

Jodie and the team made the process so easy for something that could have been very stressful. They made my car look better then new and kept me updated through out the whole process. They took care of everything from being in touch with my insurance as well as the rental car company.

Customer service was amazing they were friendly and accommodating from the moment I dropped my vehicle to the very moment I picked it up. I was kept up to date with every step. I definitely received my vehicle in a better condition then when I left it and it was a one stop shop for my rental and repairs.

I had a great experience. Jody, the service rep I had was great with emailing me and keeping me updated on the status. My car was also done before the expected time which was amazing!
