These guys, particularly Steve, were so helpful sorting out and repairing my car after a OCTranspo bus hit it. They called me regularly and advised of the repair progress, parts ordering and so many angles I didnt envision. They never rushed me when they called and always ensured I understood what the next steps were. Thanks so much for your great service!

Although the staff is mostly friendly, the time it takes for repairs is absolutely ridiculous. My insurance company sent my car there so I had no other choice. It’s been over 3 months and everyday i get told that it’s just a matter of a few more days, for several weeks now. They don’t have mechanics, glass repair or tire alignment on site, which means that they have to bring in travelling mechanics or send your car to different car shops to have everything fixed, so it just takes that much longer! I was told i would 100% be able to finally come pick it up today so i cancelled everything i had for the day, just to get told that they need one more day yet again. Absolutely ridiculous and extremely inconsiderate of their customers’ time. You couldn’t pay me enough to bring my car voluntarily back here.

My car came back looking better than it did at the dealership on delivery!

I want to start it by thanking Steve for his professionalism, he did an exceptional job keeping me updated.

I also want to thank management/paint-guys for going above and beyond! They helped me revolve paint issues that were really bothering me and made it feel like I got a new car. The paint job/blend is exceptional!

Over all had a very pleasant experience, happy that my car looks amazing inside and out.

Fixed up the car that was in an accident, would not have known it was. Would recommend for sure.

I stopped in to Assured Auto in Bell's Corners earlier today. I had some trim fasteners to remove on my inner fender well and was looking for some advice on how to do it.
I was greeted by Cara who offered to get the trim tool and Kyle also came outside to have a look. Not only did they offer to pop the fasteners off but once Kyle saw what I was going to have done he asked if I had 10 minutes and offered to repair the headlight bracket I needed to access.
I am so pleased with their excellent customer service. Cara, Kyle and two other staff I met were simply super to talk to. They wouldn't even accept payment even though I took their valuable time and I bit of shop supplies.
They made my day, saved me money and another trip to have the bracket repaired. Thanks again very much Cara, Kyle and the Assured Auto team. I look forward to seeing you again.

Would not recommend to absolutely anyone. The customer service provided by Scott was extremely unprofessional and poor. I had been working with Scott since March of 2022 to get this body work done. An extreme lack of communication, and disrespect was provided by Scott. Multiple thousands were spent with assured for body work on my Jetta, if anything the vehicle looks worse and has been devalued due to their body work. Assured worked on multiple panels of my car and I can say I am not happy with a single one.

This process had been ongoing since March 2022, now come February 2023 the body work began. The paint they used was not even close to the same colour as original, the car is now multi-colour as they only painted select panels. The rocker they were to replace was patched, it looked worse after they “fixed it” than it did when rusted. The quarter panels were rusting above the wheel wells and starting around the door frame, these were also to be fixed. Their definition of “fixed” was to paint over rusty spots, no actual body work was done to these areas.

I could go on about the poor “body work” they did on my car but to get to the point; Extreme lack of communication, I had taken time off work multiple times for this, was without a vehicle twice due to mix ups, received plenty of disrespect from Scott and overall am still not happy with the outcome. I had been extremely patient and forgiving throughout the process. I gave them opportunity to make this right. Not even the slightest bit of remorse was given. The customer service was extremely poor along with even worse body work, a 15 year old could do better.

The only thing they were good at was writing the bill.

Referred to them by a friend, after we had a moderate fender bender. Turned out to be a really outstanding business to deal with. Engaging, trustworthy, straight forward, and understanding. Especially impressed with their efforts to keep us informed as to progress and explain delays, as supply chain issues led to a very long wait for the final part to arrive. Came in to get the left fender replaced. Service was good, parts arrived earlier than expected and the replacement took 2 days. Friendly and easy going staffs, it was a good experience overall. Highly recommended.

Amazing service, they took the time to make sure the job was done right. In fact it was done, and they weren't happy with it and re-did it. Would go to again!

My car was hit by another driver when it was only 2 months old and I was put in contact with Assured Concordia by my insurers. They were in touch only minutes after they had received the initial photos to advise that in their opinion the car was unsafe to drive (the drivers door took most of the impact and there was a question over whether it would close securely) but that they had arranged a rental and would see to my car right away. Although there was a small delay due to getting parts that was out of their control I was kept informed every step of the way and every member of staff I dealt with was incredibly friendly, polite and professional. My car was fixed very quickly despite the delay getting parts and looks incredible. Despite the horrid experience of a hit and run Assured made the whole process of getting my car back on the road and as good as new a pleasant one. I would not hesitate to use Assured Concordia should I need to again and would happily recommend them to anyone who needs their service.

Had some paint work done. Kyle and his team were fantastic and did a great job. Someone was always available to answer the phone when I called (which is a rare thing in businesses these days).

After ice falling on my car from my roof, my insurance company sent my car to Assured Automotive to be repaired. Right away I had a call from Devan to set up a time for my car to be towed to their shop and with all the next steps that would take place. He kept me informed through the process and even noticed damage done to the car that I didn't see.
I was so impressed with the staff's professionalism and the work done to the car is outstanding! Their kindness even went the extra mile when they assisted me in transferring my car seats from my rental to my own car at pick up. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone!

I was astounded by the level of professionalism and the quality of service received at Assured Automotive. Devan communicated with me regularly to keep me up to date on the status of the repair. I never once felt out of the loop during the 24 days my vehicle was in the shop. They also went out of their way to communicate with the rental company on my behalf, which was hugely appreciated. The repair itself looks spectacular & the vehicle looks brand new! I could not be happier!

Had a minor accident, insurance suggested this group and I agreed to take vehicle there. Experience was perfect. They communicated, set the schedule, met the timelines, alerted me to potential delays which did not occur. Work was top notch, they were friendly and the absolute best part. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was parked out front, perfectly clean, inside and out. It looked knew and felt new. Sure I brought it in clean but I got it back cleaner. The work was flawless. I'll be back.

My car’s rear passenger door had a dent and I thought it was down to bare metal. I never saw who did it so I knew it would not be covered by insurance. Since the Assured Team had done an exceptional job installing a new windshield for me last year, I went back to them to request an estimate to repair this dent.

Bob came out and took a look at my vehicle and was going to provide me with an estimate. This included a conversation asking what bothered me most about the damage and the probable costs to do a proper repair. When I expressed that I was not worried as much about the little dent as I was about the likelihood of rust he said “just a minute! ” and dashed over to the shop.

Moments later he returned with a rag and some rubbing compound and was able to discover that it was in fact not scratched to bare metal but only hard paint transfer from another vehicle.

It was such a simple and generous gesture that resulted in my complete satisfaction. Any dishonest body shop could have very easily taken advantage of the situation and insisted that a full repair would be necessary to protect the car from rust. I love that these guys always deliver high value and honesty and are very collaborative about the approach.

It’s one thing to deliver a professional service with quality work but it takes a business to another level to do so with ethical behaviour and kindness. Thank you!

I had to deal with Assured Concordia West Collision to repair my car for a minor collision. Needless to say I am very happy and very satisfied with the service I got. My car looks way better than it used to be. I must mention that Kyle was very attentive to my needs. Devan too exceeded my expectations through his professionalism, his great attitude and his willingness to make me a happy customer. He went above and beyond what he is supposed to do for me and you can tell he was doing it with pleasure and with a caring attitude. The staff at Assured were courteous, efficient, intelligent and careful. They took the time to review the damage to my car, were able to help explain and guide me through the insurance claims process and they ended up completing the repair ahead of schedule! They even cleaned the car before returning it to me. I couldn't be happier!

I was steered towards Assured Automotive by my insurance company after a someone reversed into me in a car park. I was met with a smile by Breanna on reception and directed to
Bob who was excellent. It wasn’t possible to repair it right away (the car was completely driveable) so I booked it in for a couple of weeks later and they stayed in touch to make sure it was still convenient for me.
When I dropped the car off they set up a shuttle for me to Enterprise and called me back when it was repaired. I collected it in January and my 2015 Golf looked like it had just rolled off the production line. Great repairs and an awesome paint job, oh and to top it off the whole car had been detailed.

I’d recommend this company to anyone in need of assistance with an insurance claim for car repairs.

I had a minor collision and my insurance company agreed to cover the damages. The only reason we chose this place is because our insurance company forced us.
As soon as we brought the car here they told us that it would be a total loss because the repair cost more than the price of the actual car which is an absurd statement. They said the repair would cost around $4000. (Keep in mind this is a 2007 kia that is known for cheap repairs)
They kept the car for around 2 weeks. When we returned to get our belongings from the car, everything seemed normal about the car: it was starting perfectly and it looked the exact same as how we left it.
A few days later we came to the conclusion that the repair was absurdly overpriced so we requested a payout so we can go to our own mechanic.
So we went to go get our car back and 2 things happened: Our front grill KIA symbol was missing (same with a lot of other cars that were totaled in the parking lot of assured). When I showed the manager Carl a picture of the car AFTER the crash proving the symbol was firmly intact. He said that some theif probably came by and took it, which sounded just plain stupid. (Certain tools are used to remove these parts) and he was extremely rude and dismissive to me and my elderly mother.
And our car would not start at all or give any sound at all when trying to start it. They said it's because we left it in the lot for 2 weeks without driving it. (despite the fact that it started perfectly a 2 days earlier when we retrieved our belongings from the car) they said they can boost the car for us, which made no sense because got a BRAND NEW battery for the car a month ago.
The worst part?
Our mechanic said the entire repair would cost around $850 and mentioned the exact same parts that need replacing as the ones assured said would cost more than $4000
I'm so glad we don't have to deal with these crooked people anymore and I STRONGLY recommend no one trust them to do your repairs. Absolutely horrendous experience.

Did a beautiful job on repairing my new automobile! Look brand spanking new! They were very professional and always kept me up to date on how it was going. Of course, there was a great rental car from Enterprise for me to use in the meantime. Thanks, great job!

Dealt with Assured Concordia West recently and can't say enough great things about this company and the staff working there! I dealt with Kelly Sullivan specifically and he was always reachable and happy to keep me in the loop on the status of my vehicle. I recently had to have a cracked front bumper replaced and some paint work completed. The staff at Assured Concordia West, despite being a very busy spot, were quick to assess the damage, do a paint match, get all the parts ordered and replaced in a matter of days. I was completely impressed by the professionalism and efficiency from the entire staff, from the paint shop personnel who came out to do the color match to the outgoing shop manager who advised me on replacement parts and work times. I would recommend Assured Concordia West, without hesitation.
